The publication of this journal is a community service in the field of tourism studies. The problem of Lemang Tanjung Sirih Lahat Regency producers to sell Lemang as souvenirs was the shelf life of Lemang that just one day in room temperatrue. Therefore, the objective of this research was to train Lemang producers for produce Lemang using pandan leave to get Lemang in longer shelf life, so it can be souvenir of Lahat district. The training used three methods such as counseling, technical guidance, and evaluation. The counseling was conducted for one day in The Grands of Lahat District hotel, while techincal guidance and evaluation in Tanjung Sirih village hall for three days. The counseling was followed 70 peoples of Lemang producers, while technical guidance was followed 35 peoples of Lemang producers. The content of counseling include the characteristics of Lemang and product development for increase the added value and competitivenes of Lemang. The content of technical guidance include the characteristic of pandan leaves and Lemang production. The conclution from evalution between participants, organizers, and sources was necessity of periodic training.

Socialization and training on tourism awareness is the first thing that is important to understand to the entire community as stakeholders who have the same goal in realizing a tourist destination. With this conscious socialization of tourism, it will be able to provide changes to the community to then be able to actively participate in building a tourist destination in their area. Efforts to increase tourism awareness for the community, especially tourism business actors at Manahayu Resort and Farm, are very important because the resort is still in the development stage. The resort, which is located in Giripurno Village, has potential in agriculture and is quite good at empowering its people. However, tourism actors still need to get various trainings related to tourism. This community service is one of the steps in improving the quality and capacity of human resources. The method used is the technique of participatory two-way lectures. The community in this activity is stimulated to discuss more interactively. As a result, the community can understand precisely the importance of developing a sapta pesona based tourist destination in order to go to a tourist village that is able to empower local communities.

Tourism, which is starting to revive at this time, is a momentum that is welcomed by tourism actors in the Borobudur Super Priority Tourism Destination area. Seeing opportunities for revival, the Candirejo tourism village community who are members of the SPPB (Borobudur Tourism Workers' Union) need trainings in preparation for competency certification as legal evidence of related competence. The intended preparation is endeavored to fulfill the elements of attitude, skills and knowledge of a tour guide contained in the competency unit of the tour guide scheme. This paper aims to measure the competence of SPPB Tour Guides in preparation for competency certification. The training method is carried out through lectures, discussions, pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the training show an increase in competence as measured by the results of the post-test compared to the results of the pre-test.

The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about kates processing by making shredded and increasing knowledge about the packaging of shredded papaya products so that they can be sold as souvenirs and as a culinary tourist attraction from the Klepu Lor village. This training is intended for women who are members of the Klepu Lor Padukuhan UKM who are located at Klepu Lor Padukuhan, Sendangmulyo, Minggir, Sleman. The method used in the training for making shredded kates (Bontes) uses the Lecture and Hands-on Practice method. The outputs of this community service activity are (1) Increasing knowledge that papaya fruit can be used to be processed into food; (2) Increasing the creativity and product innovation of Klepu Lor Padukuhan UMKM by processing papaya fruit into shredded kates; (3) Increase knowledge and skills in processing papaya which can be used as a source of family income. The positive impact of this community service on shredded kates processing is that housewives who are members of the Padukuhan Klepu Lor MSME group have the knowledge and insight to utilize their yards by planting papayas (Kates).

Increased understanding of human resources is an important capital in the process of managing a destination. This can make people move more effectively and efficiently. The community service partner is the Sidodadi Jungsemi Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). BUMDes cooperates with Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) and the Village Consultative Body to manage Indah Kemangi Beach, Jungsemi Village, Kendal Regency. Weaknesses felt by partners, namely the lack of understanding of community participation in the management of Indah Kemangi Beach. The purpose of this activity is to increase understanding of community participation in the management of Pantai Indah Kemangi. The theme of the service material is the importance of the community and organizations in the village. This service uses the method of giving direct lectures and questions and answers with participants. Assessment of understanding was carried out using the pre-test and post-test methods. The understanding index value during the pre test ranged from 48.5% - 58.6%, included in the lack of understanding category. The index value during the post test ranged from 65.7% - 70%, included in the understanding category. There is an increase in understanding of the material presented. Understanding human resources is the main capital in managing a destination. Existing knowledge and abilities are used to understand problems and then find solutions from within themselves.

The community service activity aims to provide training and assistance to members of the Paingan Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in making tour packages in the tourist village of Nagari Guguak Kuranji Hilir, Padang Pariaman Regency. This activity was carried out using the method of lectures, discussions and practice of making tour packages by Pokdarwis members totaling 10 people, located at the office of the Wali Nagari Guguak Kuranji Hilir, Padang Pariaman Regency. The result of this activity is the increase in knowledge and skills of Pokdarwis Paingan members in terms of designing and making tour packages based on the potential in their area and the production of a tour package entitled "Sahari di Paingan". Furthermore, the team also provided assistance to Pokdarwis members through the Whatsapp Group media to provide motivation and direction in creating other tour packages by empowering the tourism potential of Nagari Guguak Kuranji Hilir.

The implementation of this Community Activity is to introduce concepts and provide direct training related to online marketing management as a strategy to increase sales at Green Garden Ramayan Resto Lounge which is one of the culinary business actors in Yogyakarta. The method used in this activity is to provide material related to online marketing and the practice of directly uploading content or products Green Garden Ramayan Resto Lounge's social media. The results of this activity were that participants had a theoretical understanding of the concept of online marketing management, and participants were also successful in uploading content or products Green Garden Ramayan Resto Lounge's social media.

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase the capacity of the Sangurejo tourism village community in managing the tourism village. This PKM activity includes socialization of the digitalization of marketing village tourism branding, tourism awareness socialization, and socialization of Sapta Pesona. Through the dissemination of digitalization of tourism village marketing branding, the community and tourism actors in the Sangurejo Tourism Village gain a better understanding of the importance of utilizing technology and digital media in promoting tourist destinations. Tourism awareness dissemination provides an understanding of the importance of maintaining tourism sustainability, cultural preservation, and responsible tourism management. Meanwhile, the socialization of Sapta Pesona enriches the understanding of the attractiveness of tourism and the potential of tourist villages.

Implementation of Tourism Package Arrangement with “Story Telling” Interpretation Capability at Likupang Super Priority Destinations, North Minahasa. This activity aims to improve the skills of tour guide business actors in the super-priority destinations of Likupang, North Minahasa. The problems in Likupang include the lack of excellent service for tour guides. This has an impact on the interest of tourists visiting. The Bimtek process consists of 2 (two) stages, the knowledge transfer stage through theoretical classes and the demonstration stage through practice at tourist objects. Bimtek materials include Excellent Service, Tour Packages and "Story Telling". The achievement of this material is the participants' understanding of the preparation of tour packages with the ability to interpret with the Story Telling technique. In general, the material's content benefits Bimtek participants, 96% of respondents find it very useful, and 4% find it useful. It is hoped that future Bimtek activities will involve interventions on institutional aspects and foreign language skills.

Training on Making Basic Spinach Extract into Acehnese Specialty Dish in Curug Wetan Village Aceh Province is one of the provinces that has a variety of very distinctive dishes, such as: Mie Aceh dan Roti Canai. Spinach essence is one of the innovations made in making basic preparations for Aceh Noodles dan Roti Canai,. This innovative product is made as attractive as possible and as complete as possible so that later it can be useful among the wider community. Training on making basic processed spinach essence into aceh cuisine in the village of Curug Wetan was carried out with the hope of providing the latest innovations that will be useful in the future for opening an independent business. The implementation is carried out face-to-face and workshops and events are also equipped with pre-tests and post-tests to measure the understanding of Pkk mothers who attend this training event. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, it proves that the comparison is valid. So, it is hoped that there will be a continuation of this training activity so that Pkk mothers can practice it directly both at home and as a resource to open an independent business.
