Namun tidak semua hasil penelitian dapat dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Kehadiran Journal Informatic, Education And Management (JIEM) tidak hanya bermaksud untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian empiris dan teoritis terkait dengan system informasi, system komputer, pendidikan, dan manajemen. Tetapi lebih dari itu, JIEM menjadi salah satu sarana diseminasi hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan ketiga bidang ilmu tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and employee competence on customer satisfaction at the Wanasari Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD). The research is grounded in the importance of motivation and competence for customer satisfaction at this facility. A quantitative approach was employed, combining descriptive and verificative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 52 customers of the Wanasari Puskesmas UPTD and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The study concludes that motivation and competence are essential for optimizing customer satisfaction at the Wanasari Puskesmas UPTD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Core Values BerAKHLAK on the work motivation of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (SETWAN) of Pidie Jaya Regency. The implementation of organizational values is important to improve employee motivation and performance in public institutions. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study consisted of all ASN and non-ASN employees at the Secretariat of DPRK Pidie Jaya, totaling 67 employees, and the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using statistical methods with the help of SPSS 25.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Core Values BerAKHLAK has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of ASN at the Secretariat of DPRK Pidie Jaya. This is proven by the results of the t-test which show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value greater than the t-table value (5.071 > 1.660). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.685 indicates that 68.5% of the variation in ASN work motivation is influenced by the implementation of Core Values BerAKHLAK, while the remaining 31.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, the implementation of Core Values BerAKHLAK plays an important role in increasing ASN work motivation.

Abstract

The hydrometeorological disaster that occurred in several places in Aceh at the end of 2025 caused a major impact on the continuity of the education sector , especially in terms of access , continuity of learning , and quality of infrastructure . Damage to school facilities and infrastructure and disruption to student mobility made education a public issue that requires fast , adaptive , and measurable policy intervention . As an innovative response , in 2026 a support program for 1.2 million e-learning PINs was launched , initiated by the Police Science College (STIK) of the Indonesian National Police Education and Training Institute (Lemdiklat Polri) in collaboration with the I Love My Country Indonesia (ILMCI) Group, with distribution support by the Aceh Regional Police and technical follow-up by the Aceh Education Office. This program is aimed at affected areas , especially in Aceh Singkil Regency and Lhokseumawe City , with a target of 362,617 students in 2,805 schools from elementary to high school levels . This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the e - learning PIN assistance policy that functions to support the recovery of the education sector after the disaster . The method used is a qualitative descriptive qualitative approach by conducting Literature review . The findings of this study indicate that this policy plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of learning and expanding access to digital education . However , its implementation still faces several challenges , such as a lack of adequate infrastructure , minimal preparation of the workforce , and less than optimal coordination between sectors . This finding is in line with the views on policy implementation explained by George C. Edward III, highlighting that communication , resources , attitudes , and bureaucratic organization play a crucial role in determining the success of a policy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge, understanding, awareness, and modernization of tax administration on individual taxpayer compliance. This research uses primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 individual taxpayers registered at the Jakarta Pasar Minggu Tax Office using the Simple Random Sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.2.9 and Microsoft Excel 2021. The results indicate that knowledge, understanding, awareness, and modernization of tax administration have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Therefore, improving these factors can enhance the level of compliance among individual taxpayers more effectively

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital lifestyle and trust on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z consumers in Bogor City on the e-commerce platform Shopee. The rapid development of digital technology has driven changes in consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who demonstrate a high level of engagement in using the internet and digital applications for shopping activities. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z respondents in Bogor City. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that digital lifestyle and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that higher digital engagement and greater consumer trust increase the likelihood of making purchasing decisions. This study is expected to provide insights for e-commerce practitioners in understanding the behavior of Generation Z consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product ratings and consumer reviews on purchasing decisions for Wardah products on the Shopee e-commerce platform in Bogor Regency . The study used a quantitative approach with an associative research type . The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique . Data were collected through a Likert- scale -based questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that partially product ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 2.260 and a significance of 0.026. Consumer reviews also have a positive and significant effect with a calculated t value of 6.348 and a significance of 0.000, and have a more dominant influence . Simultaneously , product ratings and consumer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 567.534 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.921 indicates that both independent variables are able to explain 92.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions . This finding confirms that consumer ratings and reviews are important factors in influencing consumer behavior. consumers in the context of online purchasing .

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, campus environment, learning style, learning discipline, and learning motivation on students’ accounting learning achievement at Universitas Budi Luhur Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 accounting students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that emotional intelligence, campus environment, learning style, learning discipline, and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on accounting learning achievement. These findings indicate that behavioral and environmental factors play an important role in improving students’ academic performance. Therefore, universities are expected to develop learning strategies and academic policies that support students’ behavioral aspects and create a conducive learning environment.

Abstract

The Effect of the Effectiveness of GreatDay Attendance Implementation and Work Environment on Employee Work Discipline at XYZ School, Bekasi City. Employee work discipline is one of the key factors in improving organizational performance and productivity, particularly in educational institutions. In the digitalization era, the implementation of digital attendance systems such as GreatDay is expected to improve the effectiveness of attendance management and encourage employee discipline. However, the effectiveness of implementing the digital attendance system still faces various challenges, while the work environment is also presumed to influence employees' level of discipline. This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of GreatDay attendance implementation and the work environment on employee work discipline at XYZ School, Bekasi City. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods. The research population consisted of all employees at XYZ School, Bekasi City, totaling 75 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling; therefore, the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a 1-5 Likert scale distributed to 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques employed multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25, including classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: (1) the Effectiveness of GreatDay Attendance Implementation has a partial and significant effect on Employee Work Discipline with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 15.9%; (2) Work Environment has a partial and significant effect on Employee Work Discipline with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 11.1%; (3) the Effectiveness of GreatDay Attendance Implementation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Discipline with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 42.3%. This indicates that both independent variables together explain 42.3% of the variation in employee work discipline, while the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of GreatDay attendance implementation and the work environment significantly affect employee work discipline, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, XYZ School, Bekasi City, is advised to improve the effectiveness of GreatDay attendance implementation through more intensive training, improved technological infrastructure, and systematic monitoring and evaluation, as well as to create a conducive work environment by enhancing the workplace atmosphere, harmonizing inter-employee relationships, and providing adequate work facilities to improve employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study examines the extent to which the work environment and competence influence employee performance at the Indonesian Employers’ Association (APINDO). A favorable work environment and competence are expected to be factors that can continuously improve employee performance. The objectives are to describe and analyze the work environment, competence, and employee performance, and to estimate the magnitude of the influence of the work environment and competence on employee performance at APINDO, both simultaneously and partially. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 30 employees of APINDO. Primary data were obtained from respondents’ answers to a questionnaire distributed by the researcher. The results of data analysis indicate that the work environment and competence influence employee performance at APINDO, both partially and simultaneously. Employee performance is explained by the work environment and competence variables by 82.3%, while the remaining 17.7% is attributable to other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Political Party Information System (SIPOL) application functions as a supporting tool to facilitate decision-making, ensure data organization, enable data collection, storage, distribution, and provide access to information. The involvement of Information Technology (IT) through the SIPOL Management Information System (MIS) in the verification process of political parties reflects the digitalization of electoral stages, producing adaptive and modern verification of party documents toward efficiency and effectiveness. The writing method employed combines a qualitative descriptive approach, based on experiences and observations during the 2024 General Election, with a quantitative descriptive statistical approach to determine the extent of SIPOL’s role in effectively and efficiently verifying political parties. The findings indicate that the SIPOL application plays a strong and dominant role in realizing organizational integration and coordination, knowledge and learning management, risk management and compliance, as well as supporting decision-making.
