Abstract

This study aims to impirically determine the influence of the stock price bubble, long-term debt and institutional ownership on the stock price crash risk in Indonesian technology companies in 2019-2021. The sampling technique in this study was using the proposive sampling method and obtained samples of 16 companies with a total observation of 48. The data analysis used in this study used the panel data regression method using the eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of this study show that long-term debt has a significant effect on stock price crash risk, meaning that companies that have a larger long-term debt structure in their capital structure have a higher stock price crash risk. Meanwhile, the stock price bubble and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect on the stock price crash risk. Simultaneously or together the stock price bubble, long-term debt and institutional ownership have a significant effect on stock price crash risk. Based on the results of the coefficient determination test, an adjusted R-square value of 0.8497 was obtained, meaning that the contribution of the independent variable in explaining the dependent stock price crash risk variable was 84.97%. This research is expected to be used as a consideration for interested parties, especially company managers and investors, to be able to pay attention to the factors that will cause stock price crash risk in Indonesian technology companies.

Abstract

Recruitment of Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) is a strategic step by the government in fulfilling manpower for certain positions in the public sector. PPPK recruitment held in the last two years has become a hot topic because of differences with the concepts promoted in the State Civil Apparatus Law with its implementation. In this article, we contribute to the literature by describing the PPPK recruitment system in 2022, especially for health workers in one of the government agencies, namely the Ministry of Health. In the first step, we explained about determining the needs of health workers in the year of creation of this article. The next step, we describe the PPPK recruitment of health workers with a closed system, where participants come from health workers who have worked in government-owned health agencies and are closed to the public. From the author's observations, we that this recruitment system has not optimally overcome the crisis of health workers that occurs and is more as a conversion of honorary workers with strict selection. Approximately 7,800 Non-ASN (honorary) employees were selected for the 5,322 formations offered, leaving 944 formations unfilled. But despite it all, when viewed from the honorary problem that does not end, the PPPK with this scheme actually provides a solution in the form of an affirmation policy, which is a more partial policy for those who meet the criteria. Especially considering that non-ASN health workers, whose number is currently more than twenty-three thousand people, their existence is an important asset that needs to be considered for their status and position. Health workers are trained professionals whose certainty of existence is an important key in health services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Content Marketing dan Sosial Media Marketing pada dasarnya berbeda tetapi memiliki keterkaitan satu dengan yang lainnya dimana Sosial Media Marketing dapat membantu menjangkau lebih luas dari Content Marketing, hal ini tentunya untuk mempengaruhi minat beli dimana minat beli sebagai suatu alat ukur apakah Content dan Sosial Media Marketing sudah di jalankan fungsinya sebaik mungkin. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui Content Marketing dan Sosial Media Marketing apakah memiliki pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatory. Peneliti mengambil sample dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumah resonden sebanyak 80, dimana sample di ambil dari follower competitor yaitu Syam Story 40 responden, dan Youka awear 40 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda, data dari responden di olah menggunakan SPSS, yaitu koefisien determinasi (R^2), uji T, dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1. Variable Content Marketing (X1) dan Sosial Media Marketing(X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli (Y) sarung pada market place (Lazada). 2. Variable Content Marketing(X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Minat Beli (Y). Variable Sosial Media Marketing (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Minat Beli (Y). 3. Sosial Media Marketing (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap Minat Beli(Y).

Abstract

Diyakini kemampuan dan efektivitas pemerintah daerah masih lemah. Padahal, fenomena umum pemborosan sering terlihat di kalangan organisasi pemerintah daerah. Menjelaskan pengaruh variabel independen seperti efisiensi manajemen, kemandirian keuangan daerah dan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah contoh penelitian penjelasan. Penelitian semacam ini tidak menemukan korelasi yang signifikan antara belanja modal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja modal tidak mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peningkatan pengelolaan keuangan di suatu daerah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian daerah. Memiliki kemandirian finansial yang lebih besar di wilayah itu memiliki efek lebih lanjut pada perekonomian. Semakin mandiri suatu daerah, semakin tinggi tingkat pertumbuhan ekonominya.

Abstract

Resilience is an important thing that must be owned by every individual, especially when facing difficulties in his life. Social support can be provided to increase resilience in individuals, so that they are able to rise from their adversity. Personality type is related to resilience and social support. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support on resilience moderated by personality type. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling, and the number of students in the boarding school was 30 people. Measurements were made using the Multidimensional Scale of Percived Social Support (MSPSS), Connor Davidson - Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale. The results showed that support had no effect on resilience (p=0.1230) and personality type also could not support the effect of social support on resilience (p=0.103).

Abstract

Hospitals are medical services that produce medical waste. The increasing number of positive cases of Covid-19 has resulted in an increase in the amount of medical waste. An assessment of the risks caused by the hazards is required. This study aims to analyze the risk management of medical waste in efforts to prevent and control Covid-19 at the MMC Jakarta Hospital. Using qualitative methods. Located at the MMC Hospital Jakarta in May-June 2022. Primary data collection comes from observations of waste management. Secondary data obtained from graphic documents. Risk identification was carried out from several problems by conducting interviews with the hospital. After that, an analysis is carried out based on the identification of the problem. MMC Hospital medical waste is treated in accordance with the designated waste designation based on applicable regulations. There are adequate policies and SOPs, human resources, funds, facilities and infrastructure. Sorting has been carried out between domestic waste and medical waste, with the exception of the Covid-19 treatment room. But still found disaggregation that is not appropriate. The volume of waste generated by the MMC Hospital from 2020-2021 has increased by 21.79% resulting in a 5x increase in spending. The regulations in force have not been implemented properly. Hospitals should increase monitoring and evaluation efforts in all aspects of managing Covid-19 medical solid waste. Conclusion There is a risk of increasing the volume of waste and increasing expenditure of funds in waste management. Research suggestions are to comply with the policies that have been made, adjust the budget based on needs evaluation, carry out guidance and supervision as evaluation material, conduct education and training related to waste management, pay attention to each component so that it is in line with hospital sanitation goals.

Abstract

Character education is important since students should not only be smart but also have good character. Character education is the deliberate effort by all stakeholders to instil good character values in students therefore it should be integrated into all subjects taught. This research purpose is to evaluate and summarize current research on the incorporation of character education in English Language Teaching (ELT) in a systematic manner. This research is a literature review research. The method used is a literature review of articles from previous studies, which are related to the integration of character education in English Language Teaching (ELT). An electronic search was conducted to identify 25 relevant studies from several databases. The results of 25 studies show that English Language Teaching (ELT) is an excellent medium for cultivating character education in students, especially through literary texts. This research also provides insight for future research and gives specific recommendations for further study related to the integration of character education in online learning.

Abstract

According to Article 1 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 30 of 2004, a Notary is a public official authorized to make authentic deeds and other authorities as stipulated in the Law. In carrying out their duties, a Notary is supervised by Article 16 and Article 17 of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary. There are no legal sanctions or regulations regarding professionalism in the Law on Notary Positions, even though Notaries often stumble into problems due to negligence or unprofessionalism in carrying out their duties as public officials with authority. Notaries are expected to prioritize professionalism, especially in the making and handling of deeds entrusted to them by clients. However, mistakes or errors can occur in carrying out their duties due to their lack of professionalism, which can have legal consequences for themselves. This study is a normative juridical study using secondary data. The research approach used legal, case, and conceptual approaches using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study conclude that Notaries are expected to prioritize professionalism in carrying out their duties so that the public can trust the position of a Notary.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the sentiment that exists in mobile banking and what aspects are the basis for assessing user sentiment. The method used is text mining using the Naïve Bayes algorithm in Python. The type of data used is qualitative text data. Data is collected from user reviews of mobile banking applications on the Google Play Store. The results of this study found BCA Mobile has a positive sentiment with a Positive TN value of 44% with an accuracy value of 82%. As for the confusion matrix results of each sentiment class, the Precision value in the positive sentiment class is 87%, in the negative class is 79%, the Recall value of the positive class is 72%, in the negative class is 91%, and the F1-Score value of the positive and negative classes is 79% and 84%, respectively. This assessment is reviewed from several aspects of the reviews given by users such as the verification process, ease of use, security, and features presented.

Abstract

Metaverse as a form of technological advancement has become a hot topic of discussion at worldwide. Metaverse is a technology that can create a three-dimensional virtual world by utilizing modern technology, where users can interact as if they are in a real-world through three-dimensional avatars. In Metaverse, users can do many things as usual, such as gathering with friends, working, learning, playing, shopping, experimenting, creating, and so on. Almost all physical activities and social interactions can be done in Metaverse. However, research on Metaverse is currently limited to knowledge and theory, and there is not much research discussing the detailed and actual form of Metaverse itself. Therefore, as a first step in building Metaverse, this research will focus on creating a virtual music concert as a simulation of the Metaverse world using the Roblox platform with the aim of creating a Metaverse simulation with a virtual music concert theme, providing references related to the appearance, environment, and atmosphere that can be used in Metaverse, as well as introducing features and user flow when watching a virtual music concert.
