Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai apa saja yang di terapkan dalam pembelajaran PAI di era Abad 21,penelitian ini muncul karena berbagai konflik dalam pembelajaran khususnya materi pembelajaran cendrung mengajarkan radikalisme serta tiada pengawasan dalam menggunakan teknologi sehingga menimbulkan transformasi nilai radikalisme pada peserta didik, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran agama Islam di era modern, di mana ia menjadi landasan untuk membentuk siswa yang baik dan sejalan dengan perkembangan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks. Nilai-nilai moderasi antara lain komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti radikalisme dan kekerasan, dan akomodatif dengan budaya lokal.

Abstract

Air Bang sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Rejang Lebong district, where the majority of people are Javanese. The Javanese tribe is a tribe that upholds existing traditions, one of which is the annual tradition of deceased people called the mendak tradition. This research aims to find out what values ​​of Islamic education are contained in the mendak tradition carried out by the Javanese community in the Air Bang sub-district. . Therefore, this needs to be studied to find out what values ​​of Islamic education are contained in the Mendak tradition through a series of Mendak traditional processions in the sub-district. The research approach used to study this matter is a qualitative approach and the type of research used is ethnography. Data in the form of words is taken from informants or respondents when they are interviewed, while additional data is in the form of documents. In the process of collecting data, researchers used three methods, namely the observation method, interview method and documentation method. Then the researcher used data analysis techniques through 3 three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results of research on the Values ​​of Islamic Education in the Mendak Tradition in Air Bang Village, Curup Tengah District, Rejang Lebong Regency show that first, in the procession of implementing the Mendak tradition in Air Bang Village there are several stages, namely: opening, host's remarks, yasin reading, reading. tahlil and prayer. Second, the values ​​of Islamic education in the Mendak tradition in the Air Bang sub-district, namely the moral values ​​towards Allah found in the recitation of yasin, tahlil and prayers, morals towards humans and fellow humans found in mutual help and mutual cooperation activities to prepare for the peak night of the Mendak tradition.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a conceptual model examining the interplay among digital transformation, information system quality, the use of E-Kinerja application and State Civil Apparatus (SCA) work productivity. As the foregoing, this research deployed four variables which were drawn into a conceptual model by formulating six hypotheses. This research used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling approach to frame the model and statistically testing it. 250 SCAs (both lecturers and staff at IAIN Curup) were involved as the respondents because they had adequate experiences regarding the use of E-Kinerja application. Data were collected using valid and reliable questionnaires. Using Smart PLS 4 program, the data were analyzed to evaluate the developed conceptual model. The analysis results demonstrated that digital transformation positively influenced SCA Work productivity (H1) with a path coefficient of 0.202 and T-statistics of 4.696. The impacts of digital transformation on the use of E-Kinerja application (H2) and on the quality of information systems (H3) were very strong, with path coefficients of 0.330 and 0.690 respectively, and very high T-statistics. The influence of information system quality on the use of E-Kinerja application (H4) was also significant with a coefficient of 0.637 and T-statistics of 18.300. Even though the direct influence of information system quality on SCA work productivity (H5) was more moderate, the significance value still showed that information system quality played a vital role in supporting efficient work productivity. Finally, a very prominent result was the influence of using the E-Kinerja application on SCA Work productivity (H6), with a coefficient of 0.589 and T-statistics of 6.572. The forgoing data demonstrated that the developed model was well-confirmed empirically. This research highlights that a well-designed application for work management, such as E-Kinerja, when supported by the implementation of digital transformation and information system quality, can enhance employees’ work productivity.  Future research is expected to examine moderating factors that can influence the effectiveness of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the questions (1) Does code switching occur in interactions between native Minangkabau speakers when communicating with other people in Curup?; (2) Does code mixing exist in their interactions?; and (3) What are the possible motives for code-switching and code-mixing in their interactions? Although this research is simple, it can be considered as a first step to study code-switching and code-mixing more comprehensively, especially among native Minangkabau speakers in Curup. Through this small study, it can be concluded that native speakers of the Minangkabau language use Indonesian in their interactions with other people. They switch the code to Minangkabau every time the person they are talking to starts using it. The second reason for code switching for them is because they tend to use Minangkabau language if they know that the other person is a speaker of that language. They tend to use Minangkabau language if that language is used by them since the first time they meet.

Abstract

Abstract This research originates from the presence of cultural and social values ​​in Putu Wijaya's drama script Bila Malam Lagi Malam, which is very closely related to Balinese culture. , social issues and social status in the drama script When the Night Adds to the Night. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data was taken from December 2022 to March 2023. The method used was reading drama scripts to be analyzed, analyzing cultural values, analyzing cultural values, and studying literary theory books on ethnography. The results of this study included (1) Cultural Values ​​of naming in the drama script Bila Malam Bertambo Malam. (2) Cultural value of each character's equipment, (3) Cultural value of the language used by each actor, (4) Cultural value of knowledge, (5) Human Relations with Culture. then the social values ​​in the drama script are (1) social issues based on human-human relations, (2) social status. the usual opening greeting given by Balinese people to someone they find. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of subject teacher consultation training (MGMP) and incentives on teacher performance in private MTS in Curup District. This was a descriptive quantitative study. The population engaged all private MTs teachers in Curup District totaling 95 people. This study deployed a purposive sampling technique, so that 50 people were obtained as the samples according to the criteria. The instrument used was a questionnaire and documentation. The analysis employed descriptive percentage analysis method and multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis at the 5% confidence level showed that MGMP training and incentives contributed 71.89% to the performance of teachers in private MTS in Curup District, and the partial contribution from MGMP training was 53.3% and incentive was 62.8%. This study concluded that there were significant effects of MGMP training and incentives on teacher performance in a high category. This showed that the overall performance of teachers in private MTS in Curup District was influenced by the level of MGMP training and the amount of incentives.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is an activity based on community empowerment with a multi-disciplinary approach that seeks to overcome social problems that exist in society. Therefore, the implementation begins with the initial socialization (soswal) which is carried out with the village head, is the initial process to find out the activities that exist in the local community. This initial socialization activity (Soswal) is important to formulate an activity plan as an alternative problem solving which will be followed up on a discussion with the community for the design of activities for Making Weaving from yam leaves.

Abstract

Khasus bullying banyak terjadi di Indonesia, hal tersebut dapat menghambat proses belajar siswa disekolah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian, dampak, dan cara menanggulangi bulyying dengan konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literature tentang teori, dampak,dan cara menanggulanginya dengan konseling. Olweus (1999) mendefinisikan bulyying sebagai masalah psokososial dengan menghina dan merendahkan orang lain secara berulang-ulang dengan dampak negatif terhadap pelaku mempunyai kekuatan yang lebih dibandingkan korban. Beberapa hal dalam pendidikan yang dapat menanggulangi bulyying yaitu dengan melibatkan orang tua, teman sebaya, guru, konselor sekolah, serta seluruh warag sekolah.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran tahfidzul Qur’an para penghafal sering sekali mendapati beberapa problem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja problem yang dialami para penghafal al Qur’an dan mengetahui usaha yang dilakukan terhadap problematika pembelajaran tahfidzul qur’an yang ada pada siswa kelas 1 di Salafiyah Ula Islamic Centre Bin Baz Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriftif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis triagulasi data. Untuk mendapatkan informasi peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek guru dan kepala sekolah. Dari hasil penelitan ini ditemukan bahwa : 1) Problematika pembelajaran tahfidzul qur’an yang ada pada siswa kelas 1 di Salafiyah Ula Islamic Centre Bin Baz Yogyakarta adalah daya tangkap masing-masing siswa yang berbeda beda, faktor kemauan dari anak yang kurang, belum mengetahui cara membaca dan menghafal yang baik dan benar, tidak bisa mengatur waktu ketika menghafal dirumah, sifat malas yang ada pada siswa, kurang motivasi dari guru, ketika dirumah sering bergaul dengan anak-anak yang malas terutama malas dalam menghafal al-Qur’an, kurang muraja’ah hafalan, dan faktor tenaga pendidik yang kurang. 2) Upayah untuk mengatasi problematika pembelajaran tahfidzul qur’an yang ada pada siswa kelas 1 di Salafiyah Ula Islamic Centre Bin Baz Yogyakarta adalah guru hendaknya memberikan perhatian lebih kepada siswa yang daya tangkap dan kemauannya kurang, guru membimbing bacaan siswa sebelum menghafal dengan memperhatikan tajwid dan makhroj hurufnya dan siswa hendaknya sering membaca al-Qur'an, dirumah orang tua juga harus memotivasi anak, guru hendaknya menanamkan pada diri anak akan keutamaan dan pahala yang Allah ?? ????? berikan kepada penghafal al-Qur'an, guru dan orang tua menumbuhkan cinta anak terhadap al-Qur'an dengan memberikan tauladan yang baik, siswa dapat bergabung dengan kelompok penghafal al-Qur'an supaya saling membantu dan mengingatkan, mencari metode muraja’ah yang kreatif dan inovatitif, menambah tenaga pendidik untuk memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa yang membutuhkan

Abstract

Metode Tilawati adalah suatu sistem atau cara yang mengatur tentang pembacaan Alquran agar baik dan indah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keingintahuan terhadap pembelajaran membaca Alquran dengan menggunakan metode Tilawati di rumah Quran Al-Baroqah Air Rambai Curup. Terdapat masalah pada Metode Tilawati ini yaitu santri lebih mengutamakan irama/nada sehingga kaidah-kaidah dan tajwid Alquran terlalaikan. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode Tilawati serta mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaannya dan kelebihan dan kekurangan metode Tilawati di rumah Quran Al Baroqah Air Rambai Curup. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitin lapangan (Field Research) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Living quran dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomologis yang berdasarkan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi pada rumah Quran. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, penulis melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam teknik analisis data penulis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Alquran metode Tilawati di Rumah Quran Al-Baroqah Air Rambai sudah tersistem dengan baik dan terperinci, sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Karena adanya perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang baik dari metode Tilawati tersebut.
