Abstract

Metode merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan rencana yang sudah disusun dalam bentuk kegiatan nyata dan praktis untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan pembelajaran adalah agar siswa dapat mencapai kopetensi seperti yang di harapkan. Bahasa sumber adalah bahasa pertama atau bahasa ibu yang dikuasai oleh individu. Bahasa indonesia yang merupakan bahasa kedua bagi suku-suku di Indonesia, yang digunakan sebagai bahasa pengantar di sekolah tetap dinamakan bahasa sumber. Bahasa tujuan disebut juga bahasa asing ialah suatu bahasa diluar bahasa sumber. Bahasa tujuan atau disebut juga bahasa asing ialah suatu bahasa diluar bahasa sumber. Pembelajaran bahasa arab di indonesia saat ini sangat pesat dilakukan baik pihak negeri maupun swasta. Salah satu lembaga swasta yang melakukan pembelajaran bahasa arab adalah AMCF (Asia Muslim Charity Foundation) atau Yayasan Muslim Asia. Ma’had AMCF menjalankan sebuah model yang baik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Ma’had AMCF memadukan antara tipe naturalistic dan tipe formal dalam sistem pengajaran bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar dan gaya belajar merupakan bagian dari proses belajar. Dengan meningkatkan motivasi belajar, seorang pelajar akan selalu semangat dalam belajar. Setiap orang ketika belajar juga pasti memiliki gaya belajar yang khas dan berbeda-beda. Motivasi belajar dan gaya belajar merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan mencapai tujuan belajar. Untuk itu peran sekolah sangat diperlukan dan menjadi sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan memperhatikan gaya belajar mereka. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa motivasi eksternal dan internal mahasiswa Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang dan mentipologi gaya belajar bahasa Arab mereka, serta untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa peran Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang berdasarkan gaya belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, angket, dokumentasi dan observasi.. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan motivasi ekstrinsik dan intrinsik dalam belajar bahasa Arab pada mahasiswa Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang. Adapun gaya belajar mahasiswa Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang memiliki tipe: 1) Visual, 2) Audiovisual, dan 3) Kinestetik. Sedangkan peran Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang berdasarkan gaya belajar mahasiswa adalah melalui program dan kegiatan di Ma’had Abdurrahman Bin Auf Malang

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to find out the availability of Arabic literature in the STAIN Mandailing Natal library and the creation of a catalog of Arabic literature. This research uses the Community Bassed Research (CBR) method based on the needs of students in obtaining a catalog of Arabic literature and their activities in the Library. The data collection method used in this service is through observation and documentation studies. In addition, data analysis using literature analysis and data reduction. The data taken is Arabic literature in the Library. From the results of this service, the results were obtained that the STAIN Mandailing Natal Library has the availability of Arabic literature so that the preparation of a catalog of Arabic literature is very necessary

Abstract

The purpose of this research is motivated by religious learning that uses more lectures or da'wah methods. In contrast, Islamic religious education, specifically in tajwid, should use more practice and contextual, including educators' need for more attention in providing motivation and innovation in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative method with a social, educational approach. This type of research is field research, so the data obtained comes from the practice of tajwid teacher learning using observation and interviews. The study results on implementing the Jigsaw and Contextual Learning strategies in Islamic learning, especially in tajwid learning at the Mandailing Natal State Islamic College, use the seven essential components of the Jigsaw strategy. Then later in its implementation, students study in groups with cooperative techniques and try to be responsible for the assignments given. Using the seven essential components of the Jigsaw strategy is an original contribution to learning the Islamic religion. In addition, the implementation of group learning using cooperative techniques and emphasizing student responsibility for the assignments given also provides added value in this research.

Abstract

This research tries to explore non-linguistic factors as an approach in the formation of the Arabic language environment. Meanwhile, related to the research background above, re­­searchers tried to analyze the role and non-lingustic approach in Ma’had Abu Ubaidah Me­dan. This research is an analytical description research sourced from literature surveys and experience surveys. The thing found in this study is that the non-linguistic approach in the formation of the Arabic language environment in Ma’had Abu Ubaidah Medan has several aspects and each aspect causes implications for the development of students’ Arabic language skills. Attention to non-linguistic approaches results in a positive in the formation of the Arabic language environment.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to describe the experience of STAIN Mandailing Natal Arabic students in taking the TOAFL test, both when taking the TOAFL exam and when doing TOAFL questions. This study also describes the challenges faced by students in taking the TOAFL test.  Design/Methodology/Approach- The study used a qualitative approach based on analytical descriptive methods and used two data collection methods, namely questionnaires and interviews.  Findings- In this study, it can be seen that (1) the average Arabic student is very happy when taking the toafl exam because it can measure their Arabic language skills and not all students are selected in participating in the activity, (2) in doing toafl questions there are difficulties, namely the audio istima is very fast so they cannot hear well and long qiraah questions make students become bored and panic. (3) The challenges faced by students are regarding timing, lack of practice, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the atmosphere of the exam.  Research Limitation/Implications- With the research, it is expected that all TOAFL organizers will see and pay attention to the factors that are difficulties and challenges in the TOAFL test, especially non-linear factors so that the implementation of the exam can be maximized

Abstract

Global Citizenship, rooted in the understanding and upholding human values, originated in the Western world and expanded into the Third World alongside globalization in various domains. Adopting a descriptive perspective, this research aims to comprehend and analyze Abdullah Ahmed An Naim's perspective on global citizenship. Utilizing a literature study at the philosophical level with a phenomenological approach method, this research explores the relationship between An Naim's thoughts and the concept of global citizenship, drawing from data sources in the form of books and journals. The data collection involves analyzing to synthesize existing sources. The study's findings reveal that according to Abdullah Ahmed An Naim, the concept of global citizenship involves reorienting the understanding of Sharia to respect the human rights of every citizen better. The expectation is that this research will contribute to formulating a new interpretation of the Islamic concept of global citizenship, emphasizing equality, peace without discrimination, and utmost respect for all citizens. In summary, this research provides insights into An Naim's perspective on global citizenship, shedding light on its implications for the Islamic framework and its potential contribution to fostering a more inclusive and egalitarian society.

Abstract

In carrying out the task of education, universities become a place to develop, confirm and formulate knowledge that has been obtained from previous levels of education. In its duty to carry out research, universities require teaching staff to conduct research and all matters related to research. Problems in research in universities are not only from research methods but can be from several sides such as limited resources, limited time, honesty and ethical problems, and research discontinuity. This article would like to describe the types of research methods used in students' final assignments on Islamic college campuses. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods with a case study approach at the Mandailing Natal State Islamic High School. The analysis used is the analysis of descriptions and literature reviews with data sourced from thesis writing manuals used by research cases and literature related to the research focus. Data validation techniques use source triangulation by comparing between information found. The results of this research are the application of research methods at the Mandailing Natal State Islamic College are correlational research, experimental and comparative causal research, action research, descriptive and historical research, literature research, evaluation research, development research, content analysis research, qualitative research, quantitative research, character thought research, and mixed research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze traditional Islamic boarding school leaders' perceptions of technology, models of learning Arabic sciences in traditional Islamic boarding schools, forms of using technology in learning Arabic language sciences in traditional Islamic boarding schools, and foundation support for using technology in learning sciences. -Arabic language knowledge in traditional Islamic boarding schools. The type of research used is qualitative-descriptive. Research data was obtained using observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The instruments used are observation lists, interview lists, and documentation lists. Data were analyzed using ATLAS—ti9 software. The research results show that (1). traditional Islamic boarding school leaders' perception of technology is very positive, and there is no rejection of the presence of technology; (2). The model of learning Arabic language sciences in traditional Islamic boarding schools is still preserved, such as using the yellow book with the bandongan, sorogan, and wetonan methods (3). Using technology in learning Arabic language sciences in traditional Islamic boarding schools by operating computers, laptops, focus, and cell phones with the help of the internet (4). The foundation supports the use of technology in learning Arabic language sciences in traditional Islamic boarding schools by disbursing sufficient funds to procure learning technology tools or by building collaborations with other parties. This research aims to increase the use of learning technology in traditional Islamic boarding schools to create effective and efficient learning but remain resistant to Islamic boarding school values and traditions.

Abstract

Pengembangan wisata berbasis literasi sangat relevan dengan kemajuan zaman, Wisata Aek Batu Bontar adalah lokasi yang sangat berpotensi memberikan kesejahteraan kepada masyarakat setempat, namun pengelolaannya kurang baik karena SDM yang kurang memadai, fokus pengabdian adalah pengembangan wisata Aek Batu Bontar Berbasis Literasi, dengan tujuan menambah wawasan pengelola dan pemilik wisata batu bontar menjadi objek yang berbasis literasi, metode yang digunakan adalah metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Metode ini memanfaatkan aset dan potensi disekitar lingkungan dan dikuasai oleh masyarakat sekitar strategi riset pengabdian dengan workshop dan pelatihan, Aek Batu Bontar mengaplikasikan Literasi Kewargaan, Literasi Digital, Literasi Ekonomi dan Literasi Budaya. Tim pengabdi membentuk musyawarah desa untuk melanjutkan pengembangan objek wisata tersebut bersama Dinas Pariwisata Mandailing Natal. Dinas Pariwisata Mandailing Natal bersedia memberikan dukungan secara materil maupun morildan hasil pengabdian masyarakat.
