Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of smartphone use and physical fitness. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, totaling 212 students. Determination of the sample size in this study using the Slovin formula with a sampling error of 10% totaling 68 students. Instruments to measure physical fitness are TKJI tests aged 13-15 years and the intensity of smartphone use is measured using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS 2020. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the intensity of smartphone use and physical fitness, with a calculated r value of -0.619.

Abstract

Healthy People Mall (Mall Orang Sehat/MOS) is a health service facility at the Public Health Center and its network that provides promotive and preventive service with the purpose of a healthy community. The COVID-19 pandemic has some impacts on all sectors of life, including the implementation of the MOS program. This study aimed to develop the Healthy People Mall as a promotive and preventive service of the Public Health Center during the COVID-19 pandemic in Banyuwangi Regency. This was an observational study with a survey approach conducted in the Public Health Center working areas. The number of samples obtained in this study were 389 consisting of adult communities who utilized the Public Health Center. The result of the study showed that the community learned about the MOS program through banners. The majority of the services that were utilized by the community was health promotion. The COVID-19 has an impact on the accessibility of MOS which can be seen from the drastic decline in the number of visits. Another impact of the COVID-19 pandemic was the increasing frequency of accessing the internet by the respondents. MOS development is necessary to be carried out that it can still provide safe and comfortable service, and do not harm each other.

Abstract

Within the Dayak community to resolve a case or dispute, it is often used through the customary court conducted by Damang. Damang is the traditional leader of the kademangan who functions as the customary head. The existence of Damang as a Customary Peace Judge is recognized and obeyed by the Dayak community in Palangka Raya. This study discusses two main problems, namely, first, the Ngaju Dayak customary justice system in resolving cases of insults to groups. Second, the effectiveness of the Ngaju Dayak customary courts in resolving cases of insult to groups can be described as follows: (1) That the Dayak indigenous people have traditionally had a way of settling disputes outside the court (commonly known as Alternative Dispute Resolution, where in resolving cases based on in the results of the peace meeting in Tumbang Anoi 1894, namely 96 articles of Dayak customary law which is an express customary law (geschreven recht) used in the Dayak customary trial in the case of insulting groups carried out by Prof. Dr. Thamrin Amal Tomagola, (2) Legal mechanisms Dayak customs in resolving problems or cases, including cases of humiliation that occur to the Dayak community are in the form of (barunding), consultation (hapakat) and mediation (nyangkelang). The pattern carried out by Damang can be qualified as patterns of mediation settlement. n cases through the Dayak customary court, namely 1) simple, fast and low cost; 2) is voluntary; 3) guarantee confidentiality for each party, 4) more flexible case resolution.

Abstract

Marriage is something that is commanded by Allah SWT and the Messenger, in which there is wisdom, including being able to bring inner peace and prevent people from committing immorality. Underage marriages require a dispensation application submitted by the applicant/parents for a legal marriage requirement and supported by evidence of a rational application to convince the judge in giving consideration to the decision of the Religious Court. This research is based on case study normative law research by examining the Rantauprapat Religious Court Decision Number 62/Pdt.P/2017/PA.Rap. Types of Qualitative research. The results of the discussion on the dispensation of minors have the basis that they are allowed to marry in accordance with Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law no. 1 of 1974 states "Marriage is only permitted if the man has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached the age of 16 (sixteen) years. However, in the provisions of paragraph (2) of Law No.1 of 1974 states "In the case of deviations from paragraph (1) of this article, you can request a dispensation from the Court or other official appointed by both male and female parents. Dispensation for minors can be applied to the Religious Courts on the basis of strong arguments solely to make marriage a harmonious relationship in the survival of a household. In his judgment, the judge is right and correct in giving the decision on the determination of the dispensation of minors, in accordance with the guidelines of the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

The development of the Indonesian economy, especially the micro, small and medium-sized businesses, especially the culinary industry is facing serious challenges due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this is due to the government's imposition of restrictions. DKI Jakarta as an economic center is still imposing strict restrictions on human movement. The impact is that most of the culinary MSME customers have disappeared, which in the end made most of the culinary MSME business actors out of business. However, in the midst of this crisis, there are still culinary MSME business actors who still survive, of course this needs to be disclosed so that it can be a lesson and input for policy makers and culinary MSME business actors themselves. The approach so that SMEs are able to turn challenges into opportunities that help them to survive is important. This study aims to analyze the effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Marketing Innovation on the Competitive Advantage of Culinary MSMEs in DKI Jakarta during the Covid 19 Pandemic and their impact on Business Performance. This study uses 100 selected respondents and the analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the study show that Entrepreneurship Orientation and Marketing Innovation have a significant effect on the Competitive Advantage of Culinary MSMEs in Jakarta. Entrepreneurship Orientation and Marketing Innovation have no effect on the Competitive Advantage of Culinary MSMEs in Jakarta. Competitive Advantage has a significant effect on the Business Performance of Culinary MSMEs in Jakarta, Competitive Advantage is not a good mediating variable, the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Marketing Innovation of Culinary MSME Business Performance variables in Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Project Based LKPD Learning (PJBL) on basic vocational subjects of financial accounting and institutions that are valid, effective and practical in improving student learning outcomes. This study uses the research and development (R & D) method using a 4-D model. This model consists of 4 stages of development, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The product developed is in the form of Project Based Learning (PJBL)-based LKPD which is tested through validity tests, effectiveness tests and tests practicality. The subjects in this study were students of class X AKL SMK Negeri 1 Pagerwojo, Tulungagung for the academic year 2021/2022 as many as 115 students. The instrument used in data collection is a validation sheet for knowing the level of validity of the developed LKPD obtained from a team of experts, learning outcomes test to determine the effectiveness of LKPD and student response questionnaires as well as a teacher response questionnaire to determine the level of practicality of the LKPD that developed. The results showed that LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PJBL) on the basic vocational subjects of financial accounting and institutions that the researchers developed have a level of validity by a team of material experts and valid design experts, namely 3.28 assessment of student responses and teacher responses, the level of practicality of teaching materials is in the positive category with an average total score of 3.5. Learning outcomes test using Project-based worksheets.

Abstract

The tourism sector has now become an important aspect of the economic progress of a country and is the main choice in regional development. The development of an area can open new tourist attractions for tourists that it is necessary to apply the right marketing strategy to bring in tourists and make tourists who have visited have an interest in visiting again, including the quality of services and tourism infrastructure. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of 1) service quality on visitor interest, 2) infrastructure and infrastructure on visitor interest, and 3) service quality and infrastructure on visitor interest in Cemara Island Tourism, Brebes. The research population refers to the average number of visitors per month in 2020 which amounted to 3,248 visitors. Sampling using the Slovin formula with techniques incidental was 97 people. The data used primary data from the answers to the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 20. The theoretical basis used is the definition of tourism, service quality, infrastructure, and visitor interest. The results showed: 1) service quality partially had a significant effect on visitor interest, 2) infrastructure partially had a significant effect on visitor interest, and 3) service quality and infrastructure simultaneously affected visitor interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to manage and record petty cash at PT Pusat Dagang Sentosa. The data studied are in the form of SOPs for the Finance Accounting Section, Job Descriptions and also financial reports for the April 2020 period. Companies are required to have good and efficient financial performance. Therefore, companies need to have clear and precise SOPs. The method that the researcher uses is descriptive qualitative method by using all secondary data. Based on this research, it is stated thatPetty cash management at PT Pusat Dagang Sentosa is in accordance with the current SOP. It's just that the SOP often changes from time to time to adjust to the running of the company. This resulted in significant changes to the finance work process.

Abstract

Vocational high schools are formal institutions that can demonstrate skills in certain fields. Vocational high school entrepreneurship should be able to stand out along with the number of unemployed. Learning related to entrepreneurship can be used by vocational high schools as a provision for the future for students. The efforts of vocational high schools in providing learning for independent and productive readiness are by doing the practice of establishing a company that is packaged in creative product learning and entrepreneurship (PKK). The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data in the study was the head of the study program, PKK teachers, and students. The results of the analysis and discussion of the research obtained, it can be concluded, among others: (1) student learning planning which begins with a teacher coordination meeting with the head of the expertise program, administrative preparation for the preparation of lesson plans from the syllabus and analysis of talents and interests. After conducting meetings and administrative preparations, then proceed with technical preparations, namely conducting cooperation marked by MoUs with productive business actors, which in the future will conduct workshops, seminars, financial support, and student psychology; (2) the implementation of student learning in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and financial intelligence, namely PKK learning in which there is the development of entrepreneurial knowledge, developing student potential, giving projects, practical experience in entrepreneurship and financial management, taking advantage of opportunities, reading market trends, and monitoring evaluations; (3) there are several obstacles, namely teachers do not have entrepreneurial experience in the field. In addition, the obstacles are also felt by students who have not been able and satisfied in selling the products they sell. As an effort to solve problems by providing direct assistance and discussing with practitioners of productive business actors.

Abstract

Divorce in Christian families is seen as a wrong decision and against God's will. Although there are some views from church leaders worldwide regarding divorce, divorce in Christian marriages is not justified. However, based on data from the Indonesian statistical center, divorce cases in Indonesia from 2011 to 2016 have increased significantly. Looking at the facts of divorce cases and the factors that cause divorce, the church has made eftriedrcome or reduced the risk of divorce in Christian marriages. One form of this effort to overcome divorce is to provide premarital guidance for Christian couples who want to deci married. To marrythor will describe the importance of premarital guidance so that from this nation it can help the church to understand the importance of premarital guidance better and carry it out with sincerity and for prospective partners better to understand their respective duties and responsibilities before God so that when conflicts occur in their domestic life, they were able to cope without divorce.
