Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the legal advisory and legal assistance service "Bilik Hukum" from both the financial and business risk aspects. The business finance strategy method focuses on calculating investment value by calculating Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback period (PP). The method in risk management is carried out in six stages, namely (1) risk analysis, (2) risk evaluation. (3) risk management. (4) communication and consultation, (5) monitoring and review, (6) recording and reporting. The results showed that the Bilik Hukum was financially feasible with a positive ROI value from the second to the fifth year, the NPV value was positive at Rp. 10,171,215,666,-, IRR is 68% above the discount rate of 10%, ARR is 319% (greater than 100%), PI is 3.41, and the payback period is 1 year 7 months. Risk management what was done by the Bilik Hukum succeeded in reducing the level of risk impact which was originally at a high level to a medium level and from a medium level to a low level.

Abstract

Indonesia as the largest palm oil producing country in the world has the opportunity to compete in international trade. This study aims to analyze Indonesian CPO's comparative and competitive competitiveness in international trade. The analytical methods used are Revealed Competitive Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamics (EPD) and Trade Specialization Index (ISP). The data used are secondary data in the form of a time series for the period 2011 to 2020 and cross section of the main export destination countries for Indonesian palm oil, namely India, Spain, Malaysia, Italy and Kenya. The results of the analysis show that the RCA value of Indonesian palm oil exports in the five destination countries is greater than one, this indicates that Indonesian palm oil has a comparative advantage in the main export destination countries. When compared with the main CPO producer, RCA Indonesia is bigger than RCA Malaysia. Through ISP calculations, the main CPO producing countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, are countries that tend to become CPO exporting countries. Through the EPD analysis, the results show that the competitive position of Indonesian palm oil in the five export destination countries for the period 2011 to 2020 changes every year, this shows that Indonesian palm oil products do not always have a competitive advantage in the main export destination countries. Italy and Kenya are exporting countries with great potential for Indonesian CPO commodities, which each year are in the Rising Star position.

Abstract

Forecasting is an activity to get an estimate of the value that will appear in the future by paying attention to past events. Forecasting can be used as decision support in determining a policy in various fields. Forecasting can be done using statistical methods such as regression analysis, trend analysis, MA, and ARIMA. In this paper, the fuzzy time series markov chain method will be forecast which will be applied to rice production data in D.I. Yogyakarta Province. The fuzzy time series markov chain method was chosen because it does not need to meet certain assumptions so that the fuzzy time series markov chain can be applied to time series data with stationary and non-stationary patterns. This study aims to analyze fuzzy time series markov chain for rice production forecasting. This study uses time series analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data used in this study is data on rice production in D.I. Yogyakarta Province in 1970-2017 taken from the website www.pertanian.go.id. Historical data consists of 48 data. Solving this research problem using fuzzy time series markov chain method. The results of the study show that forecasting with 11 fuzzy sets is declared the best forecast with a mean absolute percentage error of 4.156%. .

This study aims to examine the effect of customer perception on Forensic Accounting and Corporate Framing in the use of Digital Banking by comparing the differences in customers’ backgrounds based on their profession. This research is quantitative research with a comparative study method where participants are arranged into 2 groups based on their professional background. The participants were selected using the purposive sampling method and analyzed using the independent t-test. The results showed that although customers in both groups showed the same sensitivity to the preference of digital banking facilities, customers with an accountant background were likely to be more selective in choosing digital banking.

Abstract

As development progresses in Indonesia, there is an increase in the number of work accidents in the Indonesian construction industry. Therefore, the researcher wants to identify the supervisory behavior of project supervisors that can significantly impact workers' safety behavior in construction projects and describe the appropriate impact path using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study uses a purposive sampling method. In contrast, this study's sample is construction workers involved in construction projects that implement safety management at construction sites. The results obtained from confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling indicate that there are direct and indirect impacts of supervisory behavior on worker safety behavior. Reactive and supportive actions had a direct impact on the safety behavior of workers (β = 0.036), but had no impact on the safety climate. In contrast, training and preventive actions had an indirect impact on worker safety behavior (β = 0.393), which was mediated by four safety climate factors, namely (1) worker involvement, (2) supervisory environment, (3) workmate influence and (4) competence.
