Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Cot Girek is one of the palm oil mills owned by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I which is engaged in processing palm oil into Crude Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil. The problem faced by PTPN I Cot Girek Unit is that there are several wasteful activities that cause the company to experience time losses, production does not reach targets and quality damage to Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and Coconut Palm Oil (CPO). The problem solving method used are Value Stream Mapping to identify wasteful activities, the 5W1H method to identify the causes of waste and the Weighted Product Method to determine the order of priority for improvement. Based on the results of the study, there are 4 activities that can be taken corrective action. After being analyzed using VSM, it was found that the Manufacturing Lead Time decreased from 1185.70 minutes to 1069.73 minutes and the Process Cycle Efficiency value increased from 67% to 74%.

The impact of the e-Government’s implementation in public services with the increasing communication and exchange of data electronically causes vulnerabilities in information and communication system transactions which greatly affect the quality and security of information, so that the management of information security becomes very important for the Communications and Informatics Office of Bogor Municipality. This research was conducted to determine the level of readiness of information security management at the Communications and Informatics Office of Bogor Municipality using the Information Security Index (KAMI Index) Version 4.0 according to the security aspects defined by the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard made by the National Cyber and Crypto Board (BSSN). by evaluating various areas that are the target of the application of information security through the interview process. The evaluation result of the Electronic System Category obtained value of 35 and included in the Strategic Category illustrating that the use of electronic systems is an integral strategic part in supporting ongoing work processes. The evaluation result of the five areas of information security obtained a total score of 395 at the Basic Framework stage with Maturity Levels I+ to II. Based on the evaluation results, recommendations are prioritized at the lowest maturity level, namely the Information Security Risk Management area so that in the next evaluation there can be an increase in the level of information security maturity until it reaches the expected maturity level according to ISO 27001 compliance standards, which is at level III.

Abstract

A based on the concept of the convenience of the West Flood Canal (KBB) river in Semarang City which is divided into five zones, so in 2019 work on the construction of the KBB Motion Weir was held. To optimize the operation of the Mobile Weir, it is necessary to analyze and simulate the operational pattern of the KBB Mobile Weir. The aim is to obtain procedures and patterns in the operation of mobile dams and the right and efficient opening and closing times during the rainy season and during sediment flashing. In this study, hydraulic analysis was used with the help of the HEC-RAS 4.1.0 program. to track flooding in the river channel using mathematical modeling in several scenarios. From this analysis, it can be seen how far the procedures and operational patterns of the West Flood Canal Movement Weir (KBB) are in accordance with several planned scenarios. The results of the study found that the simulation of the opening of 1 (one) door/span using Qmax 220.71 m3/second, as scenario I in the Standby/Ready condition. Simulation of opening 1 (one) door/span using Qmax 339.81 m3/second, according to scenario II during Standby II/Standby conditions. And scenario III for Saga III/Beware) requires 4 (four) door openings/span.

And to determine the influence of Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action which factors have a dominant influence on the consideration of career women in the decision to choose an E-Commerce Brand. In its implementation, explanatory researchers use survey research methods, where information is collected from respondents using questionnaires. survey research is research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. This approach uses a quantitative approach is research that in the process of implementation uses a rigorous research design in the form of numbers or with statistical formulas or other methods of quantification to measure the research variables. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been put forward, the conclusions are as follows: From the results of the t test test, it shows that Attention (X1) is 3.123, Interest (X2) is 5.859, Desire (desire) (X3) is 4.792, Action (action) (X4) of 2.870, separately has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on E-COMMERCE products. From the test results of the f test, it shows that Attention (attention) (X1), Interest (X2), Desire (desire) (X3), Action (action) (X4) together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) on E-COMMERCE products, namely F-count (28.273) > F-table (2.47). And from all variables Attention (attention) (X1), Interest (interest) (X2), Desire (desire) (X3), Action (action) (X4) obtained after testing the t test, it turns out that the variable Interest (interest) (X2 ) of 5.859 and t-table of 1.985 which has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) on E-COMMERCE products.

Abstract

- This study aims to examine the implementation of the pesantren-based local content curriculum at SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, with data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate: 1) Islamic boarding school-based local content curriculum in SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng is more abundant than in junior high schools in general. Pesantren lessons are usually only available in madrasah schools, but at SMP A. Wahid Hasyim it is almost 40 percent of general lessons. 2) There are three supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of pesantren-based local content learning, namely the existence of a program to improve the quality of human resources (teacher training); adequate facilities and infrastructure; Teachers who support local content based on Islamic boarding schools have competent competencies and expertise in their fields. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of student interest in learning; input of students from public elementary schools; limited time allocation in Arabic subjects.
