Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how brand awareness and green marketing strategies affect customer interest in purchasing bottled mineral water goods. This study uses a quantitative methodology and is a correlational investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in the analytical method. The outcomes of the partial, simultaneous, and coefficient of determination tests can be used to infer the outcomes of the data analysis. The conclusion is green marketing has little impact on customers' interest in purchasing bottled water. Brand awareness significantly influences customers' desire in purchasing bottled water. In order to reach the conclusion that green marketing and brand awareness simultaneously influence consumers' purchase intentions, the significance values for green marketing and brand awareness on purchase intention are 0.000 and the calculated f value is 35.4

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how client loyalty in the marketplace is impacted by brand awareness and the caliber of electronic services. Research of this kind is referred to as quantitative research. The sample for this study included up to 100 respondents who were students who had utilized e-commerce at least twice. Both incidental sampling and nonprobability sampling were used in the sampling strategy. Results of questionnaires that were delivered to respondents online through Google Form were used as the major source of data for this study. While this is happening, secondary data takes the shape of linked documentation. Then, multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and instrument test analysis were used to analyze the data that had been obtained. The findings of this study suggest that customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by brand awareness and the quality of electronic services. This is demonstrated by the t test results, which have significance levels of 0.000 0.05 for the brand awareness variable and less than 0.05 for the electronic service quality variable

Abstract

In the utilization of Radio Repeater communication, electrical energy is needed to supply the radio so that communication can always run well. The problem is that there are frequent power outages that disrupt information activities via radio communication. Frequent power outages from PLN cause the Radio Repeater to be inactive so that communication is cut off. Therefore, in this study, a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) is utilized as a power supply for the Radio Repeater at PT. Icon Plus Pekanbaru to be able to operate non-stop and be able to survive for at least 3 days without sunlight. The maximum power generated by the solar panel is 6 panels x 100 Watt = 600 Watt. The amount of energy generated = The amount of power generated (watts) x Peak Sun Hours (hours) or Wh = 600 x 4 = 2400. The radio repeater operating time is 10 hours per day. Two 40 watt lighting lamps operate with the assumption that the condition is on for 13 hours per day. The lights are on from 6 pm to 7 am. Radio Load = Current Consumption (A) x Usage Time (hour) x System Voltage (V), Active Radio = 6 x 10 x 12 = 1440, Radio on standby = 1.5 x 12 = 864, Lighting = 13 x 40 = 520. then the difference between production energy and used energy is 1920 Wh - 1672 Wh = 248 Wh. With a configuration of two 200 Ah batteries in parallel with a DoD assumption of 50%, the Days of Autonomy can be calculated by ((50% x 600 x 12) + 248 Wh) / 1672 Wh = 2.3 days

Abstract

Mobile banking is a digital service product provided by banks to facilitate daily transactions. In Indonesia, there is sharia-based mobile banking. However, there are still many customers who have not utilized digital mobile banking services. This is partly influenced by digital marketing promotions that have not been optimal. Not only that, the increasing risk of cybercrime makes customers have a negative perception of the use of mobile banking and prefer to use an automatic teller machine. The study seeks to determine whether risk perception and digital marketing have an impact on consumers' decisions to utilize mobile banking. This study employed a quantitative methodology and gathered data from a sample of 100 participants. The normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test (t test, f test, and R2 test) are the data analysis procedures employed. The study's findings demonstrate a favorable relationship between perceived risk and digital marketing's ability to influence consumer choices. The results of the test for coefficient of determination yielded an R2 value of 0.75, or 75%. Customers' decisions to utilize mobile banking are influenced by digital marketing outcomes and risk perception, while the remaining percentage is explained by factors other than the independent variables employed in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analysed the effectiveness of centralized control on the SB.02 feeder recloser at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Sibolga in reducing outage duration. Outage du-ration is a key indicator in evaluating the reliability of the electricity distribution system, directly impacting service quality and customer satisfaction. Currently, the recloser on the SB.02 feeder is manually controlled, which extends the response time to disturbances and contributes to prolonged outages. By implementing centralized control on the re-closer, disturbance detection and handling times are expected to improve, resulting in reduced outage duration. The research method involves collecting data on disturbances, outage duration, and comparing outage hours before and after implementing centralized control. Testing is conducted through simulation and analysis of operational data over a specific period. The analysis results indicate that centralized control can significantly shorten recovery times, thus reducing total outage hours. In conclusion, implementing centralized control on the SB.02 feeder recloser can improve the reliability of the electric-ity distribution system at ULP Sibolga, minimizing the negative impacts of network dis-turbances on customers. The study recommends adopting centralized control on other feeders to enhance operational efficiency and service quality at PT PLN (Persero).

Abstract

This railway door security system is made and can be used to overcome problems that exist in railroad crossing doors. The large number of cases and fatalities that have occurred to date have been caused by a lack of security and the large number of individuals who have committed acts of violations, causing many fatalities and other cases that have occurred at railroad crossings. The existence of these tools and systems can change mindsets and reduce the number of accidents at railroad crossings. Because the system in this prototype is able to provide a deterrent effect to persons who violate the rules. Overall this tool can work and function properly according to the desired system. The sensor output voltage is around 3 – 5V DC. Hopefully this tool can be a reference for improving the existing system at the current train gate. So that the number of accidents that occur at railroad crossings can be reduced.

Abstract

The blended learning model is a learning model that is popularly used, especially after the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, because blended learning combines face-to-face learning that interacts directly between teachers and students with online learning that utilizes the development of technology. In utilizing the blended learning model, Moodle is used as one of the LMS. In implementing the use of technology such as Moodle, there must be an adaptation of its use. Different factors influence and determine technological acceptability and adaptability. The objective of this study was to investigate the students’ behavioral intentions in using Moodle as an LMS in English class at SMK Negeri 3 Magelang and to know the students’ suggestions to improve the performance of Moodle as an LMS in English class at SMK Negeri 3 Magelang. As the research's theory base, an extended version of the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used. This study used a quantitative design where data were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and observations with 142 students in the English class at SMK Negeri 3 Magelang. The data was analyzed using the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The research findings revealed that the factors perceived credibility, satisfaction, attitude, and perceived usefulness positively influenced the students’ behavioral intentions in using Moodle as an LMS in English class at SMK Negeri 3 Magelang. Students also provide suggestions for improving the performance of Moodle by improving the quality of Moodle itself, improving the quality of each feature, fixing existing constraints, and adding various other interesting features.
