<![CDATA[The world that continues to change requires education to adapt in using digital tools. This era-relevant of evaluation is based on HOTS with Quizizz. The use of Quizizz which educational is expected students to be able learn innovatively. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of HOTS-based qirā’ah evaluation with the Quizizz application and its effect on learning outcomes. This study used a true-experimental type of experimental quantitative method (posttest only control group design). The results of this study indicated the value of Std. Experimental error 1.212 and control 1.262, the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 means that there was a relationship between the experimental and control post-test variables. The t-count value is 6.341 and the t-table is 2.086, so 6.341 > 2.086 means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus it can be concluded that Quizizz is effectively used in the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning media needs to be adapted to the age of students. To support the success of the learning process, media have been created and modified to make it easier for students to understand the teaching material. This research decided to compare the learning outcomes of students in grades Va and Vb elementery school As-Syafi'iyah Wonorejo Kencong Jember on a‘ḍā' al-jism material using Gamtem media. A qualitative approach helped this research with data collection through observation and documentation. The results of the research showed that Gamtem media applied in class Va was superior in the written test with an average score of 88,95, while class Vb was superior in the oral test with an average score of 78,44. Thus, Gamtem media can support students' success in learning speaking and writing competence.]]>

<![CDATA[A hypnoteaching method is needed to attract student learning interest. This study aimed to determine. The aim of this research was to determine the ability of student's speaking skills before and after the application of the hypnoteaching method and also to determine the effectiveness of the hypnoteaching method in improving students’ speaking skills in Arabic SMAINUS Malang. The research method used an experimental method with the type of Pre-Experimental Design One Group Pre-test Post-test. According to the results by using a comparison test of the two dependent variables. The researcer used the paired sample t test and comparing the t table with t arithmetic, the researcher obtained result that the significance value was 0.000 <0.05 and the t table value was 2.059 and t count was 13,22 showed 2,059 < 13,22 which meant t table < t count that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. It concludes that there was a significant difference from the average value of the pre-test and post-test so that the hypnoteaching method is effectively used in Arabic learning to improve the speaking skills of the students of SMA Islam Nusantara Malang.]]>

<![CDATA[The research was conducted at MTs Nurul Ulum with the aim of determining the problems of vocabulary learning and its causal factors and describing the steps of vocabulary learning with image media. The method used by the researcher was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study were: (1) The objectives of vocabulary learning at MTs Nurul Ulum were not achieved properly. This happened because the previous learning carried out online was less specific and there were some students who graduated from elementary school (SD) who had never studied Arabic. In addition, students' interest and motivation in learning were still low and teachers had not used learning media other than teacher books and student books, and (2) vocabulary learning with image media using the stages of exploration, organizing, elaboration, confirmation, and reinforcement of the material. In this way the image media can be an instrument to support students' success in learning Arabic.]]>

<![CDATA[Arabic has a specific pronunciation and has the potential to change meaning if it is not pronounced correctly. This study oriented to analyze the characteristics of the pronunciation of the Syafatain makhārijul huruf in surah Al-Fatihah by the imam of a mosque in Sukasari sub-district when leading prayers and to identify phonological errors made. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. To collect research data, the methods used were listening methods, interviews, and documentation in the form of recordings of the voice of the imam of the mosque when reciting surah Al-Fatihah. The results of this study indicated that the characteristics of the imam of the mosque in reciting surah Al-Fatihah were quite diverse and there are phonological errors made by the imam of the mosque in reciting the letter ب, especially Al-Fatihah when the letter is in the middle of the word segmentation level. Any Arabic pronunciation needs to follow phonological conventions so that the Arabic sounds occupy the appropriate positions.]]>

<![CDATA[A formative evaluation process on Arabic debate learning needs to be carried out. This is a form of anticipation of student weaknesses in speaking skills ahead of the final exam. The use of Arabic debate methods is used to train students in improving Arabic language skills, especially in the field of mahārah al-kalām. This study aims to evaluate debate learning using formative evaluation. The evaluation is carried out during the learning process. Researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods with field research models. The results of this study show that the formative evaluation process is carried out by providing feedback and input from each student. In addition, students are also asked to provide evaluations through research sheets. The achievement index scale used as a reference for educators in evaluating the assessment score that will be obtained by students is 100 with a value scale of 75-87. This evaluation can help Arabic teachers to reflect on the learning that has been done.]]>

Meanwhile, related to the research background above, researchers tried to analyze the role and non-lingustic approach in Ma’had Abu Ubaidah Medan. This research is an analytical description research sourced from literature surveys and experience surveys. The thing found in this study is that the non-linguistic approach in the formation of the Arabic language environment in Ma’had Abu Ubaidah Medan has several aspects and each aspect causes implications for the development of students’ Arabic language skills. Attention to non-linguistic approaches results in a positive in the formation of the Arabic language environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Language, as a communication tool, has drawn the attention of linguists to research and discover new theories about language. The Transformative-Generative Theory by Noam Chomsky is believed to have revolutionized the development of linguistics. This theory holds that human language ability is not a natural product, but an innate potential in humans since birth. This article examines how Arabic language learning can be viewed through the lens of the Transformative-Generative Theory. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Regarding language learning from the perspective of the transformative-generative theory, the four language skills are emphasized as follows: 1) listening comprehension, which requires language acquisition-based activities; 2) speaking, which relates to language creativity; 3) reading, which is related to competence and performance; and 4) writing, which is related to surface and deep structure. These concepts can be applied to writing instruction in analyzing and producing texts.]]>

<![CDATA[The ability to speak Arabic needs to be supported by mastery of Arabic vocabulary, and one of the strategies is the application of the Arab word guessing method to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of Arabic language skills of 9th-Grade Students at MTs Haji Ilyas Jember students after the application of the word guessing method, in order to support the mastery of mahārah al-kalām students. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through pre-test, post-test, interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the application of this method can improve students’ Arabic language skills. This is evidenced by 90% of students experiencing significant development after the implementation of this method, while the remaining 10% is considered sufficient. This shows that learning Arabic with the word guessing method can help students in mastering Arabic vocabulary as a support for mastery of mahārah al-kalām.]]>

<![CDATA[Linguistic intelligence plays an important role in helping students cope with everyday problems. This research focuses on the linguistic intelligence of students at Al-Yasiny Islamic Boarding School Jember in the study of classical Arabic texts. The research method used was auto-ethnography with observation checklists, written interviews, and questionnaires, which were tested through triangulation. The results show the development of linguistic intelligence through the application of classical Arabic texts. Language proficiency through discussion reached the highest percentage (87.2%), while reading and writing foreign languages had the lowest percentage (73.6%). This research can be used to design learning programs that support the development of students' linguistic intelligence, both in classical Arabic and foreign languages, in facing future challenges.]]>
