Jurnal Cakrawala Repositori IMWI focuses on publishing original research articles, reviewing articles from contributors, and current issues relating to Economics, Business and Management. The main purpose of the journal is to provide a platform for scholars, academics, and researchers to share contemporary thinking in the field. The work should not be published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The official language of the manuscript that will be published in Jurnal Cakrawala Repositori IMWI is Indonesian. For information and registration, contact cakrawala@imwi.ac.id. Jurnal Cakrawala Repositori IMWI is a peer-reviewed journal which is published six times a year. This journal is an open-access that publishes research outcomes with significant contributions to the understanding and improvement of management science. The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.

This research was conducted at PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar, Sukabumi. In this study using two independent variables namely financial incentives as (X1) and non-financial incentives as (X2) and work motivation as the dependent variable (Y) which has the purpose of knowing: (1) the effect of financial incentives on employee work motivation, (2) the effect of non-financial incentives on employee work motivation, and (3) the effect of financial incentives and non-financial incentives on employee work motivation. The research method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar as research respondents totaling 63 people. Quality testing techniques used by researchers are by testing validity and reliability. For data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, while to test the hypothesis the researcher uses multiple linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of the calculation of the data that has been processed using the SPSS 25 program shows that (1) financial incentives has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) non-financial incentives has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, and (3) simultaneously financial and non-financial incentives have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Rismawan Pratama Bersinar, Sukabumi.

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, and (3) The effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance. The subjects of this study were some of the employees of Soreang Hospital in Bandung. The number of sampel is 100 respondent. The sampel selection tehnique used was purposive sampling. Methods of data collection through surveys using questionnaires. Technical quality testing tools include test of validity and reliability, classical analysis and descriptive analysis using the SPSS program. The results show that (1) Organizational culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Motivation positively affects employee performance. 3) Organizational culture and motivation positively affect employee performance. Further research is needed by this RSUD so that employees are able to produce high performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction products at Rabbani outlet Kota Sukabumi. The research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples. The instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and correlation, while for hypothesis testing using path analysis. The first result on customer satisfaction shows that brand image has no direct effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality and price directly affect on customer satisfaction. The second result on customer loyalty shows that brand image, product quality and price directly had no effect on customer loyalty. This research is expected to help companies in applying the marketing mix that is adjusted to the conditions in the company environment so that it can be implemented.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decision of Wardah lipstick products in Sukabumi City. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is Wardah lipstick customers in Sukabumi City. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. Technical quality testing tools include test validity and reliability, classical assumptions, and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression T test, and F test using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 program. The results of the t-test research (partially) show that there is no influence between the brand image on purchasing decision. Product quality is partially positive and significant for purchasing decision, while simultaneously, brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision.

This research aimed to figured out the effect of premium income and investment return toward tabarru fund reserves. The data collection method used in this study was documentation by getting the data of financial statement published by the company. The population used in this study was sharia insurance company which listing Assosiations Sharia Insurance Indonesia(AASI) along period of 2012 – 2016. The sample was taken using simple random sampling method which generated 61 samples of year 2012 – 2016. Moreover, the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. Also, this study used clasical assumption test : normality test, multikolinearity test, autokorelation test, and heteroskedastisitas test. Hypothesis testing using multiple liniear regression analysis. The result of this study showed that the one independent variable which consisted of premium income signifcanly affect the tabarru fund reserves. Meanwhile, the other one variable (investment return)had no significan affect towards the tabarru fund reserves. This study was conducted only in one sharia insurance company.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of direct and indirect compensation towards the employee's motivation at Selabintana Hotel & Conference Resort Sukabumi simultaneously and partially. The method of this research is quantitative method by using questionnaires. The samples of this study are 102 respondents. Descriptive analysis techniques are used on this research, with validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis. And then, the hypotheses tests are using F test and t test. The simultaneous test result is the direct and indirect compensation has significantly influence towards employee’s motivation. And the partial test showed that the direct compensation has a significant effect on employee’s motivation. And also the indirect compensation affect significantly the employee's motivation too.

This study examines the impact of board characteristic on firm financial performance. Firm financial performance is measured by ROA. Board characteristic are defined by gender, age, and nationality. This study employs publicly available data from annual reports of a sample of 50 firm observation. Using multiplied linear regression analysis with hypotheses test of t statistics, this study finds gender and age, partially, had no significant impact on firm financial performance. The foreign board membership on the other hand, partially, had positive and significant impact on firm financial performance.

The era of globalization demands progress in all areas including in education. The world of education is the only formal institution to answer all the challenges that occur. This is where the role of the institution of education providers becomes important, because in it there are components of Human Resources in demand to work with professional and good quality work that is expected to be able to improve the progres of the institution. The purpose of this study is to determine the picture of Compensation and Competence and Employee Performance at Widyatama University. In addition, this study also aims to determine how much Compensation and Competence will together afect employee performance at Widyatama University. This research was conducted on Employees at Widyatama University with 66 respondents. The data collection technique is done through questionnaire and direct observation and using descriptive analysis method verifikatif. As for testing the hypothesis used multiple regression analysis method to test the hypothesis used t test and F test at the level of α = 0.05 with the help of SPSS Version 20 and Microsoft Excel program. Based on the results of research shows the picture that the compensation of employees are in good category, employee competence is in good category, and Employee Performance is in good category. There is a positive influence and significant variable Compensation to Performance of 0.467 or 46,7%, while the Competence variable significantly influence Employee Performance of 0.321 or 32,1%. The effect of simultaneous Compensation and Competence on Performance of 0.576 or 57,6% and the rest of 0.424 or 42,4% is another variable that is not examined. The conclusion of this research is there is significant influence between Compensation and Competence to effort of improvement of Employee Performance at WidyatamaUniversity.

Population data is data used for various purposes such as taxpayer services, insurance, health insurance and much more. The process of collecting population data, especially in the Takokak sub-district is still very slow and the data are often not in accordance with the conditions in the community. One of the concepts that can be applied in facilitating population and regional processing is to reengineer the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) business process. In designing the system needed an enterprise architecture model of management information systems in processing population data in order to minimize failure when implementing the system can run as needed. For modeling, UML is used and analysis using the BPR method helps in the process of designing the basic structure of data processing so that it can help the design and development of information systems. The system design carried out in the BPR work plan will be web-based population data processing.

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of lifestyle and brand image to purchase decision. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and literature. The population in this study are all students of SMAN 3 Sukabumi City that uses smartphone iPhone product. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Sukabumi City, West Java-Indonesia. With sample size of 100 respondents drawn by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, the results of significance test the effect simultaneously with the F test, lifestyle and brand image together or simultaneously, have a significant effect on purchase decisions. Based on the test results of the partial effect by t test, that all independent variables, namely lifestyle and brand image have positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.
