Discipline development carried out by the Aceh Youth and Sports Service (DISPORA) Aceh is in the form of giving salaries at the beginning of the month, not on the 1st, can be missed if at the beginning of the month it falls on a weekend, the salary given is sent through the accounts of registered ASN . Old-age benefits are given to ASN after the ASN retires, but the retirement salary itself has a lot of correspondence that must be taken care of and it takes time. The implementation of sanctions for violations of ASN discipline at the Aceh DISPORA is only light discipline, namely in the form of verbal warnings and written warnings as well as written statements of dissatisfaction, for cases such as abuse of authority and intermediaries to gain profits do not reach the supervisory party because the supervisory party does not go into depth when there are field activities.

This study can be divided into two scenarios: Aikens V for Phase 1 tests and Properties for Phase 2 tests. The psychological analysis includes reliability of internal coherence (Alpha Cronach) and validity of constructs (convergence discriminant). Use the correlation between items to test the reliability of the measure. Use confirmatory factor analysis to test the effectiveness of the instrument. Analysis of the psychometric properties of the device that measures retirement readiness resulted in an Alpha reliability of 0.91. The result of this survey is a retirement motivation measure created using field data. The PT. Pembangkitan Jawa Bali employee's retirement motivation measuring instrument consists of 17 items, 2 of which are unanswered questions and 15 of which are for measuring retirement motivation. Abstract

European colonizers have impoverished Africans for spoiling their natural resources. African Anglophone writers such as Shimmer Chinodya and Ngugi WA Thiongo respectively in Dew in the Morning and Weep Not, Child devote most of their writings to land issues and cultural alienation. The aim of this article is to display the strategies of the White man to achieve his objective, and the contribution of his black collaborators to take Africans’ lands. It also reveals the importance of African traditional practices in the resistance against colonialism. Finally, it shows the perpetual quest of western education by Africans to “beat the white in his own game”.

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 has become a global health threat after the World Health Organization said the status of the spread of COVID-19 became a pandemic. The problems that ascend in the effort to avoid outbreaks are due to lack of community awareness and accessibility in supporting Social Distancing and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policies. This research aims to describe the strategy in constructing community resilience and digital literacy during the COVID-19 pandemic by using a human security approach. This research also aims to describe the socio-political impact of spreading fake news during the COVID-19 outbreak.  The research uses qualitative research methods with a literary and empirical approach. The result of the research show the social impact is the declining public trust in the government which is indicated by lack of awareness of citizens in supporting government policies and misleading information related to government policies in dealing with COVID-19. The result also discovered that the difference of political awareness among the public was the main cause of the spread of fake news and hate speech during the COVID-19 outbreak. Another finding stated constructing community resilience can be pursued in four ways 1) increasing social networks and the quality of education; 2) legal legitimacy to maintain security; 3) increasing cooperation and coordination between the government, NGOs, and the community (4) reconstruction of community-based education curricula. This partnership model is evidenced by the collaboration between government, communities and CSOs involved in building resilience and disaster planning. Thus, there are 3 important pillars in realizing community resilience: partnership, involvement, and education. Revitalizing the community resilience and digital literacy is an important strategy that the government and community need to pursue as a infodemic mitigation strategy as part of an early warning system in increasing public immunity against infodemic. This infodemic mitigation model can be pursued by introducing fact-checking techniques for health and pandemic information. We recommend the need for soft skills-based curriculum reconstruction to increase digital literacy and community resilience in educational programs in higher education institutions.

On the other hand, the frequent absence of female farmers from agricultural development programs reflects the injustice and inequality in Indonesia between males and females. Performing daily the entire farming process, from seed preparation to planting and maintenance, and even harvesting.  Collaboration is the vehicle for improving women's skills and participation in the agricultural sector. Women farmers' roles and contributions in the coffee farming sector must be considered. The research aims: (1) to strengthening graduates in the sustainable agriculture sector at Malikussaleh University (2) to Graduates' contribution to improving women's skills to study farming for the private sector coffee agricultural and technology at Malikussaleh University. This study used the qualitative method—descriptive data in written or oral words from people and observed behavior. The results showed that one of the reasons low participation of women in cooperatives is limited land ownership had caused woman farmers not eligible to register as cooperative members. Only one person is counted from each household/family and represented by the father/husband. This research provides recommendations on improving women's role and contribution in the agricultural sector by improving their participation in the coffee sector.
