This study aims to determine the influence of social media sales activities (APMS) on the purchase intention of services and products created by inmates at the Class IIA Rantauprapat Correctional Institution. Abstract

This article discusses the strategy for improving the quality of visiting services at the Gunungsitoli Class IIB Correctional Institution. Visiting services are the right of prisoners, but in fulfilling them, there are still things that make people less satisfied, such as officer behavior, infrastructure, long service times, and procedures that are not yet understood. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research uses the NVIVO 14 tool, which involves data, data processing, use of search commands, frequency calculations, and further analysis. The analysis was conducted using service quality improvement strategies, namely structure development strategies, development strategies and simplification of procedure systems, infrastructure development strategies, culture and culture development strategies, and entrepreneurship development strategies. The results of the study indicate that it is necessary to develop in the visiting service section both infrastructure, such as chairs and technological tools; creativity and service innovation; the behavior or attitude of officers in providing services; simplifying the procedure system; and training that should be followed by officers to improve the services provided because then service delivery will be better and more developed. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of furniture at the Class IIA Correctional Facility in Binjai based on the 4P marketing mix theory (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and to identify the challenges faced. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collection through observation and interviews. The results show that although the marketing strategy has been implemented, its execution is not yet optimal. The products offered are of high quality and come with a warranty, but limited infrastructure and the lack of skilled labor are major obstacles. Additionally, workspace constraints and shipping processes often disrupt production. Promotion and the placement of outlets in strategic locations need to be improved, while price pressure from buyers and the obligation to meet Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) requirements add to the challenges. This study recommends training officers in marketing and increasing budgets and facilities to enhance marketing effectiveness and the success of the products in the market. Abstract

Indonesia, as a country with diverse ethnic groups, faces significant challenges in maintaining pluralism and tolerance, especially in the context of conflicts that are vulnerable among the tribes. This research aims to analyze the role of correctional officers in enhancing the legal awareness of inmates at the Class IIB State Detention Center in Pacitan. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that correctional officers play an important role in providing legal understanding, fulfilling the rights of inmates, and acting as good role models. However, obstacles such as limited human resources and the discipline of personnel hinder the effectiveness of coaching. The legal awareness of inmates has increased through the outreach and guidance programs implemented, but there is a need for evaluation and enhancement of the staff's competencies to achieve optimal results. This research emphasizes the important role of officers in creating an environment that supports legal awareness among inmates, which in turn contributes to order and justice in society. Abstract

This study discusses the rehabilitation strategies for inmates at the Class IIB Boyolali State Detention Center, which include programs for self-sufficiency, personality development, and collaboration with external institutions such as the Ministry of Religious Affairs, universities, and religious organizations. These programs aim to prepare inmates for reintegration into society after their sentence. However, the implementation faces various challenges, such as budget limitations, inadequate facilities, a lack of qualified personnel, and overcrowding. These limitations hinder the quality of rehabilitation and training programs. Collaboration with external parties is viewed as a strategic solution, allowing for the utilization of additional resources and the development of higher-quality programs. Furthermore, the use of technology such as e-learning, regular evaluations, and private sector involvement is expected to enhance the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs. Proposed solutions include training outside the detention center, providing additional instructors, and engaging the private sector in offering job opportunities for inmates. With this approach, it is hoped that inmates can receive better support for skill development and successful social reintegration.
