Abstract

Pendidikan adalah bidang pengabdian terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, bangsa, dan negara untu membentuk manusia Indonesia seutuhnya yang berjiwa pancasila. Permasalahan terbesar bangsa Indonesia saat ini adalah di masa pandemi covid-19 di tengah-tengah masyarakat, sebagai akibat dari terjadinya perubahan lingkungan global yang melanda hampir seluruh bangsa di Dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring di SDN Cikundul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, dan wawancara. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi yaitu melalui pengecekan terhadap informasi hasil wawancara dengan dokumentasi dan observasi agar hasil penelitian dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring di SDN Cikundul dilaksanakan melalui: (1) persiapan sebelum belajar secara daring, (2) proses pembelajaran secara daring, (3) setelah selesai pembelajaran secara daring, (4) Laporan tugas mandiri, (5) pembelajaran rutin mingguan, (6) pembelajaran rutin mingguan yang dilaksanakan di SDN Cikundul mampu mewujudkannya kerja sama antara orang tua, guru dan masyarakat dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran secara daring sebagai berikut: (1) waktu pembelajaran - seminggu enam hari, (2) pembelajaran tematik - hari senin s.d jumat, sedangkan hari sabtu untuk kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, (3) jadwal pelajaran masa pandemi kelas satu sampai dengan kelas enam, pelaksanaan pada jam pertama dengan penanaman karakter dan dilanjutkan materi tematik, (4) kegiatan mulok yaitu pencak silat, dan (5) ekstrakulikuler pramuka, dan dukter kecil, (6) tenaga pendidik - guru kelas dan guru bidang styudi, (6) Guru bidang Studi – penjas, agama, pencak silat.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the role that parents play in their child's growth and development during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is a case study through interviews. The analysis technique in this research is thematic analysis. The research subjects used were 34 housewives from various professions. The research was conducted in the village of Cibolang Kaler, Sukabumi, West Java. The results showed that the problems faced by parents were limited devices for online learning, unstable internet connection, busy parents, information that did not arrive, children's boredom during online learning. The solutions that can be applied to overcome these problems are providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, increasing understanding of the role of parents in the growth and development of children, needing innovative learning models for online learning, schools implementing face-to-face learning and vaccination immediately.

Abstract

The development of science also accompanies the development of modern society. Science that develops and brings changes to humans that causes problems from material aspects to mental aspects. The rapid development of modern science and technology takes into account the aspects of systems, values, values ​​and religious values, so that moral degradation has emerged. The purpose of this research is to examine the implications of the philosophy of science in the development of modern scientific ethics. The method used in this research is literature study. The discussion analysis shows that the philosophy of science must be integrated philosophically in order to realize scientific functions, especially in moral, intellectual and social aspects. This is because science is neutral and disagrees with good or bad, considering that it is science who has the right to determine the attitude. Utilization of science for human settlement in the operations of the owner of knowledge and its contribution to the problems of human life. As science develops, it is the philosophy of science that plays a role in realizing good scientific ethics. The existence of the philosophy of science aims to restore science in order to continue to encourage people to think and behave wisely and wisely.

Abstract

To date, traditional philanthropy has not been widely studied in the perspective of educational sciences. In fact, traditional philanthropy has the potential to be a reference for character education based on local wisdom. This study aims to interpret educational values in the traditional philanthropy of the Grenden society. Using an ethnographic design conducted throughout 2018-2020, this study succeeded in revealing a number of educational values from the philanthropic activities of the class of farmers, limestone miners, and fishermen. Further analysis reveals that the philosophical foundation and practical guidelines of philanthropy are based on the understanding of the Javanese Islam. The findings of this study contribute to the development of educational science, especially character education. This research offers a solution to the problem of character education that has been carried out by showing a role model first. Therefore, the implications of this research are in the form of criticism and correction of the implementation of character education that is not based on the values of local wisdom. Included in the object of this research criticism are the basics of character education offered by Thomas Lickona, and instead this research promotes the value of character education based on the wisdom of the Indonesian people as echoed by Ki Hadjar Dewantara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of the school library as a learning resource for learning Indonesian at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by using the principal, Indonesian teacher, and students as research subjects. The results of the study indicate that the pattern of utilization of the school library used is to ensure that students complete learning tasks by using the school library as a learning resource. The purpose of the utilization pattern is to instill the attitudes and awareness of students to read. The supporting factors are the availability of the school library, the enthusiasm of the teachers, the enthusiasm of the students, the arrangement of good books, the existence of a conditional lesson plan. The inhibiting factors are the absence of librarian, the absence of a clear library structure, a lot of time consuming lessons, and the lack of supporting learning resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kebijakan dari pemerintah yang memberlakukan pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 melalui pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) sehingga mengharuskan proses pembelajaran di sekolah dilakukan secara online/daring. Salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring adalah kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online/ daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literatur Review (SLR). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan serta mereview semua artikel mengenai “kedisiplinan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran daring” yang memiliki penelitian serupa pada laporan penelitian ini. Artikel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 15 artikel jurnal nasional terakreditasi melalui penelusuran menggunakan Google Scholar dengan bantuan aplikasi Publish or Perish. Berdasarkan kajian literatur terhadap jurnal-jurnal yang terhimpun diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kedisiplinan belajar siswa sangat berpengaruh pada pembelajaran daring. Kedisiplinan belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik harus diperhatikan dari orang tua dirumah yang mengawasi pembelajaran secara daring dan juga guru sebagai motivator disiplin belajar dirumah

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas citra perempuan Sunda dalam tari Kawung Anten. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Citra perempuan Sunda dalam tari Kawung Anten karya Gugum Gumbira berbicara tentang citra perempuan Sunda, yang isi tariannya bersumber pada folklore Sumedang Larang. Peran Wanita mendapat tempat yang tinggi sekali dalam pedoman hidup orang Sunda. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Analisi melalui pendekatan multidisiplin ilmu untuk membedah Teks dan Konteks dalam tari Kawung Anten. Konsep bentuk tari Kawung Anten mengaitkan antara seni pertunjukan dengan sistem nilai Sunda. Makna dari isi tarian berbicara tentang Citra perempuan Sunda yang religius, gesit, kreatif, pemberani, dan kokoh kepribadiannya. Dari Sisi bentuk dan Isi tarian ini yang menjadi faktor penyebab terungkapnya citra perempuan Sunda dalam Tari Kawung Anten.

Abstract

Physical education as a formal class is under threat in many schools as the implementation of basic education diminishes, and the demand for bold education results in the need for courses that meet standards for all fields of study, including physical education. The purpose of this research is to see how physical education subjects boldly affect students' learning and their ability to meet fitness and health requirements with national standards. in accordance with the implementation of physical education boldly is related to reduced subjects, such as the ability to hold students accountable. According to research, the right mix of meaningful learning activities, specific learning goals, and attracting student accountability increases student motivation and activates physical activity in bold learning. The activity diary components, parental accountability and monitoring, and freedom of choice in activities are all included in suggestions for implementing bolder physical education learning that is more successful

Abstract

The principal's efforts to promote high quality schools have failed to live up to the expectations of our society. The principal's performance has not shown the best and most encouraging results. Without a doubt, this shortfall will have an impact on the quality of education in schools. The purpose of this study was to study the empirical description of leadership skills in the following areas: managerial leadership, vision, mission, and goals of the school, inculcation of school quality cultural values, implementation of programs and plans, and school quality control and control. In this study, the approach used to conduct research. The orientation of phenomenological techniques is the behavior and knowledge of school residents in school administration, as well as their interactions with other people, in order to improve school quality. Informants were chosen deliberately. Qualitative techniques are used in this study. In-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentary studies were used to obtain the data. The data made several attempts using a triangular, member-check, and peer-check process. The findings in the research are, Principals have made efforts in their schools to foster a high-quality environment. Principals play an important role in implementing integrated quality TQM in the classroom. They do so according to instructions, and in their schools, power. - vision and mission of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi masalah rendahnya kepuasan kerja dengan cara mengetahui kekuatan variabel-variabel yang diduga mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, yaitu budaya organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal dan pemberdayaan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Populasi penelitian adalah 378 guru mata pelajaran honorer di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kota Sukabumi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dan perhitungan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 194 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi korelasional untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian, yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal dan pemberdayaan dengan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut kemudian dilakukan analisis SITOREM untuk menetapkan rekomendasi dan penentuan urutan prioritas penanganan indikator yang harus diperbaiki. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menemukan bahwa semua variabel mempunyai hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja, dengan urutan berdasarkan kekuatan hubungan sebagai berikut: budaya organisasi (ryx1=0,558, ρ<0,01). pemberdayaan (ryx3=0,450 , ρ<0,01), dan komunikasi interpersonal (ryx2=0,397 , ρ<0,01). Hasil analisis SITOREM juga menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi, komunikasi interpersonal dan pemberdayaan
