Abstract

The development of blockchain brings efficiency, transparency, and security to transactions, but at the same time raises the issue of attribution of responsibility when there are smart contract errors, data leaks, system failures, or user losses. This study uses normative legal methods through legislative, conceptual, and Islamic law approaches with primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials that are analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that legal responsibility in the blockchain ecosystem cannot be centered on one party, but rather needs to be divided proportionally according to the level of control and risk contribution of each legal subject. Developers are responsible for code security, system design, and smart contract reliability. The platform assumes obligations for service governance, consumer protection, and data security. Users remain responsible for the legitimate and secure use of the technology. In the perspective of Islamic economic law, the principles of amanah, dhaman, and maslahah affirm the importance of accountability, justice, and usefulness in the use of blockchain. This research emphasizes the need to harmonize national regulations and sharia values so that the blockchain ecosystem develops responsibly, adaptively, and protects the interests of the parties. The findings also show that an adaptive legal framework is needed to prevent norm vacuums and clarify recovery mechanisms when losses occur.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. One of the factors associated with the incidence of preeclampsia is the educational level of pregnant women. A low educational level may affect a mother's ability to obtain, understand, and apply information regarding maternal health, thereby increasing the risk of developing preeclampsia. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the educational level of pregnant women and the incidence of preeclampsia in the working area of Penana'e Community Health Center, Bima City, in 2026. This study employed a quantitative method with an analytical observational design using a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of all pregnant women who attended antenatal care services at the Penana'e Community Health Center. A total of 73 respondents were selected using the total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Chi-Square test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a basic educational level (elementary and junior high school), accounting for 46 respondents (63.0%). The incidence of preeclampsia was found in 32 respondents (43.8%), consisting of 20 respondents (27.4%) with mild preeclampsia and 12 respondents (16.4%) with severe preeclampsia, while 41 respondents (56.2%) did not experience preeclampsia. The Chi-Square test yielded a p-value of 0.005 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between the educational level of pregnant women and the incidence of preeclampsia. It can be concluded that pregnant women with lower educational attainment are at a higher risk of developing preeclampsia than those with higher educational levels. Therefore, strengthening maternal health education and promoting early detection during pregnancy are essential to reduce the risk of preeclampsia and improve maternal and fetal health outcomes.

Abstract

This study analyzes the determinants of the Rupiah/US Dollar exchange rate in Indonesia during 2016–2025 using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach. The results show that Global Economic Policy Uncertainty (GEPU) and the Chinese Yuan exchange rate have a positive and significant effect on the Rupiah exchange rate in both the short and long run. Indonesia's inflation has a significant negative effect in the long run but no significant effect in the short run. Exports to China have a negative and significant effect in the short run but a positive and significant effect in the long run, whereas exports to the United States have no significant effect. Indonesia's government bond yield has a positive and significant effect only in the short run, while the US Treasury 10-year bond yield has a negative and significant effect in the short run but a positive and significant effect in the long run. The findings indicate that external factors, particularly global economic uncertainty, the Chinese Yuan exchange rate, and the US Treasury 10-year bond yield, play a more important role in influencing the Rupiah exchange rate than domestic factors.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of using recycled material-based learning media on junior high school students’ motivation to learn mathematics, particularly in the topic of three-dimensional geometry. Mathematics is often considered a difficult subject because many of its concepts are abstract, resulting in low student motivation during the learning process. Therefore, the use of concrete and innovative learning media is expected to improve students’ motivation and engagement. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population and sample consisted of 16 ninth-grade students at SMP Babul Istiqamah Susoh, selected using a saturated sampling technique because the entire population was involved in the study. Data were collected using a non-test instrument in the form of a learning motivation questionnaire administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the implementation of recycled material-based learning media. The questionnaire consisted of 16 Likert-scale statements measuring students’ learning motivation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, normality testing with the Shapiro-Wilk test, and hypothesis testing through the Paired Sample T-test using SPSS version 27. The results revealed that the average learning motivation score increased from 37.38 in the pretest to 58.94 in the posttest. Before the treatment, most students were categorized as having low learning motivation (75%), whereas after the treatment, the majority were categorized as having high (62.50%) and very high (12.50%) learning motivation. Furthermore, the Paired Samples T-test produced a significance value of < .001 (Sig. < 0.05), indicating that the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was accepted. These findings demonstrate that recycled material-based learning media had a significant positive effect on students’ mathematics learning motivation. Therefore, this learning media can be recommended as an innovative, low-cost, environmentally friendly, and effective alternative for enhancing mathematics instruction in junior high schools

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the "LANCIPMAS–PRESISIMAS" mnemonic strategy in improving junior high school students' ability to accurately distinguish between pyramids and prisms. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research population consisted of all eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Susoh during the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The sample was selected through purposive sampling and comprised one control class consisting of 19 students and one experimental class consisting of 20 students. The research data were collected through a multiple-choice achievement test administered during the pretest and posttest phases, supported by documentation. The data were then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Inferential analysis was conducted using Welch's t-test, followed by the calculation of the effect size using Glass's delta index with the aid of SPSS software. The results indicated a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two groups. The experimental class achieved a mean posttest score of 89.47, while the control class obtained a mean score of 50.68. Welch's t-test yielded a p-value of < 0.001, indicating that the difference was statistically significant. Furthermore, the Glass's delta value of 6.654 was classified as a very large effect. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the "LANCIPMAS–PRESISIMAS" mnemonic strategy is effective in helping students reduce cognitive load, improve memory retention, and enhance their accuracy in distinguishing and understanding the concepts of pyramids and prisms.

Abstract

This study aims to identify , evaluate , and synthesize empirical evidence regarding human resource development strategies that have been proven effective in improving organizational performance, as well as to analyze the factors that mediate and moderate this relationship based on a systematic literature review approach . The method used is qualitative library research with thematic-inductive content analysis techniques on ten reputable literature sources published between 2021 and 2025 , sourced from the Scopus, Google Scholar, and SINTA databases. The results of the study consistently show that sustainable training and development strategies , digital competency development , structured career management , and transparent and objective performance management systems are the most effective strategies in driving improvements in overall organizational performance . The relationship between HR development strategies and organizational performance is not direct and linear, but is mediated and moderated by a number of crucial factors , including organizational culture , top management commitment , strategic alignment between HRD programs and organizational business objectives , and characteristics of the sectoral context . This study concluded that the effectiveness of HR development strategies requires an integrative , systematic , and adaptive approach , which positions the HR function as a true strategic partner in achieving organizational goals , not just a cost center . This finding has significant implications for public and private sector organizations in developing countries , including Indonesia, in designing sustainable HR development policies oriented towards increasing long -term competitiveness .
