Abstract

The researchers are interested in analyzing symbolism in poem. Symbolism usually used by the poet to hide the original meaning of his writing. Symbolism is also interpreted as a sentence that has a broader meaning than the explanation of the original sentence. In this study, the researchers focus to analyze the meaning of symbols in masterpieces of Robert Frost's poems. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Fifth masterpieces of Robert Frost’s Poems are On A The Rose Family, A Minor Bird, Stopping by Woods On a Snowy Evening, Fire and Ice, and Nothing Gold Can Stay. Those poems tell about human life that has many obstacles before it reaches the purpose of life he wants. In conclusion, the symbols are found in Masterpieces of Robert Frost's poems indicate almost same meaning or some theme that is a way of life that must be passed. In addition, Robert Frost's poems have a moral message relating to life and human.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the Tiktok application on the behavior and character of elementary school students. The method used in this research is literature study, namely reviewing regulations, books, and journals. Based on data from several books and journals, the results obtained are that the use of the tiktok application causes two impacts, namely positive and negative impacts. For the positive there is no change in student behavior and character, while the negative impacts are changes in student behavior and character, they behave impolitely towards teachers and even parents, get emotional easily, and are indifferent to the surrounding environment because they are too engrossed in playing tiktok..

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa kelas 3 SDIT Generasi Rabbani masih belum mencapai standar yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar materi hak dan kewajiban siswa kelas 3 SDIT Generasi Rabbani dengan menggunakan pendekatan Game-based Learning berbantukan permainan kartu kwartet. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan Model Kemmis & McTaggart. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, didapatkan terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari awalnya haya 25% yang mendapatkan predikat “Amat Baik”, menjadi 50% di siklus I, lalu 75% di siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa Game-based Learning berbantukan permainan kartu kwartet dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi hak dan kewajiban.

Abstract

The success of science learning in Indonesia is very low. Science education in schools aims to enable students to play an active role in learning about themselves and their natural environment and apply them in everyday life. The cause of the lack of optimal science learning is that teaching methods are still traditional, teachers give lectures, explain in front of students during class, and actively and proactively ask questions in class. As a result, the learning process is mastered only by the teacher and a small part of students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) that can be followed up to improve learning in the classroom by applying the PBL learning method, in science subjects with the subject of local wisdom. The subjects of the study were students of Kela IV SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Batu in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Based on the results of research conducted at SDN Muhammadiyah 4 Batu City, it can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning is an attractive method for students. PBL encourages students to think critically, identify, analyze, and solve problems in everyday life. Help students understand topics more easily and accurately. This is reflected in the increase in the value of student learning outcomes in the initial condition until cycle II reached 56%, especially cognitive learning outcomes. Implementing group learning can improve cognitive learning outcomes. Classroom action research entitled Application of the Problem Base Learning (PBL) Learning Model to Improve Science Learning Outcomes of Local Wisdom Material in Grade 4 SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Batu. The results obtained from the study are an increase in student learning outcomes which can be seen from the initial condition of the completeness of student learning outcomes as much as 44%, cycle I 76%, and cycle II 100%.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah merupakan ujung tombak serta nakhoda dari sebuah lembaga pendidikan, peran kepemimpinan sangat diperhatikan dalam menjalankan amanah serta tanggung jawab yang telah dibebankan. Style atau gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan merupakan sikap yang dimiliki setiap kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemiminan kepala sekolah dalam menunjang kualitas pendidikan pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama yaitu MTs Muhammadiyah 32 Brondong-Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, Interview, dan Dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru dan stakeholder. Dengan tahapan: a. Tahap Pra Penelitian. b. Tahap Penelitian. c. Tahap Akhir. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif, dengan penentuan informan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik pursposive sampling.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat temuan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam mengelola pendidikan adalah gaya situasional, juga ditemukan tanda kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya demokratis, otoriter, terkadang kharismatik. Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu, kepala sekolah menerapkan peran, tugas dan fungsinya sebagai seorang pemimpin, mencakup sebagai seorang leader, supervisor, educator, inovator, motivator, administrator, dan manajer dengan kinerja yang baik dan memuaskan. Dengan simpulan bahwa semakin tepat gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, maka kinerja para pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan akan menjadi semakin baik dalam menunjang mutu dan kualitas pendidikan

Abstract

In mathematics learning, students often complain that the discussion of material is difficult and requires concrete discussion, especially on flat material. The problem is that learners do not understand what they have learned and how that knowledge is used. A formula that takes a long time is needed to lift the creativity of students to a higher level. Lacking models, it is difficult to facilitate learner learning. So that teachers can develop learning, one of which is with the PjBL learning model. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK). Is research applied to teaching and learning activities in the classroom that aims to improve the learning process. This research improves the learning model applied in the classroom and increases student learning creativity. Research data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained are observational data, questionnaires, interviews and documentationThe percentage results show that from cycle I to cycle II there has been an increase in results in the form of values from LKPD that have been done by students with the context of assessment on the creativity of divergent thinking from the results of making compositions and decompositions of various flat buildings with more than one. The results are assessed by the teacher based on the ability of learners to make compositions and decompositions of various flat shapes with more than one. The author innovates by using learning models so that teachers can provide meaningful feedback rather than abstract and vague assessments, allowing students to participate in assessing their own work, learning from their mistakes, and how to solve problems according to the syntax of the project based learning (PjBL) learning model

Abstract

The development of the field of education in Indonesia expects students to have several skills such as creativity to be invaluable skills. The ability to think outside the box, generate new ideas, and create innovative solutions is essential to adapting to change and finding new ways to solve problems. One of the learning models that can be used to increase creativity is in accordance with the current curriculum using a project-based learning model and the use of circle life popart media This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with a qualitative descriptive method. Descriptive methods are methods used to do so, explain or analyze research results, used to draw broader conclusions. This type of research examines learning activities in the form of actions that are consciously initiated and carried out together in the classroom. Based on the results of research conducted at SDN Beji 1 Batu, researchers concluded that learning using circle life popart media is fun and attracts students' attention, so that learning takes place not boring. Similarly, the application of the PjBL learning model makes students active in the learning process from the initial problem-solving activities to making projects with the media, and in learning takes place the teacher only becomes a facilitator. Previously, students could not be free to explore and create, after this learning, students better understood the topic being studied than during monotonous learning by just lecturing, telling stories, or doing questions in the LKS book. The use of circle life popart media also makes students more able to develop themselves to be creative with existing media. Similarly, the application of the PjBL learning model makes students active in the learning process from the initial problem-solving activities to making projects with the media, and in learning takes place the teacher only becomes a facilitator.

Abstract

Natural Sciences (IPA) is one of the learning content in the curriculum applied in Indonesia. Science learning is used to train students to have a scientific attitude with sensitivity to the surrounding environment with the acquisition of Science Scientific Concepts in elementary school is very important to build a strong understanding of natural phenomena and the world around them. This research is a type of collaborative Classroom Action Research (PTK) by collaborating between researchers and class teachers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing an event that occurred at school with the subject of the study, namely grade IV students at SD Muhammadiyah 8 KH Mansur Malang City. Other supporting data in this study are observations, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of research conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 8 KH Mansur Malang City, it can be concluded that after processing student learning outcome data, especially science subjects, researchers analyzed the data using comparative descriptive techniques, namely by comparing the results of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II tests. Based on the percentage of learning outcomes with learning using the PBL model with the help of experimental activities, students have a better understanding of science conceptsBased on research that has been done that the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by experimental activities using simple tools, namely paper and wax, makes learning done by solving problems through experiments, thus encouraging students to have fun, develop their minds, and actively participate in ongoing learning. Based on the experiments that have been conducted, it can be concluded that thermal energy can be converted into motion energy.

Abstract

Peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan khusus yang dapat membantunya untuk bisa langsung menghadapi dunia industri atau dunia kerja. Dalam menciptakan peserta didik yang berkualitas dan memiliki keterampilan maka guru memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam prosesnya. Proses pembelajaran di kelas bergantung pada model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru, apabila guru hanya menggunakan model pembelajaran yang monoton dan cenderung sama disetiap pertemuan maka peserta didik akan merasa bosan dan hal ini akan mempengaruhi keaktifan dan hasil belajar dari peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran team game tournament untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas X TKRO 2 SMK Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Desain penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata peserta didik pada tahap pra siklus sebesar 60,7. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata peserta didik pada tahap siklus I sebesar 72 dan nilai rata-rata padatahap siklus II sebesar 80,5. Berdasarkan tabel nilai ketuntasan maka pelaksanaan siklus berakhir di sikus II karena telah mencapai nilai ketuntasan yaitu di atas 76. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran team game tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas X TKRO 2

Abstract

Writing instruction in Indonesian elementary schools often receives less emphasis compared to other language skills, despite its importance in developing students’ ability to think critically and communicate effectively. This study explores how advanced writing instruction—specifically for students in Grades 4–6—can be enhanced through practical strategies and technological support. Using qualitative content analysis of 58 academic sources published between 2019 and 2024, the study identifies key teaching approaches such as text modeling, collaborative writing, and project-based learning. The findings reveal that successful writing instruction is shaped by three main factors: teachers’ instructional strategies, students’ cognitive readiness, and the integration of engaging tools such as artificial intelligence. For example, AI-driven learning, including the use of tools like ChatGPT, helps students generate ideas and receive real-time feedback, thereby enhancing creativity and motivation. However, challenges remain, such as limited student vocabulary, abstract thinking skills, and the continued use of conventional teaching methods. The study concludes that a student-centered, creative, and technology-supported approach is essential for improving writing outcomes. It recommends sustained teacher training and curriculum support to align instructional practices with the demands of 21st-century literacy.
