Abstract

Education autonomy represent the effort of enableness of education organizer includingGuidance and Counseling. In improving quality of education face various challenge of increasedistrict autonomous. Quality of education not only measured from high and lower the result offinal exam and much graduated, but quality of education have to be measured by how thegraduated can overcome and finish their problem of its life, and give the satisfaction to stakeholder. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to arrange the structuring problems of Posyandu revitalization program. The  method  of  the  study  is  stepping  qualitative  analysis  method;  problems  finding,  problems grouping, problems specification, and problems understanding. The method of collecting data used is  hierarchy  method  in  each  problem.  The  research  informant  is  the  head  of  Wonokerto  Public Health Center and Posyandu representative in random sampling. The units of analysis are the time series  of  Posyandu  in  the  last  three  years,  the  result  of  the  interview  with  the  informant,  and  the result  of  observation  in  Posyandu  services.  The  result  of  the  study  shows  that  the  structuring revitalization  program  consists  of  three  aspects;  input,  process, and  out  put.  In  the  aspect  of  input shows that the number of Posyandu representative is increasing by the integration of representative groups, almost all Posyandu have facilities and adequate amount of medicine to support the services, all  of  Posyandu representative have been trained  but  the  activeness is  still law, the  public funding can support the work of Posyandu, the other support by Universities, and PKK participation. In the aspect  of  process  shows  that  the  number  of  representative  trainings  has  increased,  there  are  only basic services and there is no additional service, the involvement of public is not significant but the number of visit has increased, and the survey of children growth is held by Posyandu representative. The aspect of out put shows that the increasing of diseases problems finding by the house visitation, such as; ISPA, mal-nutrient, and hydrocephalus.Key words: Stepped Structuring Problems, Posyandu Revitalization Problems

Abstract

abstract Early  warning  of  corruption  crime  could  be  done  earlier  through  education.  School  could  make various  policy  strategy  in  building  anti-corruption  attitude  for  students.  This  research  aimed  to create  policy  strategy  for  building  anti-corruption  chacarcter  for  students.  This  research  used sociological juridic approach and descriptive analitic.From  the  research  result, school  could  do  several  steps  or  strategy  in  bilding  anti-corruption attitude through  :  1)  integrate  the anti-corruption  character  in  lessons  or  subject;  2)  uphold  the diciplines  of  the  school  rules  especially  when  examination  goes  on;  3) socialize  to  the  students about the crime of corruption; 4) build the canteen of honesty; 5) show the role model of honest and diciplines attitude to the students; 6) apply the transparent and accountability toward activities inn  the  school;  7)  integrate  to  the  extra  curicular  in  building anti-corruption  attitude;  8)  publish anti-corruption posters; 9) make anti-corruption education curriculumKeywords: corruption crime, policy strategy, Anti-corruption educatio

Abstract

This  study  entitled  "Motivation  of  Social  Mobility  in  the  novel  The  Great  Gatsby  by.  F.  Scott Fitzgerald".  The  author  is  interested  in  researching  the  novel  because  there  is  social  mobilit  y  reflected  through  the  character,  Jay  Gatsby.  The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  reveal  forms  of  social mobility and motivation of character; To achieve the goals, the authors used a combined approach of structural  and  sociological  approach  to  literature.  The  structural  approach  used  to  assess  the intrinsic aspects of the novel, character and background, while the sociological approach to literature using  the  theory  of  social  mobility  to  assess  the  social  mobility  of  the  character‟  motivation  to improve and maintain his social class. In this novel, there is found kind of social mobility that done Jay  Gatsby. It is vertical social  mobility.  Vertical social  mobility  is  divided into  two  forms,  upward and downward. Vertical social mobility, up from the characters increase the level of the economy and increase social class through work and marriage. There are some motivation behind social mobility such as increasing and maintaining social class. Social mobility that occurs in the novel The Great Gatsby become an author's ideas reflect author‟s the social conditions. Through his ideas, the author intends to criticize how the importance of social class and social conditions of 1920s America while experiencing economic growth that brings influence to the people in hedonism and consumerism. So they do their social mobility in order to increase their economy level by the end justify the means.Keywords: novel, structural approach, sociology of literature, social mobility

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dibatasi dengan menetapkan masalah sebagai berikut: “Sejauhmana efektifitas penggunaan gambar acak sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Berbicara Mahasiswa Semester II Program Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Pekalongan Tahun Akademik 2009/2010”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengaplikasikan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas beberapa siklus, sehingga diperoleh perubahan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa. Pengukuran kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan tes berbicara dengan mengukur fluency, quality of communication, pronunciation, dan effort to communicate. Masing- masing siklus memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Mahasiswa semester II program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Pekalongan Tahun akademik 2009/2010.Kata Kunci: Berbicara Bahasa Inggris, Pembelajar Berbicara, Media Pengajaran, Gambar Acak, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas.

Abstract

is the case of puddle that occurred in Kelurahan Poncol Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur which resulted from damage to the drainage or less optimal drainage performance. Drainage damage is often caused by the community around the settlement. The low sense of ownership and responsibility for maintaining drainage is what causes drainage to not function optimally. Therefore, structuring the settlement drainage system using participatory methods aimed at increasing community participation and involvement in handling puddle problems, so that the drainage system built can be sustainable and foster a sense of community ownership of existing drainage. Based on the results of this method, planning by involving students functions more optimally than planning that does not involve the community. This is because the community is more aware of the location of the arrangement of the drainage system that will be planned.

Abstract

a Heavy Equipment Trading Company, mainly dealing as the main distributor of Volvo Penta in Kalimantan, needs some revampment of their inventory planning and controlling. This company still does not have any efficient and economically structured supply chain, resulting in demands exceeding their available supply. According to purchase log in Inventory Department from September 2017 to August 2018, there had been some efforts by supply management to fix this problem by applying Economic Order Quantity (EQQ) method. The result is quite something. From 32 spare parts dealings from September 2017 to August 2018, the total spending is cut off for about 91.3 % or about Rp355.313.851,65. From that research, it could be inferred that EQQ Method is far more efficient because it can keep the purchase lower than supply method previously used.

Abstract

           The purpose of this study was to discover the growth response of gift, larasati and sultana tilapia to fields affected by tidal flood, to discover the impact of economic value toward tilapia harvest. The study was conducted in  15 June 2012 – 13 April 2013 in fields impacted by tidal flood in Pecakaran Village Wonokerto Sub-District Pekalongan Regency. Test fishes used were seeds of gift tilapia, larasati tilapia and sultana tilapia with average length 5 - 7 cm. Seeds of gift tilapia, larasati tilapia and sultana tilapia. Stocking density for every hapa sized 100 x 100 x 100 cm was 20 seeds. Data collecte included data of water quality and growth. Water quality parameters measured  were temperature, oxygen, pH, depth, brightness and salinity which were measured every week. Data of tilapia growth was analyzed using variant analysis and to discover tilapia type which yielded the best growth tukey test was used. Data of water quality was analyzed descriptively. The result showed that unproductive fields due to tidal flood could still be used for tilapia cultivation, different test tilapia strain used had significant influence on the growth of test tilapia, larasati tilapia had the highest growth (95.61 gr/day), followed by gift tilapia (90.04 gr/day) and the lowest was sultana tilapia (46.07 gr/day), average water quality (water temperature and pH) of culture media during the study was in adequate range for the live and growth of test tilapia.

Abstract

Rhodamine B is prohibited additive used on foods. If these compound into the body, can lead  to  damage  to  the  liver,  kidney,  spleen  and  anatomical  changes  in  organs.  However,  this compound is found in many foods that are red as chili sauce. To protect the public from abuse of  these  compounds,  the  study  of  Rhodamine  B  in  chili  sauce  sold  in  the  traditional  market needs to be done. This research is descriptive qualitative. The location was used in this study is mains three traditional markets in the city of Pekalongan with a total of samples chilli sauce is eight.  Rhodamine  B  in  chili  sauce  detected  by  linking  the  coumpoud  on  the  wool  yarn,  then washed  with    water  flowing.  Chili  sause  samples  tasted  positive  for  Rhodamine  B,  if  the analyte bound to the wool yarn can not be leached by water flowing. The result of this research was eight samples of the chili sauce does not contain dye Rhodamine B. As evidenced by the color of analyte Rhodamine B on wool yarn can be washed by water.

 Vendors  included  in  the  category  of  small  businesses,  and  also  as  an  integral  part  of business  which  is  the  economic  activity  of  society.  Vendors  have  the  position,  potential and  strategic  role  to  realize  the  structure  of  the  national  economy  that  increasingly balanced by economic democracy Relative to the street hawkers as a small business need to  be  more  empowered  to  take  advantage  of  business  opportunities  and  address challenges  of  economic  development  in the future.  Arrangement  of street  vendors is  not an  easy task, because it involves the  lives  of  many that can be said to reflect the  life  of "grassroots", so that the handling of policy and strategy requires a comprehensive and full of wisdom and humanity.Key word : small business, Empowerment, spatial
