Abstract

The main problem in Indonesia for decades has been that unemployment has been increasing every year. Online transportation seems to bring heaven to unemployed people of various ages and levels of education. This research aims to find the relationship and influence of self-reward and work discipline on online motorcycle taxi income. Recently, motorcycle taxi drivers have been stigmatized as a job that is considered trivial. The strength of self-control from various work pressures as an online motorcycle taxi means that drivers can indulge themselves in work but not forget to obey their partner's rules. Using quantitative methods, survey research used four shelters in the East Jakarta area as objects. By distributing questionnaires on a Likert scale to respondents met by chance, the data was declared valid and reliable, with the contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable being strongly positive and having a significant effect. Keywords: Self-Reward; Work Discipline; Income

This research aims to review the CFO's role's evolution and technology's impact on the modern CFO function. The research found that by utilizing the latest technology, CFOs can optimize operational efficiency and support faster, more accurate business decision-making. Based on upper echelon theory, the CFO's characteristics affect the company's decisions. Therefore, companies should consider CFOs' experience and education in supporting their strategic role. Abstract

The rise of the beauty and skincare industry in Indonesia is accompanied by a glaring issue of this industry: the existence of illegal products without certification National Agency of Drug and Food Control which possibly contain substances harmful to skin health. Even with the existence of said certification, it is evident that there are demands for such products. The question arises from such a phenomenon: are the Indonesian consumers of beauty and skincare products aware of the certification, and are they using said information in their purchase decision? This research is conducted to find the answers to those questions, by utilizing the theory of planned behavior expanded with awareness and knowledge variables. A study of 72 consumers in Jabodetabek shows that while they have both the awareness and knowledge about the safety of said products, their attitude towards uncertified products has more effect on their intention to purchase compared to other variables.
