Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dasar pertimbangan Perum Pegadaian menjadikan Tupperware sebagai Benda Jaminan. Jenis penelitian ini yuridis empiris dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan secara detail objek yang diteliti mengenai dasar pertimbangan Perum Pegadaian menjadikan Tupperware sebagai benda jaminan. Pendekatan penelitian ini antara lain statue approach dan conseptual approach, yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian ini diperolah dengan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap referensi yang sesuai dengan tema, kemudian dilakukan analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Perum Pegadaian sebagai badan usaha yang secara resmi melaksanakan pembiayaan dan penyaluran dana masyarakat melalui gadai sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Pasal 1150 KUH Perdata. Atas obyek gadai yang diterima oleh Perum Pegadaian mengalami perkembangan seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, antara lain a) memiliki nilai ekonomis berdasarkan SE No 52/SE.OJK.05/2017 tentang Penyelenggaraan Usaha Perusahan Perdagangan yang Menyelenggarakan Kegiatan Usaha Secara Konvensional; b) Hak Milik (dapat dialihkan); c) tidak melanggar undang-undang.

Abstract

The practice of Pelangkah customary marriage is a serious study in Islamic studies because it is related to customs and sharia, while “Pelangkah” is defined as the giving of goods or money in a family when a younger brother precedes an older brother in terms of marriage. This study addresses two issues: the practice of marriage and the leaders' attitudes toward the Pelangkah custom. This is a study based on data gathered from interviews with traditional actors, religious leaders, and local community leaders. This study is a descriptive analytic study that includes data collection methods, data compilation, and final data analysis. The study's findings show that first, the Pelangkah customary marriage practice is based on two perspectives, and that the perspective of the Pelangkah customary minority is irrelevant in this modern era. The opposing viewpoint, on the other hand, accepts the Pelangkah custom as a form of respect for older relatives through the exchange of goods or money. Second, religious leaders and local community leaders believe that the Pelangkah custom does not violate syara' law and is classified as al-'urf al-khâsh because it is only practiced in Srimartani Village, Piyungan District, Bantul Regency.

Abstract

Pesantren literacy, both reading, ethics, and writing culture must be appreciated as the first step in freeing the country from the constraints of poverty on the one hand and moral crisis on the other. Because in fact, the progress of a nation starts from a love of literacy that transforms into a culture of literacy that is deeply rooted through continuity every time. In this study focused pesantren literacy in the frame of a series of reading activities an sich. (1) Implementation of One Hour Activities with Books at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah Syafi'iyyah Sukorejo Situbondo as an effort to increase the reading interest of students who are guided directly by the Head of Room and the seniority of the room in collaboration with relevant pesantren stakeholders and the final result of the One Hour Activity With Books as a Santri Learning Culture at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo is the birth of interest in reading sukorejo students on the one hand and the increase in the increase santri on the other side.

Abstract

This research aims to explain efforts to engage parents during the limited face-to-face learning process at Lazuardi Tursina Banyuwangi Elementary School. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods. The study subjects were teachers and parents at Lazuardi Tursina Banyuwangi Elementary School. The teachers involved in this study as many as 5 people consisted of 3 low-grade teachers and 2 high-class teachers. The parents involved in the study numbered 50 people, consisting of 30 parents of low-grade students and 20 parents of high-class students. The technique of data collection is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that 85% of parents attended parent meetings, 90% of parents attended parent consultation sessions, 35% of parents were involved in parent teaching sessions, and 85% of parents took advantage of parent guidlines prepared by teachers in accompanying students to learn from home.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of subject teacher consultation training (MGMP) and incentives on teacher performance in private MTS in Curup District. This was a descriptive quantitative study. The population engaged all private MTs teachers in Curup District totaling 95 people. This study deployed a purposive sampling technique, so that 50 people were obtained as the samples according to the criteria. The instrument used was a questionnaire and documentation. The analysis employed descriptive percentage analysis method and multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis at the 5% confidence level showed that MGMP training and incentives contributed 71.89% to the performance of teachers in private MTS in Curup District, and the partial contribution from MGMP training was 53.3% and incentive was 62.8%. This study concluded that there were significant effects of MGMP training and incentives on teacher performance in a high category. This showed that the overall performance of teachers in private MTS in Curup District was influenced by the level of MGMP training and the amount of incentives.

Abstract

Most parents in educating their children only meet the needs of clothing, food, boards and the form of intelligent children in reason and mind. Even though in living this live it is not enough just to do this, parents need to form chidren to have noble character ans spiritually intelligent so that the child is not lonely and has clear golas and directions in life. The main problem in this paper is how the method used by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in developing early childhood spiritual intelligence is examined from the point of view of Psychology and Islam. This writing uses bibliographic research methods and in analyzing data the autors use documentation techniques to obtain relevant data. The result of this study indicate that the methods used by Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in developing early childhood spiritual intelligence are: 1) the exemplary method. 2) story method. 3) habituation method. 4) advice method. 5) attention and supervision methods. 6) the method of punishment. The six methods when studied from the point of view of Islam and Psycology will greatly help parents to develop their children’s spiritual intelligence from an early age.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder characterized by major disturbances in the mind, emotions, and disturbed mind-behavior. Schizophrenia disorder is divided into 3 types, namely disorganized, catatonic and paranoid schizophrenia. The main feature of paranoid type schizophrenia is the focus on one or more delusions that include greatness, persecution, jealousy, anxiety, or confusion in the absence of evidence. The focus of this study is the provision of interventions in the form of expressive writing therapy to improve self-disclosure to one of the paranoid schizophrenia patients at RSJ Menur Surabaya. The study was conducted for 5 weeks with details of 3 weeks of psychological assessment and 2 weeks of psychological intervention. The methods used in research are qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that expressive writing therapy is effectively used as a medium to express the feelings/emotions of the Subject.

Abstract

One of the learning models that can be used during the covid-19 period is e-learning. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to create a picture of the application of e-Learning in the process of teaching and learning activities at SMAN 4 Rejang Lebong. The qualitative method was adopted in this study. Data were gathered through interviews and documentation techniques. Following data collection, the data were analyzed using the Miles et al approach, which comprised data reduction, recitation, and conclusion drawing. This study drew the following conclusions: The management of e-Learning at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong was going well, as evidenced by adequate infrastructure and financing. However, if it was not supported by adequate human resources, it would be constrained and its implementation would not be maximal. To the objectives as desirable, the school’s serious efforts and hard work were required. The constraints of e-learning implementation extended to human resources, communication networks, difficulty in obtaining affective and psychomotor assessments, time sharing, lack of parental motivation, and students’ values below the standard. As the solution, teachers should explore their abilities and creativities to seek innovations, and there must be positive and strong principal leadership, continuous monitoring, student responsibility, and incentives.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the biography and role of KH Muntaha in developing a boarding school education model that integrates general and religious education. This system turned out to have a positive impact on the progress of the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school. This research uses historical, sociological, and anthropological approaches. Collecting data by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. KH Muntaha's thinking in integrating general and religious education has succeeded in bringing the progress of the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, which is evidenced by the rapid development of formal schools from the pre-school, elementary, secondary, and tertiary levels. In addition, the important contribution of KH. Muntaha's role in the development of Islamic boarding schools is that his thoughts are manifested in various educational innovations, such as the existence of a grading system, the inclusion of general education subjects, the development of management and bureaucratic leadership, the improvement of the functionality of Islamic educational institutions, institutions characterized by the study of the Qur'an study. 'an, the writing of the Mushaf al-Qur'an Akbar. The results and findings of this study indicate the contribution of KH. Muntaha is the main figure who determines the development of the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school. These findings are important results that have implications for the development of education with an integrated model of educational institutions that can advance Islamic boarding schools al-Asy'ariyyah as Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Campus as an educational institution that aims to create individuals who are ready to plunge into public life directly have a responsibility in educating individuals to have humanist nature. Starting from the problem, the author is interested in reviewing the implementation of human rights-friendly Islamic campuses by applying the values of tolerance and solidarity. This study uses qualitative research type with Mixed-Methods method with samples of FKIP UHAMKA students. The results obtained in this study are that FKIP UHAMKA students already have a basic understanding of human rights that can be seen from student activities on campus that uphold the values of tolerance and solidarity.
