Abstract

The need for food is a basic human need that must be met. The Food Estate is an idea for food security implemented through agriculture or plantations. There are various aspects of food security interrelated, including self-reliance, sovereignty, and food security. This study aims to analyze the food estate of view of legal politics. The research method used is a qualitative research method using a normative legal approach. The study results indicate that the Food estate has an unfair impact on the community due to the unavailability of opportunities given to local communities in making decisions. Therefore, in food estate necessary to pay attention to various aspects and understand the characteristics of the land and local communities.

Abstract

Punik's war or war is a series of wars between Cartago and Rome which occurred between 264sm-146sm and is the largest war in the ancient world. In this modern era, we often find various literature that discusses the importance of controlling the sea to control the world. History also gives us a lesson in how a developed and strong maritime state will be destroyed and even disappear from history, due to reluctance to maintain that power. Based on the foregoing, this study discussed the destruction of maritime civilizations due to the Punik I war between Kartago and Rome (264 - 241 BC). This study uses a descriptive-explicant research approach with a qualitative approach. The research paradigm used is constructivist with researchers as the main research tool. This study uses content analysis techniques and literature research. The results of the study obtained this war had caused the two empires to run out of their wealth. The battles that occurred in the war Punik I became an important milestone that determined the results of the battle in Punik III War. The biggest maritime power in the world has turned down to be continental, while continental power has unfurled its screen to become a strong maritime country. For Indonesia, Punik's war gave Lessons Learned which is very valuable to be a reflection that as a maritime country, we need a visionary statesman to restore the glory of the archipelago.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the uniqueness of marine governance for the welfare of fishermen in the perspective of co-management. An alternative model or solution to marine management problems. Implementing this model requires collaborative management by combining elements of the user community (fishermen groups, fisheries entrepreneurs and others) and the government. This research is focused on Pengambengan Village, Negara District, Jembrana Regency, Bali Province. The type of this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used include direct observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and data collection through documents and triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that marine governance for the welfare of fishermen can be pursued with a co-management model. The co-management model can unite related institutions, especially fishermen and the government as well as other stakeholders in every resource management process starting from planning, implementation, utilization and supervision. Marine co-management as an effort to increase marine potential that can be utilized optimally by fishermen.

Abstract

TKJI as a test instrument for prospective new students majoring in Physical Education and Health, whose assessment results will be combined with a theory test. However, TKJI's still uses conventional methods or methods, namely the use of Microsoft Excel and Paper. The problem that often occurs is that some trainers mis-define the classification of assessments and values that are often confused. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to create an application that can assist TKJI's order to make it easier for officers to carry out assessments. The system built is based on android and uses the TKJI as the object of research. The research was conducted with the methods of data collection, analysis, design, application development and testing. The test was carried out using the blackbox and testing user satisfaction using a questionnaire instrument. The results of the test using the black box and measuring user satisfaction with the questionnaire method on the TKJI -based android able to assist officers in conducting assessments. The results of the data processing of the distributed questionnaires were 92.28% stated that this system was successful in assisting the assessment of TKJI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the types of taboo words and the function of taboo words that used in Birds of Prey Movie (2020). This research use types of taboo words theory from Battistella (2005) and the functions of taboo words from Wardaugh (2000). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used were taken from Birds of Prey movie (2020). The findings demonstrated that there are four types of taboo words found from 67 data, namely epithet 12 (18%), obscenity 42 (62,6%), vulgarity 6 (9%), and profanity (10,4%). Moreover, there are four functions that found in this research, namely to draw attention to oneself 39 (58,2%), to show contempt 11 (16,4%), to mock authority 8 (12%), and to be provocative 9 (13,4%)..

Abstract

The high number of internet users in Medan City which reached 82,5% of the population in Medan City is one of the reasons why 70% of North Sumatra digital wallet users are in Medan City. Financial technology or fintech payment can influence a person’s managerial behavior because it creates a sense of security in making transactions. To address this, this study aims at analyzing the impact of OVO digital payment (one of Indonesia's most popular fintech payments) on university students’ financial management behavior. A total of 400 students in Medan City who use OVO digital wallet participated in this study. The sample size was determined using Slovin’s formulation and it was analyzed using simple linear regression. The hypothesis test was done by using a t-test. This study found that OVO has a significant impact on students' financial management behavior in Medan City. This study suggests that fintech payments should be used wisely to have a good impact on financial management behavior, particularly among students.

Abstract

Poverty is increasing in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Southeast Asian countries seek to reduce poverty through various social protection programs. Social protection in Indonesia and the Philippines applies a social assistance approach as a basic aspect of service delivery. This article aims to analyze the social assistance system in Indonesia and the Philippines in tackling poverty. The research method uses a literature study approach obtained from various reliable sources such as reputable journals, books, program reports, electronic media. The results showed that both programs were implemented by means of Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT). The target of the program in Indonesia is more inclusive because the elderly and disabled can be the beneficiaries. Then in the termination of membership, In Indonesia, there is an independent graduation mechanism where the assessment benchmark is based on the economic independence of the beneficiary. Meanwhile in the Philippines, the mechanism for termination of participation is only carried out if the beneficiary does not meet the requirements of the age of the child only.

The rationale behind this study is to decide whether the level of environmental finance, self-financing (PAD), publicly owned stores (DAU), and honors (DAK) affect capital expenditures. Specifically. This audit is being pushed. From 2018 to 2020, North Sumatra has 33 metropolitan areas and associations. It discusses the full population of the 33 closest associations and metropolitan areas in North Sumatra.l The information used in this general description is taken from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of North Sumatra through the website http://www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id /entrance/information/apdh. Abstract

Media as a component in a learning system has a very important position in the learning process. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning media in improving the quality of learning. The research method is the research method used by the researcher is an experimental method with a pre-experimental design. Researchers used a quantitative approach. The experimental method in this study was used to measure the changes that occurred after the treatment. The result of this study is that the influence of learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic has proven to be effective in increasing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Various digital platforms continue to innovate as a form of solution offered to business people. Live Streaming Shopping is now a new trend in marketing strategies using online platforms. The live feature on Instagram social media allows business people to offer products in real time, provide detailed information about products, answer questions from potential buyers or conduct other interactions with potential buyers. This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming shopping on Instagram social media on customer engagement, to analyze the influence of customer engagement on purchasing decisions, and to analyze the influence of live streaming shopping on purchasing decisions through customer engagement on Instagram social media. This research was conducted on respondents who have followed and made purchases through live streaming shopping on Instagram social media. This type of research is carried out using explanatory research, with quantitative methods. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Path Analysis technique or path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects of the variables studied. This study provides several theoretical and managerial implications for business actors.
