Abstract

Based on the results of observations at SMP IT Bina Insan Batang Kuis, researchers still found several students who did not understand the skills of several passing techniques in volleyball so that the game seemed haphazard. This was possibly caused by the students' inability to master passing. This study used the classroom action research (CAR) method. Generally speaking, in classroom action research, there are four stages that are commonly passed, namely, (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, (4) reflection. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there was an increase in passing skills in students at SMP IT Bina Insan Batang Kuis.

Abstract

Volleyball is a complex game, not easy for everyone to do. Knowledge of basic techniques is required, including serving, passing, blocking, and smashing. The use of underhand passing in volleyball is very important because this technique is very dominant in the game. This study aims to determine the effect of the Teaching at the Right Level approach to improve underhand passing skills in grade X students of SMA Darut Taqwa Purwosari Pasuruan. This study was conducted using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was carried out in two cycles, starting with the pre-cycle stage to obtain a direct picture of underhand passing skills in students. The results of the pre-cycle stage were students whose scores were above the KKTP were only 19.44% or as many as 7 students. This value increased in the first cycle stage, namely students who got scores above the standard or KKTP to 16 students or as many as 44.44% of the total students. This result increased in the second cycle stage, namely to 31 students or around 86.11% of the total students. Thus, it can be concluded that the Teaching at the Right Level approach is effective in improving underhand passing skills in class X students of SMA Darut Taqwa Purwosari Pasuruan.

Abstract

The decline in performance and the decline in speed ability are the main factors for the MTs Darut Taqwa 02 Purwosari Pasuruan futsal team. Speed is an important biomotor component in futsal that requires fast rotation on the futsal field. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the cone drill training method with X-Pattern Multiskill variations to increase speed with a 20-meter sprint test on futsal players. Method: This type of research uses an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 10 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a 20-meter sprint test. Data were analyzed using descriptive tests and Paired Sample T-Test tests with the help of SPSS 25. Results: The results showed a decrease in the average travel time from 3.68 seconds in the pretest to 3.41 seconds in the post-test. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test obtained a t-count value of 16.082 > t-table 2.262 and a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: It can be concluded that cone drill training is effective and can significantly increase the speed of futsal players at MTs Darut Taqwa 02 Purwosari Pasuruan. This increase is driven by the adaptation of the neuromuscular system and synchronization of motor units through structured training patterns.

Abstract

This study is based on the importance of implementing inclusive education in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning for students with special needs at Tahfidzul Quran Ad Diin Elementary School. The absence of special assistant teachers and the integration of students with special needs in regular classes require appropriate learning planning strategies. This study aims to analyze inclusive PJOK learning planning strategies for students with special needs, especially slow learners. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The population consisted of 87 students in grades IV to VI in the 2025/2026 academic year, with six students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that learning planning strategies were implemented through four main dimensions: adaptive curriculum, in-depth assessment, modification of learning tools and media, and adaptive learning strategies. The adaptive curriculum is designed so that the objectives and materials are tailored to individual needs. In-depth assessments are conducted at the beginning of the school year as a basis for determining learning objectives and materials. Tools and media are made interactive and game-based. The learning strategy uses an individualized approach, additional learning time, and positive reinforcement to create a supportive environment. With the right planning strategy, it can contribute significantly to improving the motivation, learning effectiveness, and motor development of slow learners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Nutritious Meal Program (PMB) on the participation of students with disabilities in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning at SLB Negeri 1 Buleleng. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research informants consisted of the principal, class teachers, and two PJOK teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman interactive model. The results showed that PMB played a significant role in improving students' physical readiness, energy, and concentration, thus enabling them to participate in PJOK learning more optimally. In addition, PMB contributed to increased learning participation, characterized by activeness in following instructions, enthusiasm in trying new movements, involvement in group activities, and consistent attendance. The success of the program was also influenced by the support of the principal and teachers, as well as the implementation of adaptive learning methods that are appropriate to students' physical abilities. This study concluded that PMB not only meets students' nutritional needs but also serves as an important strategy in inclusive education, increasing motivation, social engagement, and active participation of students with physical disabilities in PJOK learning.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the accuracy of T kicks using chairs and peching boxes on the accuracy of T kicks by athletes from the Indonesian Pencak Silat Naga Pertapa Padepokan Muara Muntai. The study used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 14 athletes selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a kicking accuracy test. The treatment was given during 12 sessions with a frequency of three times a week. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that the pretest average of 5.43 increased to 10.64 in the posttest. The normality test stated that the data was normally distributed (Sig. 0.249 and 0.252 > 0.05). The hypothesis test obtained a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there was a significant increase after the treatment. Training with assistive media proved to be able to improve accuracy, direction control, and accuracy of T kicks through more directed movement repetition. The use of chairs and peching boxes was effective in improving the accuracy of T kicks by pencak silat athletes and can be used as an alternative in the preparation of training programs.
