Abstract

Cases of violence against women in Indonesia continue to be in the spotlight, where there is an increase in cases from the previous year (Year 2020). In 2021, cases of violence against women emerged, namely cases of rape committed on 13 female students. Abortion is often an option as a way of suppressing the psychological trauma experienced by rape victims. The purpose of this study is to provide a review of the act of abortion due to rape in terms of Islamic views and medical bioethics as well as to provide an overview of the legal policy of abortion due to rape in a country that already has a legal abortion system due to rape, as well as to provide an overview of the impact of the policies that have been carried out. The type of research used is juridical empirical by collecting and analyzing, and focusing on Islamic views, bioethical rules, and applicable legal norms. The results of this study indicate that from a study of the Islamic religion, abortion due to rape is permitted before 40 days of gestation and is approved by the authorized team. Meanwhile, from the study of medical bioethics, it can be seen from medical indications in this case pregnancy due to rape which can cause mental health disorders by applying the principles of beneficence and non-maleficence, respect for human dignity and human right, respect for autonomy, and respect for confidentiality and privacy. . The act of abortion due to rape legally in Indonesia and several countries has been widely regulated, but in its implementation it is still a challenge in providing access to information and providing adequate health services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual factors, work stress, and work conflict partially and simultaneously with work life balance in government hospitals and private hospitals. This research uses explanatory causality quantitative analysis research method with SPSS quantitative method. Calculation of the sample using non purposive sampling as many as 200. The independent variables of this study are individual factors, work stress, and work conflict, while work life balance is the dependent variable. The study used a questionnaire as a research instrument with a 5-level Likert scale measurement. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis and regression through Multiple Linear Regression. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a negative and significant relationship between individual factors, work stress, and work conflict with work life balance in Government Hospitals and Private Hospitals, either partially or simultaneously. The suggestion from the researcher is that future researchers are expected to be able to analyze research related to work life balance and use the Structure Equation Model to see the direct and indirect effects of each predictor. In addition, the next research adds an intervening/mediation variable to find out further the effect on work life balance

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset in the organization because of the role of employees in maintaining and improving performance. Job stress is a situation related to work factors that can cause changes to a person's psychological or physiological condition. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of role ambiguity and organizational culture on work stress with workload as an intervening variable on health workers at Army Hospital X. The method in this study was quantitative associative using a questionnaire given to health workers at Army Hospital X. Statistical analysis using Pearson correlation test followed by multiple linear regression test with and without workload variables. Pearson correlation test analysis shows the correlation coefficient between variables is greater than 0.60 (significance level <0.001) so that there is a relationship between the variables tested. The results of multiple linear regression test with a workload variable determination coefficient of 0.611, while without a workload variable of 0.603. There is a significant influence between variables in this study. Role ambiguity, workload, and organizational culture have an effect on work stress together. However, the role of the workload variable becomes small or even disappears because the influence of the role ambiguity variable and organizational culture on work stress is very large. The beta coefficient of organizational culture is the largest (0.311) among the other two variables so that organizational culture is the variable that has the most influence on the emergence of work stress. Role ambiguity and organizational culture have a significant effect on work stress, while workload is not an intervening variable for health workers at Army Hospital X

Abstract

Lack of hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women is a health problem that often occurs during pregnancy. A hemoglobin (Hb) level of less than 11 g/dl can indicate that pregnant women suffer from anemia. Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of giving birth to babies with low birth weight (LBW), the risk of bleeding before and during delivery, and can even cause death of the mother and baby if the mother has severe anemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between pregnant women's Hb levels and birth weight. This research was conducted by conducting a literature review from research journals related to the research topic, namely the relationship between Hb levels in pregnant women and birth weight. Based on literature studies from several studies, it can be concluded that low hemoglobin levels in pregnant women can increase the risk of having a low birth weight baby (LBW) because blood flow to the uterus is reduced, thereby blocking the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the placenta and fetus. However, in other studies, it can also be concluded that in addition to lack of hemoglobin levels in pregnant women, there are several other factors that can affect the occurrence of LBW such as severe illness, pregnancy complications, malnutrition, and stress conditions in pregnant women

Abstract

In recent years, information technology has become part of the power to run business activities. However, very few studies have examined the influence of the use of information technology SIMRS (Hospital Information System) in carrying out service operations in hospitals. The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the perceptions that influence the use of the SIMRS application for service operations at UKI Hospital Jakarta. The perceptions studied were: perceptions of benefits, perceptions of ease of use, and perceptions of user behavior. The model used to test technology acceptance is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses a quantitative approach using an ordinal scale in the form of a Likert scale 1-4. This type of research is an analytic study with a cross sectional design that was tested using SEM. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect the actual use of the system. While the perception of user behavior has no significant effect

Abstract

The drug planning and procurement system is a determining factor for drug availability and budget requirements. A good method can be applied to create a good drug planning and procurement system, one of which is the ABC Critical Index method. With this method, priority drugs can be grouped that have a large investment value. RSJ dr. Suharto Heerdjan has never done an ABC Critical Index analysis and the problem that often occurs is the stock of drugs is empty. Suharto Heerdjan Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using data on drug use for the period January 2020 to June 2021 and filling out the VEN questionnaire by 15 doctors. The analysis was carried out using the ABC Critical Index method. The results of the analysis showed that of the 351 types of drugs that were included in group A, there were 6 types of critical index (2%), group B had 119 types of critical index (33.6%) and group C had a critical index of 119 types (33.6%). 226 species (64.4%). Drugs included in group A of the critical index are psychotropic drugs, namely Clozapine 100 mg, Clozapine 25 mg, Trihexyphenidil 2 mg, Risperidone 2 mg, Depakote 500 mg ER, Abilify 10 mg Discmelt. Group A critical index drugs are a priority to be planned and procured, so for the six types of drugs, the estimated demand for 2022, EOQ, SS and ROP are calculated with the following results: Clozapine 100 mg needs 194,844 tablets, EOQ 5,401 tablets, SS 16,953 tablets, ROP 17,654 tablets; Clozapine 25 mg needs 407,080 tablets, EOQ 21,338 tablets, SS 25,892 tablets, ROP 27,194 tablets; Trihexyphenidil 2 mg needs 1,695,404 tablets, EOQ 93,399 tablets, SS 29,544 tablets, ROP 33,387 tablets; Risperidone 2 mg needs 1,073,301 tablets, EOQ 42,897 tablets, SS 12,963 tablets, ROP 14,967 tablets; Depakote 500 mg ER needs 107,971 tablets, EOQ 3,068 tablets, SS 1,980 tablets, ROP 2,110 tablets; Abilify 10 mg discmelt needs 99,737 tablets, EOQ 1,426 tablets, SS 587 tablets, ROP 680 tablets. The application of the drug planning and procurement model using the ABC Critical Index method in research can help determine drug priorities, adjust to budget availability without disrupting the smooth running of services, and improve drug use efficiency
