The rapid development of the social environment has posed significant challenges and influences on educational development in schools. Therefore, education that combines both school and Islamic boarding school (pesantren) is seen as one of the solutions for parents and children to overcome the challenges of the current era. However, the different cultural and educational contexts between schools in pesantren environments and formal schools will certainly have different impacts on the physical fitness of students. This study aims to identify the differences in the level of physical fitness between students at MTs Islamiyah Tulungagung (Islamic boarding school) and students at MTs Al-Falah Gajah (formal school). The population used in this study consisted of 276 students, while the sample size used was 25% of the total population, amounting to 65 students. The research method used was the ex post facto method with a static group comparison approach. The research instrument used was a psychomotor test, specifically the Physical Fitness Test for junior high school/MTs students (aged 13-15 years), which included: a) 60-meter sprint, b) pull-ups, c) sit-ups for 30 seconds, d) vertical jump, and e) Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The results showed a significant difference in the average level of physical fitness between the students of MTs Islamiyah Tulungagung with a total average of 61.88 and the students of MTs Al-Falah Gajah with an average of 60.75. Thus, the level of physical fitness of students at MTs Islamiyah Tulungagung was better compared to MTs Al-Falah Gajah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of forehand driveability of the UNIMED tennis community. This research is descriptive. The population in the study was 15 Unimed field tennis community athletes with total sampling, which means that the entire population is the sample in this study. The instrument in this study used the Hewitt tennis achievement test forehand drive to measure forehand driveability. Based on the tests carried out, the forehand drive capability was obtained with an average value of 15.46. The average results obtained from each athlete illustrate that the ability of the UNIMED tennis community's forehand drive is in the sufficient category. One of the factors causing low forehand driveability is the athlete's error in doing footwork. These results indicate that regular and continuous training is necessary to improve forehand driveability, one of which is footwork training.

The study's goal was to evaluate and track the physical abilities and seasonal workloads of male multisport athletes who struggle with converging sport seasons. Due to the increased training load, these obstacles may have an effect on their general well-being. The researchers monitored the internal workloads of 15 male students who participated in a variety of sports disciplines. Over the course of a 10-week period, they assessed their general preparation and fitness using self-reported questionnaires. Through the course of the monitoring period, statistical analysis revealed substantial variations in workloads and the ACWR (acute to chronic workload ratio) (p = 0.002). Agility, vertical jump power, yo-yo intermittent recovery (Level 1), and predicted VO2max characteristics all showed significant changes (p 0.002). The participants' relatively high wellbeing and ACWR values, however, show that they did not endure enough stress from the workloads to cause physiological changes that would improve their performance. It's probable that the athletes' workloads were reasonable enough to lower the risk of injury while still enhancing performance.

This study aims to identify and describe the Comparison of the Effects of Scientific and Conventional Learning on the Creativity and Learning Outcomes of Physical Education Students in Class XI SMA in Kota Kisaran, Kab. Asahan T.A 2017/2018. This study was an experiment using test instrument techniques for learning outcomes and questionnaires for creativity, with the ANOVA 2 x 2 research design. A total of 138 students were sampled using cluster random sampling sampling technique. Before carrying out a two-way analysis of variance at a significance level of α of 0.05, first perform the analysis requirements, namely the normality and homogeneity tests, followed by the Scheffe test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Research results: 1). There are differences in learning the effect of learning on creativity and learning outcomes, 2). There is an interaction between the influence of learning on creativity and physical education learning outcomes. From the results of this study indicate that the process of applying scientific learning is better in achieving physical education learning outcomes compared to the application of conventional learning.

The training process in developing high-performance athletes is still not optimal as only 3 out of 10 athletes have achieved success. The purpose of this research is to analyze 10 athletes' basic forehand strokes using selected instruments to identify the reasons behind their lack of success in performing the fundamental movements. The research design is descriptive, employing a theory-based approach to collect, analyze, and present the gathered data. This study is quantitative in nature, with a sample size of 10 athletes. A practical test instrument was used for the analysis. The results of the research show the analysis of basic forehand stroke skills, including the initial posture, execution, and final posture, among the athletes at El-Jilany Club in Tuban Regency in 2022. Overall, the analysis indicates that the athletes' basic forehand stroke skills are satisfactory. However, there are still some athletes who demonstrate low skill levels in execution and final posture. The novelty of this research lies in the use of a practical test instrument selected by the researcher to analyze the basic forehand stroke skills of high-performance athletes. Furthermore, the study provides insights into the analysis of basic forehand stroke skills among successful athletes in a specific club, serving as a reference for athlete development in the same or other clubs.
