Abstract

In order to develop a group of partners into a training center professional and independent , need to strengthen the partner groups into the training center of organic agriculture with emphasis on curriculum guides , modules teaching materials , folder teaching materials , and a CD of teaching materials , training management professional , promotional activities , and management financial well done . To that end, it is in this activity try to help reproduce CDs necessary teaching materials , training " campaign management and marketing " training " media creation in the form of website promotion . Results of activity showed an increase motivation, knowledge promotion, marketing , the ability of farmers to make the promotion of online media (website), the drafting of a media campaign (website ) that pelatihanorganik.com and lumbungberasorganik.com , and propagation of teaching materials ( CD ) .

Abstract

KecamatanNgargoyoso is one of the favourite tourism destination in KabupatenKaranganyar. There are many established tourism destination that have been popular among domestic and international tourists, such as Cetho Temple, Sukuh Temple, and Jumog Waterfall. A right development strategy is needed to strengthen KecamatanNgargoyoso as a tourism destination that is positively correlated to the area development policy of Local Government of KabupatenKaranganyar. At this time, tourist villages is intensively developed into cluster management and one of those village is DesaWisataJambuMerah (Guava Tourist Village). Food products based on guava as raw material should be developed to strengthen the image of this Guava Tourist Village. A series of training and mentoring about guava processing in order to produce marketable ‘pangsit’ product was conduct througt this program. The IbM Program gave positive effects to the group of farmers‘CandiMakmur’ that involved in this program as partner. The partner got production capacity increase, product quality increase, product packaging and labelling innovation, and also practiced Good Manufacturing Process throughout the guava processing.Keywords :tourist village, guava food product, pangsit, Ngargoyoso

Abstract

The purposes of community service activity are: (1) raise public awareness toward disaster risk is that have potentially to damage the property of human life and life itself; (2) living in harmony with nature. The partners of this activity  are  a hamlet chief,  youth organization (Karangtaruna),  and group of women (PKK) in  Patalan,  Jetis,  Bantul.  The model of method of devotion that has been conducted are coaching and counseling, mentoring, simulations and providing mitigation equipment.  Detail of activities in order to improvement community of capacity i.e. socialization, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), determine the evacuation route, develop organizational relation, Standard operating procedures (SOP),  First Aid Training and Simulation. Activity of community service was very supported by Local Coping Disaster Board (BPBD) Bantul. The impact of activities are: (1) increasing the awareness, knowledge, skills and capacity for disaster risk management, (2) increasing the role of women in disaster mitigation, (3) the increasing of community preparedness in order to coping  disaster risk, (4) Developing of SOP document ,  Relationship institutional, Voluntary team), (5) opening of access for cooperation with the administering agency disaster Management District level, i.e  BPBD Bantul, (6) Realization of improvement of skill community related with of disaster mitigation, (7) Establishment of module activities, (8) the establishment of the voluntary team hamlet, (9) realization of village disaster preparedness.Keywords : Gender, risk, disaster, capacity, mitigation

Abstract

Kerajinan rajutan merupakan suatu produk rajutan hasil kerajinan tangan yang dilakukan secara manual. Tak sedikit produk fashion yang dibuat dari hasil rajutan, seperti baju, celana pendek, syal, sweeter, aksesoris, tas, dan produk yang lain. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, diperlukan suatu metode pendekatan yang sudah disepakati antara pihak Perguruan Tinggi dan pihak Mitra, yaitu : Pelatihan Internet, Pelatihan Merajut untuk ibu-ibu PKK, pelatihan Desain Grafis, Pembuatan Situs (World Wide Web). Kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat, adalah sebagai berikut : Pelatihan Merajut, Pelatihan Internet dan Pengelolaan Manajemen Website, pelatihan desain grafis.Setelah kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, ada beberapa kesimpulan yang dapat diambil, yaitu :Masyarakat sasaran yaitu ibu-ibu PKK, yang mempunyai usaha rumahan rajutan. masyarakat sasaran yaitu ibu-ibu PKK mendapatkan ketrampilan yang lebih baik untuk dapat menghasilkan produk-produk rajutan yang lebih inovatif, masyarakat sasaran mampu mengakses internet dan mengelola website sesuai dengan keinginan masing-masing. Setelah pembuatan Website, penjualan meningkat 10% dibandingkan dengan penjualan sebelum menggunakan website. Kata kunci: rajutan, website, pelatihan internet, pelatihan merajut.

Abstract

Kelurahan Nangamese merupakan salah satu Kelurahan di Kecamatan Riung Kabupaten Ngada Nusa Tenggara Timur dimana sebagian besar penduduknya merupakan nelayan. Bidang pendidikan yang masih terlambat karena terbatasnya sumber daya pengajar dan bidang pariwisata yang belum digali yang sehingga belum banyak dikenali oleh masyarakat di Indonesia meski banyak potensi wisata alam yang sangat indah merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Nangamese. Pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Kelurahan Nangamese ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai peningkatan dalam bidang pendidikan, pariwisata, kesehatan, dan sosial. Potensi wisata alam dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai penghasilan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dengan ditambah membuat produksi oleh-oleh agar semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat di Indonesia, dan dalam bidang pendidikan dapat mulai dikenalkan dengan bahasa asing sejak dini, bidang kesehatan yaitu melatih masyarakat setempat untuk menjadi kader kesehatan. Seluruh kegiatan yang diadakan oleh Tim KKN UNS di Kelurahan Nangamese disambut dan diikuti secara antusias oleh masyarakat yang ditunjukkan dengan semangat dari seluruh peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan. Kegiatan pada bidang pendidikan non-formal juga mendapat respon yang cukup positif dimana Tim KKN memberikan pendidikan dan keterampilan untuk siswa sekolah dasar penyuluhan dan pelatihan menanam tanaman vertikal dan kaderisasi kesehatan untuk ibu-ibu. Selain itu adapula kegiatan pekan kreativitas, bimbingan belajar, dan peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia yang diikuti sangat antusias oleh anak-anak di Kelurahan Nangamese. Dapat disimpulkan kegiatan KKN UNS di Kelurahan Nangamese terlaksana dengan baik. Seluruh rencana program kerja terlaksana dan direspon positif oleh masyarakat meskipun ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi

Abstract

The Community Health Center Jaten II was located in  Ngringo Village, Karanganyar,  the solidest village in Karanganyar. Amount of  W/PUS are 5396 while  just  364 of them have been screened by IVA test during 20 months. This result is similar with 8,43% from the Puskesmas’s target that is 4316 W/PUS (80% of totally W/PUS). So most required  the breakthrough to solve this problem with follow-up Early Detection of Cervix Uteri Cancer by IVA Test. Early detecting, giving information about Cancer of Cervix Uteri, and motivating for the inspection of routine periodically to health facility. Patient screening with the Communication, Information and Education at PKK meeting, Posyandu cadre, inter sectoral. The population is  Woman / Fertile Age Couple ( W/PUS). Among 102 participants, there are 4 mothers with positive of precancer lesion, one a mother who was recovered and other has cancelled to follow because pregnant. Conclusion that after conducted by counselling and inspection of IVA test, there are improving of mother knowledge regarding early detection of cervix uteri cancer by inspection of IVA Test. Suggestion. Women who has active sexual should to IVA test. Once a year for men and adult society has been sexual active should support and motivate their women to intend IVA Test examination. To Community Health Center in order to increase of DDKLR.

Abstract

Innovation for assistance handycrafts workers clay in the Donorojo and Bondowoso village, in Mertoyudan, Magelang with is a manifestation of concrete activities to motivate and training for the people in the area affected by the trauma post-eruption Merapi and Kelud Mountain some times ago, of social changes post-disaster. Methods used is assistance in a training technically and detailed of intelligible for the handicrafts workers. Resulting of the products from the community were considered less innovative so impressed lost in the value of selling with products from other regions but not suffered from trauma post-disaster. There are several steps in this flanking activities, among others preparation, implementation, and evaluation .Third of this phase be done in the more or less for five months. The end of this activity got that products the clay from the handicrafts workers in the Donorojo and Bondowoso village, Mertoyudan, Magelang more innovative and having selling price that better than before received training.Keywords: Assistance, innovation handycrafts, workshop

Abstract

The purpose science and technology for the Community Service is to provide counseling to teachers to do: (1) development of a laboratory model of the classroom as an integrated and where students of class IV and V in learning science. The design of this model is that in one corner of the room has been laid out practical tools ready to use with the IPA SD labeled with hints of good practice for use in experiments each item IPA SD, (2) refresh the entire scope of the basic concepts of materials science SD High Class with conduct demonstration experiments and preparation of simple science tools in the subject-subject taught in high grade,(3) creat simple IPA instrument lab from scrap materials or practical tools in the box KIT IPA SD.This activity contributes to equip and enrich the primary school teachers in managing good learning process focused on the study of elementary science with lab-based integrated development class area that facilitate experimental equipment ready for use (ready to use). Lab-based integrated area this class helps teachers in implementing the learning science in terms of the implementation of good practices in the IPA SD.Keywords : laboratory model of the classroom, managing good learning process

Abstract

During this time the gourds farmer groups in the Getasan village, Semarang have constraints in the development of agribusiness gourds from the upstream aspects, on- farm up to downstream. And one of the main problems here is the difficulty in increasing production and the sale value of the gourds produced. Therefore devotion here is doing the processing and marketing technology introduction lunkhead gourds ie processing tools lunkhead gourds, entrepreneurship training and food processing gourds. Activity introduction of post-harvest technology is urgently needed by the farmer groups gourds Gondosuli in increasing production and selling value during the gourds that have a low value. Stages of activities that have been done of this devotion is in the form of the manufacture and provision of tools dodol gourds , entrepreneurial training and management of agro- gourds.Keywords : Gourds, Processing Technology and Marketing, Entrepreneurship
