Bedelau: Journal of Education and Learning (E-ISSN: 2723-0384, P-ISSN: 2723-0376) was first published in 2020 by the Anotero Scientific Institute, Pekanbaru. Bedelau: Journal of Education and Learning is published 2 (two) times a year in June and December. This journal focuses on current and emerging education issues, related to teaching and learning. Manuscripts received are texts that have never been published or are in the process of publication in other national and international scientific journals. Abstract

Based on teaching experience in class X MIA 4 MAN 3 Pekanbaru, it was found that students had low scores in writing poetry. This problem cannot be ignored because it can affect the learning process. The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model is assumed to be able to improve the results of understanding writing poetry. The purpose of this research is to describe the process improvement, and the learning outcomes of understanding writing poetry through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Cycle I and cycle II were carried out in three meetings, and one test for each cycle. Each cycle consists of four activities, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, field recording sheets, and tests. Qualitative data were obtained through observation and field notes for both educator and teacher activities learners. Qualitative data were analyzed based on data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Quantitative data were obtained through essay tests carried out at the end of the cycle. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of qualitative data analysis show an increase in the learning process. The activeness of educators and students is high in the learning process using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model. The results of quantitative data analysis show an increase in student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, the average value of students' poetry writing skills was below the KKM. After learning with the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model, the average student score increased above the KKM and completed classically. Improved results are influenced by the right learning model. Thus, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and learning model Learning (CTL). can increase the activity of students which has an impact on increasing learning outcomes in learning to write poetry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh lingkungan belajar dalam keluarga terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MTS Nurul Islam Lubuk Gaung (2) Pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MTS Nurul Islam Lubuk Gaung (3) Pengaruh lingkungan belajar dalam keluarga dan kedisiplinan siswa secara serentak terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MTS Nurul Islam Lubuk Gaung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Uji coba instrument penelitian bertempat di MTS Nurul Islam Lubuk Gaung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII,VIII,IX yang berjumlah 149 0rang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket. Pengujian prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar dalam keluarga terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MTS Nurul Islam Lubuk Gaung. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MTS Nurul Islam Lubuk Gaung. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar dalam keluarga dan kedisiplinan siswa secara serentak terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MTS Nurul Islam Lubuk Gaung.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss cognitive theory and its implementation in the independent learning curriculum. This research uses a literature study research method. Relevant library sources are primary data sources (research results data, research reports, scientific journals, etc. Secondary data sources (basic government legal regulations, books, etc.) are the data sources used in this research. Cognitivist learning theory is very relevant to This freedom of learning is because freedom of learning prioritizes the process rather than the results. This can be proven through the implementation of freedom of learning which requires forming the character of students in teaching and learning activities. Likewise, this can be implemented through increasing good interactions between educators and students by conducting discussions on learning activities. Other things are also done, such as eliminating KKM, which is in line with the opinion of cognitivist learning theory which prioritizes processes rather than outcomes with other stages. So teachers should really understand the stages of cognitive development of each student.

Abstract

This research aims to examine development during infancy and its implications for early childhood education. Using the library study research method, this research collects and analyzes relevant literature from various academic sources such as books, scientific journals and articles. Data is classified based on main themes such as stages of infant development, factors influencing development, and implications for education. The research results show that infancy development includes physical, cognitive, emotional and social aspects that are interrelated. Factors such as genetics, environment, nutrition, and social interactions play an important role in such development. Implications for early childhood education include the need for a holistic and individualized approach in supporting children's development. Educators and parents are advised to provide a stimulative and responsive environment and implement educational strategies that are appropriate to the child's developmental stages. This research provides practical recommendations to support optimal development of babies through appropriate educational interventions from an early age.

Abstract

This study explores the significance, trends, and challenges of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the digital era. Through a comprehensive literature review and qualitative analysis, including interviews and case studies, the research highlights the substantial benefits of digitalization in HRM, such as increased operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and enhanced employee engagement and retention. However, it also identifies critical challenges, including resistance to change, a lack of digital skills, and data security concerns. The findings emphasize the importance of strategic approaches to overcoming these challenges, such as continuous digital skill development programs, fostering an organizational culture that supports innovation and flexibility, and investing in advanced data security technologies. The study concludes that successful digital transformation in HRM requires ongoing monitoring and evaluation, collaboration with experienced technology providers, and strong leadership support. Implementing these strategies can optimize HRM practices, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to achieving strategic goals and competitive advantage in the global market.

Abstract

This research is a research that aims to develop E-LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) on financial report material at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang which can be tested valid, practical and learning outcomes. The method in this study is Research and Development (R&D) which uses the ADDIE model using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires and tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that E-LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) is declared valid according to the combined results of four validators with an average of 85.23% in the very valid category. In addition, its practicality has been proven from one-to-one tests with an average of 85.42% in the very practical category. As well as small group trials with an average of 85.25% in the very practical category. Furthermore, learning outcomes show an increase of 32.54% from the difference between pre-test and post-test. So that E-LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) is very suitable for use as a learning material.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of using e-commerce learning media on students' entrepreneurial interest at SMK Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. Based on the background and limitations of the problem in this research, it is to find out whether there is an influence of perceptions regarding the use of e-commerce learning media on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMK Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. The research methodology used in this data collection technique is documentation and questionnaires. Based on the research conducted, there are results from research that has been carried out. The results can be seen. So it can be concluded that the constant value is 100.214, meaning that if the perception of using e-commerce learning media (X) is 0, then the student's entrepreneurial interest will be negative (Y), namely 0.176, meaning that if the perception If the use of e-commerce learning media increases, interest in entrepreneurship will increase by 0.176, the coefficient is positive, so the relationship between the two variables, perception of use of e-commerce learning media (X) and Entrepreneurial Interest (Y), the higher the level of perceived value of use, the more interest. students to become entrepreneurs. Thus, it means that there is an influence of e-commerce learning media on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMK Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. Efficacy using the Kolmogorov – Smirnov test, Levene's Homogeneity Test, and the simple Linear test were used to test questionnaire data on students. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model pembelajaran Thingking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan metode eksperimen yang digunakan yaitu metode True Experimental Design (Posttest-Only Control Design). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 terdiri dari tiga kelas yang berjumlah 96 siswa. Dua kelas dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket motivasi belajar siswa dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Data penelitian di analisis menggunakan uji t (uji independent sample t-test) dan uji manova. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran thingking aloud pair problem solving terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan yaitu sebesar 41,2% dan sisanya 58,8% dipengaruhui oleh faktor lain, (2) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran thingking aloud pair problem solving terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan sebesar yaitu 32,9% dan sisanya 67,1% dipengaruhui oleh faktor lain, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran thingking aloud pair problem solving terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa di SMK N 1 Pemulutan yaitu sebesar 51.1% dan sisanya 48.9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Sembawa. Media pembelajaran canva merupakan sebuah platfrom daring untuk medesain grafis dalam merancang berbagai desain kreatif dengan memudahkan penggunaanya seperti medesain poster, info grafis, hingga presentasi. Bukan hanya untuk mendesain, namun juga bisa digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi guru, siswa dan sekolah dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Pemilihan sampel secara random sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa angket dan soal tes. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis , diketahui uji sample T test berbantu software SPSS berpengaruh antara media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva terhadap motivasi nilai Thitung 5,246 lebih besar dari Ttabel 2,000 dan nilai signifikan 0,025 < 0,000 dan hasil belajar siswa nilai Thitung 2,727 lebih besar dari Ttabel 2,000 dan nilai signifikan 0,025 < 0,000

Abstract

Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) merupakan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang mendorong kerjasama siswa dengan cara membiarkan mereka belajar dalam kelompok dengan anggota yang bervariasi untuk menguasai keterampilan yang dipelajari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi keaktifan siswa dan tes hasil belajar menggunakan metode eksperimen jenis True Eksperimental Design dengan bentuk Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel pertama ( Kelas XI.A1) berjumlah 39 siswa adalah kelas eksperimen yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Sampel kedua (Kelas XI.E) berjumlah 40 siswa adalah kelas kontrol yang diajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan dari pengujian hipotesis penelitian yang menggunakan Uji T Independent Sampel T-test berbantu software SPSS versi 29 dengan taraf 0,05 yaitu 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,001<0,05) dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditolak dan diterima, terdapat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Palembang.
