The traditional agrarian and government bureaucracy system in Madura by placing the role of panembahan is the same as the sultan in Mataram who is considered to have a central position both politically, socially and culturally as well as religiously. Since the mid-19th century on the part of the Dutch East Indies government, there have been indications to realize a change in the bureaucratic system which was originally patrimonial to be rational. The only thing that can be used as a tool to act, is the existence of a constitutional policy of the Dutch kingdom regarding the management of colonized areas, namely the issuance of a Government Regulation in 1854. The success of the Dutch government in reorganizing the bureaucracy and agrarian in Madura by dividing it into four districts, namely Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep are short-term strategies.

Companies do not always have the ability to determine the selling price of the product as desired because there are a number of competitors offering a certain price. In order to maintain the quality of a product and have a competitive selling price, companies need to sort out the costs that are not needed in the production process so that profits can be more optimal. The target costing method is a method of determining the selling price based on market prices. Target costing aims to reduce production costs so as to optimize profit or profit. This study aims to analyze the readiness to use the target costing method at Risha Bakery. This type of research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the readiness of Risha Bakery can be seen from several factors including setting the selling price as a means of competition with competitors, the desire of the company to get an increase in profit, setting cost targets, and reducing inefficient production costs or value engineering. Thus, Risha Bakery can be considered ready to use the target costing method.

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of anti-corruption education in the PIAUD IAIN Takengon study program, to find out the impact of the application of the anti-corruption education model, and to see whether the anti-corruption education program model is more students' mastery of it. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were 75 students from the VII semester IAIN Takengon PIAUD. The data collection techniques used questionnaires and in-depth interviews and were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of the anti-corruption education curriculum model was not 100% pure applying the course model itself, but integrated learning indirectly as a habit to provide advice. The implementation of the anti-corruption education model is sufficient to provide an understanding for students to study corruption. The curriculum model with the subject itself is still the best model for providing knowledge to students on anti-corruption material, but with the addition of learning outside the classroom curriculum.

This discussion paper aimed to describe the relationship between understanding Geography and geographic indicators of agricultural products in Indonesia. The author believes that understanding Geography will help business people to understand the many locations and conditions of a production site. Likewise, Geography helps potential consumers of a product with the different locations, conditions, and characteristics of each region in Indonesia so that this understanding facilitates the parties. To discuss the two variables above, we review many geographies literature and business geography indicators from several databases through electronic search assisted by keyword searching. Then our study involved a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, and data retrieval of findings based on the principles of validity and reliability. We designed this study as a qualitative report model—data analysis to serial correlation as interpretation and description. Based on the findings and discussion data, we can conclude that there is a significant correlation between the understanding of Geography and the Geography indicators of the agricultural product business in the country. In other words, the better the understanding of Geography, the easier it is for the parties (businessmen and consumers) in business transactions.

Institutional and political inefficiencies in Sub-Saharan Africa hinder the implementation of Integrated Water Resource Management approaches. In Kenya, decentralization as a political and institutional tool was designed to strengthen the mandate of county governments and grassroots stakeholders in river basin management to bolster food sector. However, it has been easier for the central government to decentralize powers to the county governments than to strengthen county watershed management framework. To address this paradox, this study examined the effectiveness of watershed governance for sustainable food security in the Lower Sio River Basin of Busia County in Kenya. Data was collected from 387 households using structured question questionnaires, focus group discussions, key informant interviews and document reviews. Descriptive and chi square analysis were employed to analyze the data. Results showed strong relationship between knowledge of the departments tasked to coordinate watershed management activities and the level of food security at household level p<0.001. High variation among the households’ food security status and knowledge of the county environmental protection policy, water services provision policy at p-value=0.000. Watershed management plans and policies did not develop synergy. Thus, there is need for decentralization to strengthen details on watershed governance for sustainable food security in the river basin.

A 21-year-old female patient treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) due to a traffic accident, after two days of treatment was declared brainstem death, the patient's family asked the doctor to continue treatment efforts in the hope of improving the patient's condition. The team of doctors differed in response to the patient's family request. Doctor A said that brain stem death meant that the patient had died and that no further action was needed, but Doctor B was of the opinion that the medical indications were absent but needed to provide an opportunity for the patient's family to see the patient's condition until he could eventually die naturally. According to doctor B it is not easy to determine brain stem death because it has several ethical and medicolegal consequences such as termination of life assistance, a certificate of brain stem death, and post-brain stem death organ transplantation. The medical decision taken is to keep the patient in care and after 3 days the patient is declared dead.
