Abstract

Abstract The study intends to seek and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of transformational leadership style, motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior on employees’ performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, The Main Office of Palu. The study involves 80 personnel of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, The Main Office of Palu as respondents. Method of analysis used is explanatory research with Multiple Linear Regressions. The results show that transformational leadership style, motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously and partially have significant influence on employees’ performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, The Main Office of Palu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kesalahan siswa dalam memahami pengaruh ion senama terhadap kelarutan  zat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI disalah satu sekolah di Malang sebanyak 96 siswa, pemilihan ini dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah soal tes pilihan ganda dengan satu jawaban benar dan empat jawaban pengecoh yang dapat menunjukkan letak kesalahpahaman siswa dengan tingkat validitas isi 91,6% dan reliabilitas 0,75 (KR-20) dan pertanyaan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa siswa mengalami kesalahan jenis konseptual pada: menentukan jenis ion senama (28,5%), menentukan pengaruh ion senama (71,52%), menentukan reaksi ionisasi yang terjadi dalam larutan (54,8%), menentukan konsentrasi ion hasil ionisasi (33,3%) dan siswa mengalami kesalahan jenis teknis dalam melakukan operasi matematis (11,9%).

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran kemampuan literasi informasi dan pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran diskusi berbasis pro kontra dan lottery card terhadap kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Tadulako. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasy experiment). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester IV prodi pendidikan kimia tahun akademik 2019/2020 sebanyak 86 orang. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik random class dan terpilih dua kelas dengan jumlah 62 orang.  Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket literasi informasi. Teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik distribusi nilai kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa dan analisis statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa prodi pendidikan Kimia FKIP Untad berada pada kategori  sedang,  2) Ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran diskusi berbasis pro kontra dan lottery card terhadap kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa

Abstract

Latar belakang yang menjadi permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu pemahaman pustakawan dalam penerapan sistem otomasi perpustakaan, sehingga hal ini menjadi penting untuk dilakukan penelitian terkait dengan masalah yang terdapat di Perpustakaan Universitas Halu Oleo, apakah hal tersebut dipengaruhi dari segi penggunaan software perpustakaan atau adanya faktor lain yang mempengaruhi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem otomasi perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Halu Oleo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Subroto (2003) dan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah empat orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan empat aspek yaitu dalam bidang pengadaan koleksi, pengolahan, sirkulasi, dan penelusuran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan Universitas Halu Oleo, sudah menerapkan sistem otomasi perpustakaan yang berjalan dengan baik namun belum efektif disebabkan oleh sumber daya manusia yang belum memadai sepenuhnya dalam pemahaman sistem otomasi perpustakaan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of gender and environmen work on employee performance at the Regional Water Company Office (PDAM) Majene Regency. The population in the study was 58 employees. the number of samples obtained is 58 employees as respondents. Data analysis using Likert scale method assisted by the SPSS version 21 program. The results of the study found that: Gender had a significant effect on significant impact on employee performance at regional drinking water company offices (PDAM) Majene Regency. Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Majene District,Gender and Work Environment together have a significant effect on employee performance at regional company offices Drinking Water Majene Regency. Populasi dalam penelitian 58 orang karyawan. jumlah sampel yang diperoleh yaitu 58 karyawan sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode skala likert dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: Gender berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Majene. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Majene. Gender dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpangaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karywan pada Kantor PDAM Kabupaten Majene. Kata Kunci: Gender, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan, Dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif, lokasi penelitian dikantor Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene Jl. Jend. A. Yani KM-4 Rangas Majene. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene berjumlah 140 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Probability Sampling (58 orang), dan menggunakan teknik analisis data skala likeart olah data statistik program SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Iklim Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene. Kata kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Psychological climate describes the climate that exists in an institution that can cause employee members to like their work wholeheartedly or can actually cause psychological barriers to their work. Each agency, such as the General Elections Commission (KPU) has a goal to achieve as much as possible. To achieve maximum goals, good performance is needed from KPU employees. To get good performance from employees, structured and effective direction must be sought. An agency, in an effort to move members to want to work more productively in accordance with predetermined goals, requires motivation which can be seen as a basic drive that moves a person or a desire to devote all energy because of a goal. From this background, in this study there are three problem formulations, namely 1. Does motivation affect the performance of Majene Regency 3 does motivation and psychological climate affect the performance of KPU Majene Regency employees. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods, the specifications were systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start to the creation of the research design. The data used in this study used a survey method by conducting security and the activities and activities of KPU Majene Regency employees. From the results of this study it was concluded that motivation and psychological climate had an effect on the performance of the KPU secretariat staff in Majene Regency. With work motivation and psychological climate, it can be seen that good performance can be achieved more easily.

Abstract

LMS AFDAL is a learning system that is applied within the scope of SMPIT Al-Fityan School Gowa. This LMS is used to facilitate modern learning. Evaluation of the AFDAL LMS is the first step to assess whether the LMS is well received or not by users. There are many approaches that can be taken in evaluating, one of which is usability evaluation. This study aims to determine the level of usability based on the System Usability Scale method with five variables, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction with 10 statements as a measure of quality in terms of the usability of the LMS. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires using google form to 306 respondents consisting of teachers and students via whatsapp. Data processing uses IBM SPSS V26 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of the validity and reliability tests are declared valid and reliable. The results of the SUS test show that the final SUS value of 306 respondents' responses is 64.6, according to the rules of SUS interpretation that the score is 64.6 for the Acceptability Ranges level, namely Marginal (quite acceptable), the Grade Scale results in terms of user acceptance levels are included in the C- level, and Adjectives The rating is included in the OK category. These results indicate that the AFDAL LMS is quite accepted by its users, but this figure is quite low so that some improvements are needed to make it even better.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect Google Classroom and WhatsApp Group applications on the interest and learning outcomes in chemistry during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Ampibabo. It was a quasi-experimental study. The sample was students of class X MIA D and X MIA E for the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 66 students. The interest in learning and learning outcomes were tested statistically using analysis t-test two parties. The results of data analysis showed that the mean score of student learning outcomes in the experimental class was 78.5, while in the control class was 86. The data analysis of questionnaires on students’ learning interest showed that the experimental class was in a "Undecided" attitude with a positive category of 63, 2% and the control class is in the "Strongly Agree" attitude with a positive category of 82.1%. The results of the normality test for each data set revealed that all data groups of interest and learning outcomes in both the experimental and control classes were normally distributed, as indicated by a significant probability value> (0.05). Similarly, the homogeneity assumption test results revealed that all data groups in observation variables were homogeneous, with a significant probability value> (0.05). Thus, there was an effect of using the Google Classroom and WhatsApp Group applications on students’ interest and learning outcomes in chemistry during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Ampibabo.

Abstract

Introduction: The use of traditional medicines derived from the active ingredients of several types of plants is preferred by the community in treating several types of diseases. One of the plants that has been used by the community as medicine is purple leaves with the Latin name Grapthophylum pictum (L.) Griff. These leaves are traditionally used to treat rheumatism, menstruation, hemorrhoids, urinary tract infections, scabies, swelling, wounds, dermatitis, ear diseases, laxatives, and cancer. The aim of this study was to determine the total levels of secondary metabolites from purple leaf extract ethanol (PLEE) and evaluate the effect of administering PLEE on acute toxicity (LD50) in Wistar rats. Methods: This research is a laboratory experiment with a post test only controlled group design. The research subjects were 20 male Wistar rats, divided into 1 control group and 3 treatment groups, each consisting of 5 rats. The control group only received distilled water, the Treatment I group (P1) was given a suspension of the purple leaf extract test preparation at a dose of 500 mg/kg. Treatment group II (P2), received a suspension of the test preparation at a dose of 2,000 mg/kg, while Treatment group III (P3) received a suspension of the test preparation at a high dose of 5,000 mg/kg of mice. The test preparation was given orally with only one administration at the beginning of the research period and observation was carried out for 14 days. Data was obtained if the rats died after being given treatment. Results: The results showed that the total secondary metabolite content of purple leaves was alkaloids (24,725.99 mg/g), saponins (89.191 mg/g), flavonoids (6.332 mg/g) and tannins (0.884 mg/g), while based on toxicity the PLEE classification was mildly toxic with an LD50 value of 3,890 mg/kg in accordance with BPOM RI's acute toxicity potential at toxicity level 4 (oral LD50 500 – 5,000 mg/kg). Conclusion: PLEE showed the highest total content of secondary metabolites in alkaloids, and consumption of PLEE in high doses caused the death of rats with a mild toxic classification.
