Abstract

Today's advanced technology and can provide convenience for its users, one of which is the internet. The longer attachment to the internet will form a habit called internet addiction. In addition, internet addiction also has a negatif impact on both physical and mental health. Unwise use of the internet cannot be separated from the self-control of the individual who uses it. Self control is an individual's ability to control unexpected behavior. This study used a descriptive analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The questionnaire used was the Indonesian version of the Internet addiction Test (IAT) in testing internet addiction behavior and the self-control questionnaire in testing self-control. It was found that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) between Internet addiction and Self control is 0.002 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the Self control and Internet addiction variables. Based on the results of research and discussion on the relationship between self-control and internet addiction in students, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-control and internet addiction in college students.

Abstract

Heart disease is a group of conditions that includes coronary heart disease, arrhythmias, heart failure and valvular disease. Heart disease is a major cause of health problems and death and 6.3% of patients treated from COVID-19 isolation rooms have comorbidities. However, in the COVID-19 situation, the mortality rate increased by 22-23% with hemodamic disorders. Many types of heart disease can be prevented or treated with healthy lifestyle choices, medications and/or surgery. Clients with coronary heart disease (CHD) problems often experience anxiety that will significantly worsen their heart health conditions. Stress is a physiological response to stressors that threaten the internal physiological state or psychological well-being of individuals. Anxiety disorders are associated with the onset and progression of heart disease, and in many cases have been associated with cardiovascular disorders, including the incidence of death. Both physiological (autonomic dysfunction, inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, changes in platelet aggregation) and behavioral health mechanisms can explain the relationship between anxiety disorders and coronary heart disease. The association between anxiety disorders and poor heart health, timely and accurate identification and treatment of these conditions is of utmost importance. Thus, clients with CHD require independent rehabilitation in order to suppress the problem. The alternative treatment is through rehabilitation of coronary heart disease clients which is an important part in the management of coronary heart disease clients, which aims to prevent side effects from treatment, recurrence and maintain and increase productivity and quality of life. In addition, effective treatments are available for anxiety disorders in cardiovascular conditions. Further studies are needed to determine whether interventions to treat anxiety disorders ultimately have an impact on mental and cardiovascular health. The aim of this study is to apply self-reliance therapy for Clients with Heart disease in the Community Through Educational Media Independent Therapy of Coronary Heart Disease Client Anxiety (MD-TEMANKU). The results were found with a P Value of 0.0001 on reducing anxiety in CHD Clients in the Community. Therefore, TEMANKU educational media can be one of the inter alternative independent intervention for the client's condition of heart disea

Abstract

Methamphetamine (C10H15N) is a class two psychotropic, a stimulant that acts on the central nervous system, causing addiction when consumed. Hair as a part of the body is often used as an option to detect the presence of methamphetamine in the body. The advantage of hair is that the presence of a drug can last weeks to months. This review was done to see how methamphetamine was detected in hair samples. As a result, it is known that the detection of methamphetamine in hair samples can be carried out using the Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) method. The procedure begins with the preparation of Marquish reagent by mixing 37% formaldehyde with glacial acetic acid. The procedure continued with the preparation of hair samples by grinded 30-40 mg of hair and then washed it with ethanol. After that the sample was sonicated with various solvent systems at room temperature for 30 minutes. The last step is column extraction conducted by inserting the filtrate into the column basement membrane, the column was conditioned, then the sonicated analyte was added and carried out with dichloromethane: 4 ml, then eluted and the sample eluent obtained was identified using marquish reagent

Abstract

MDMA (3,4-methylenedioximet amphetamine) is a semisynthetic compound derived from stimulant type amphetamine (ATS) which works by triggering the release of serotonin. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is one type of drug that has an analgesic-antipyretic effect. MDMA analysis requires a relatively fast method, so the TLC method was chosen. The identification test was carried out using 3 chromatographic systems, namely methanol: ammonia TA (100:1.5 v/v), methanol: butanol TAF (60:40 v/v), and Toluene: acetone: ethanol: ammonia TAEA (45: 45: 7: 3v/v/v/v). The determination test was carried out using the TAEA system and MDMA was used as a standard. The results of the identification test showed that the sample contained MDMA through the Hrfc and spectrum approaches. Qualitative Analysis of Paracetamol Compounds (Acetaminophen) in Urine aims to analyze paracetamol compounds (acetaminophen) in urine qualitatively by using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Extraction of paracetamol in urine samples was carried out using ethyl acetate, which was then derivatized using BSTFA containing 1% TMCS and analyzed using gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that urine samples at 1, 2, and 3 hours after consuming paracetamol gave positive results for acetaminophen-TMS while at 24, 168, and 720 hours after consumption they were negative.

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is still a major public health problem in the world, including Indonesia. One of the biggest challenges in current TB control program is Multi Drug Resistance TB (MDR-TB). Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is a complicating factor in TB disease control because it provides a high burden of morbidity and mortality (50–60% in five years). This literature review aims to increase knowledge about the pattern of first-line antituberculosis drug resistance so that it can early diagnose any suspected drug-resistant TB, prevent drug-resistant TB, and as a reference for conducting further research. This literature review was conducted through PubMed and Google Scholar searches with English and Indonesian articles, then all articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed. Based on literature studies from several studies, the most common pattern of resistance is rifampin or isoniazid-resistant TB, followed by resistance to rifampin and isoniazid. Most of the patients were relapse cases. To establish a diagnosis of TB drug resistance begin with identifying risk factors and accelerating laboratory diagnosis. Early detection and initiation of MDR-TB therapy is the to the successful treatment.
