<![CDATA[The objective of this research were: (1) Analyze the lecturer use English instruction (refer to Lesson Plan) of STIKES Eka Harap Palangka Raya in the Academic Year 2023/2024. (2) Analyze the structure use by the lecturer of STIKES Eka Harap Palangka Raya in the Academic Year 2018/2019. (3) Analyze the vocabulary use by the lecturer of STIKES Eka Harap Palangka Raya in the Academic Year 2018/2019. The research was conducted using qualitative research Methods. One English lecturer of STIKES Eka Harap Palangka Raya was the subject of the study. The data were from observation class and interviews the lecturer. The result of data analysis and the discussion of the findings we can conclude several matters related to the lecturer’s spoken language in the English class of STIKES Eka Harap Palangka Raya, as follows: (1) The lecturer’s use of English Instruction appropriate Lesson Plan, there are when orientation, apperception, motivation, and giving references. (2) The lecturer use a pattern of English spoken language at first and then followed by Indonesian, because of the students’ weakness in English. (3) The lecturer uses vocabulary with students as helper techniques can solve the problem. It has two advantages: first, make the condition of the classroom alive and give relaxing atmosphere, the second advantage is make the words easily stay in the students mind.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan kegiatan masyarakat ini diadakan untuk memberikan pandangan sederhana mengenai pengelolaan keuangan: pembuatan anggaran dan pembukuan sederhana pada ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengenalkan dan menambah wawasan bagi para ibu-ibu dalam mengelola keuangan rumah tangga dengan membuat anggaran dan pembukuan sederhana sehingga dapat membantu menciptakan kesejahteraan dan keharmonisan dalam rumah tangga. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik menjadi suatu pengetahuan yang penting dimiliki oleh para ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga di GBI Home Palem Galaxy yang melalui salah satu perwakilannya meminta Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat untuk menyampaikan materi tersebut kepada rekan-rekan ibu rumah tangga yang berada di bawah salah satu naungan gereja. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui zoom online jam 19.00-20.30 pada hari rabu, 26 Juli 2023. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terkait pemaparan pengelolaan keuangan: pembuatan anggaran dan pembukuan sederhana terlaksana dengan baik dan beberapa peserta terlibat aktif dengan banyaknya sharing ataupun pertanyaan yang disampaikan.Abstract: This community activity aimed to provide a simple view of financial management: making budgets and simple bookkeeping for housewives. It is hoped that this activity can introduce and increase insight for mothers in managing household finances by making simple budgets and bookkeeping so that it can help create prosperity and harmony in the household. Good financial management is important knowledge for housewives. The targets of this community service activity were housewives at GBI Home Palem Galaxy who, through one of their representatives, asked the Center for Research and Community Service to convey the material to fellow housewives who were under one of the auspices of the church. The implementation of community service activities was carried out via Zoom online at 19.00-20.30 on Wednesday, July 26 2023. Community service activities related to presentations on financial management: budget making and simple bookkeeping were carried out well and several participants were actively involved with lots of sharing and questions asked.]]>

<![CDATA[Students' engagement and passion for studying are shaped by their areas of interest. But the fact is that pupils still show very little enthusiasm for studying. Our goal in creating this medium is to provide fourth graders with a high-quality instructional film that will supplement their social studies curriculum. Using the six steps of the ASSURE model—which include student analysis, establishing learning objectives, selecting methods, media, and materials, implementing the model, encouraging student participation, and finally, evaluation and improvement—this learning video media was developed. Students in fourth grade at SDN Pakis V were the topic of this educational film. The creation of this video medium was deemed suitable for use in the fourth grade social studies curriculum. This is derived from the validation findings of specialists in the field of media and materials, as well as students working alone, in small groups, or in big format. The efficacy of this learning video medium was assessed using a posttest after expert and student testing. Students were able to get outcomes higher than the designated KKM when tested using this learning video medium. As a result, creating educational video content is a fruitful endeavour.]]>

<![CDATA[Various groups have mastered the use of social media, if social media is not used wisely, it can reduce productivity and concentration when carrying out daily routines. Excessive use of social media for students can have an impact on the field of education which results in students becoming less enthusiastic about learning, but more often accessing things that are not related to learning and can imitate negative lifestyles that exist on social media, which can lead to learning achievement. decrease. Less than optimal learning concentration can affect unsatisfactory learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of social media and the concentration of students studying at SMP Negeri 1 Ciruas in 2023. This research method is a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents, the sample sorting technique was by means of data taken through the absence of each class and then the data on the names of the students were entered into the shuffle, the names that came out would be used as respondents. The measuring tool in this study was a questionnaire using a measurement scale in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the Chi Square test obtained p = 0.008 so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the use of social media and learning concentration. From the results of the analysis, the value of OR=3.651 was also obtained, meaning that students who use social media negatively will be 3.6 times at risk of experiencing poor concentration in learning. This research is expected to be a guideline or description for future researchers to be able to conduct research using other research methods, namely quantitative methods.]]>

<![CDATA[Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) adalah bayi diberi kesempatan memulai menyusu sendiri segera setelah lahir/dini, dengan membiarkan kontak kulit bayi dengan kulit ibu setidaknya satu jam atau lebih, sampai menyusu pertama selesai. Praktek IMD di Indonesia kurang dari 1 jam setelah bayi lahir hanya 34.5%. Kurangnya pengetahuan dari orang tua sehingga IMD masih jarang dipraktekkan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan peran ibu hamil terhadap optimalisasi pelaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD). Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi pada ibu hamil tentang Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD). PKM ini telah dilaksanakan oleh tim Dosen dan mahasiswa dari Prodi Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Halu Oleo di wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Nambo Kota Kendari. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil pasca pemberian edukasi kesehatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 SMA Kota Magelang tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Model evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu model evaluasi Stake Countenance Models. Populasi yaitu 7 sekolah yang mengunakan Kurikulum 2013. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, serta siswa yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yaitu angket, lembar observasi, dan lembar dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) kondisi siswa rata-rata berkategori sangat baik (2) kondisi guru rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (3) pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (4) kondisi sarana prasarana rata-rata berkategori baik, (5) perencanaan pembelajaran rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (6) pelaksanaan pembelajaran rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, (7) pelaksanaan penilaian autentik rata-rata berkategori sangat baik, dan (8) hasil penilaian autentik rata-rata berkategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Pain during childbirth occurs due to uterine contractions in the delivery phase of the fetus. The pain can manifest as local pain accompanied by cramps and a tearing sensation due to the distension and laceration of the cervix, vagina, or perineum tissues. Pain during the first stage of labor is primary pain resulting from cervical dilation and uterine contractions. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Bradley Method on the Intensity of Labor Pain. In this research, the author will use the Quasi-Experiment method with a two-group pretest and posttest design, a non-equivalent control group consisting of two intervention groups. The sample for this study includes all mothers who will undergo normal delivery at the Ir. Soekarno Regional General Hospital in Brebes Regency in December 2023, totaling 31 individuals. Data collection will use observation sheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Data analysis will involve a paired-samples t-test. The research results indicate that the Bradley Method effectively reduces the Intensity of Labor Pain at Ir. Soekarno Regional General Hospital in Brebes Regency (r value = 0.000). Community health centers can play an active role in educating pregnant women about the benefits of the Bradley Method and supporting research by providing necessary facilities and information.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah merupakan kewajiban sebagai seorang dosen selain Penelitian dan Pendidikan (pengajaran). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Lembaga PAUD sangat diperlukan melalui permainan dan media yang menyenangkan serta sesuai dengan usia anak. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan montase memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam berfikir dengan menghasilkan karya yang baik sesuai dengan tingkat pencapaian perkembangannya. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk memunculkan ide kreatif dan inovatif serta bermaksud untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa anak, sosial emosional, dan kognitif. Kegiatan montase yang dilakukan merupakan suatu bagian model pembelajaran kreatif yang dilakukan oleh guru guna memberikan stimulus kepada anak. Berdasarkan keadaan di lapangan seperti di atas maka kami mengadakan kegiatan berupa pengabdian masyarakat. Pengabdian Masyarakat yang akan dilakukan adalah pelatihan kegiatan montase pada guru PAUD untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan perkembangan Bahasa pada anak usia dini. Pelaksanaan akan dilakukan di TK Dharma Bhakti Surabaya dengan alasan FKIP UNUSA pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya telah menjalin kerjasama (MoU) dengan lembaga tersebut melalui Tri Dharma. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik dan anak usia dini serta menambah semangat dan antuasias pada anak didikAbstract: The purpose of Community Service is a duty as a lecturer in addition to Research and Education (teaching). The implementation of learning in Early Childhood Education Institutions is very necessary through enjoyable games and media that are age-appropriate for children. Therefore, montage activities aim to enhance creativity in thinking by producing quality work in line with their developmental milestones. These activities are designed to foster creative and innovative ideas and intend to develop children's language, social-emotional, and cognitive abilities. The montage activities conducted are part of a creative learning model implemented by teachers to provide stimuli to children. Based on the field conditions as mentioned, we have organized a community service activity. The Community Service to be conducted involves training Early Childhood Education teachers in montage activities to enhance creativity and language development in young children. The implementation will take place at TK Dharma Bhakti Surabaya, chosen because FKIP UNUSA has previously established cooperation (MoU) with this institution through the Tri Dharma. <![CDATA[Stunting is a condition of the baby that fails to grow due to a chronic lack of nutrition resulting in an inconsistency between body height and age. Nutritional problems in infants will affect their ability to develop physically and cognitively to the maximum in the future. There are several factors that contribute to the occurrence of stunting. One contributing factor is the inadequate intake of nutrients observed in babies, characterized by an imbalance between the amount of food consumed and the recommended dietary requirements. Baby’s dietary habits have a significant impact on the consumption of essential nutrients that facilitate optimal growth and development. The research design selected for this study is cross-sectional. The sample was comprised of 96 participants. Sampling refers to the deliberate and intentional selection process in research, in which individuals or elements are selected based on specific criteria and objectives. The Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) is a method used for anthropometric assessment. The Chi-Square test is used for data analysis. The findings of the study revealed a statistically significant p-value of 0,000, which indicates an important relationship between diet and the occurrence of stunting in babies. Nutritional intake is very important, as it relates not only to the dietary choices made by the individual, but also to the nutritional practices applied by the mother. The latter, the application of a diet, has been identified as a factor contributing to the occurrence of stunting. Effective work should be done in health care to ensure the provision of health education to mothers about the importance of food delivery patterns, quality, and diversity. It is very important to meet the nutritional needs of the baby.]]>

<![CDATA[Microgreens are plants that are harvested very young usually when they are a few days to a few weeks old with a size between 3-10 cm or depending on the type of plant. The advantage of microgreens lies in their high nutritional content, both in terms of vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds. The method in this paper uses a literature study (literature review) which collects data from various scientific articles selected and analyzed articles that are relevant to the field of study. The reviewed literature sources come from journals, books, and other research reports. The growth, quantity and quality of harvested microgreens are greatly affected by the cultivation process and the plant variety itself. Many studies have found that light, growing media, nutrient availability and temperature, are components that affect the quality and quantity of microgreens. The content of microgreens itself has been studied to be at least 4 to 40 times the nutritional content of similar mature plants. Microgreens have higher concentrations of bioactive compounds, such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, when compared to similar mature plants. It can be concluded that the potential of microgreens is very high to become one of the materials for further studies related to agricultural and health disciplines.]]>
