Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research (JIEMAR)
The aim of JIEMAR ( Journal of Industrial Engineering & Management Research is to publish theoretical and empirical articles that are aimed to contrast and extend existing theories, and build new theories that contribute to advance our understanding of phenomena related with industrial engineering and industrial management in organizations, from the perspectives of Production Planning/Scheduling/Inventory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management, Operations Management and Operational Research. The contributions can adopt confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (mainly qualitative) methodological approaches. Theoretical essays that enhance the building or extension of theoretical approaches are also welcome. JIEMAR selects the articles to be published with a double bind, peer review system, following the practices of good scholarly journals. JIEMAR is published monthly (on-line versions), following an open access policy. On-line publication allows to reduce publishing costs, and to make more agile the process of reviewing and edition. JIEMAR defends that open access publishing fosters the advance of scientific knowledge, making it available to everyone. <![CDATA[This study aims to examine the relationship between firm value with institutional ownership capital structure and profitability in the company. The data used in this study is the annual report of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period. This study uses quantitative methods. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The implications of the research are expected to make a positive contribution to all parties. As a consideration for the company in observing the factors that have an influence on the value of the company. This research is also expected to be useful for investors and potential investors in seeing opportunities to increase the value of shares held in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the IDX. The regulator can also assess and supervise the factors that affect the value of the company so that the financial statements presented are also able to increase the value of the company, therefore the financial statements issued by the company must have quality so that they can be used as a basis for decision making. Capital structure greatly influences the policies taken in the company's operational activities. In addition, the large percentage of share ownership by professionals will also directly increase the value of the company. Profitability is a real benchmark of a company's value that is used as the basis for many parties, especially investors in determining investment in a company.]]>

<![CDATA[The company's growth is expected to be faster in order to survive in the competition, in the current digital era the number of competitors cannot be known for sure because many are moving digitally. so that in this study the researchers saw the importance of organizational commitment and the role of employees in advancing the company in the current digital era, therefore this study aims to determine the factors that influence this and how much influence leadership and integrity have on it. This study uses the analytical method used is descriptive analysis, and the test instrument using SEM PLS with the number of samples used as many as 140 permanent employees in one of the company's departments. The results of the study indicate that leadership and integrity partially and significantly affect organizational commitment and employee performance. While simultaneously leadership and integrity have a significant effect on employee performance by mediating Organizational Commitment.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of the teacher as an educator began to shift to become a facilitator or tutor. Students are given the opportunity to discuss the teaching materials they have learned. This method makes students understand the teaching material better than if it is explained directly through the teacher's lecture. This is then applied to the student learning activities of MTs-MA al-Qur'an La Raiba Hanifida which are not found in any school in the world. Although this learning activity is still classified as a new learning model, the theoretical basis that constructs this activity is quite strong and scientific. No wonder the principal and the head of the foundation still maintain this activity as one of the leading activities that will continue to be evaluated and improved from time to time. This learning activity is called the Student Corner. Therefore, the researcher was inspired to conduct research to explain how the Student Corner Learning Model, Activities and develop student learning corners at MTs-MA al-Qur'an La Raiba Hanifida Jombang. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a multi-site study design.This study obtained the results, namely First, it can simply be concluded that the learning model applied to the Student Corner is the implementation of Active Learning. However, Active Learning has not been able to represent the so-called Student Corner. Because basically Student Corner is just the name of a learning program that has been modified by MTs-MA al-Qur'an La Raiba Hanifida. While Active Learning is a name for learning theory. Second, the Student Corner learning activities include; a) students' creativity which is continuously stimulated every day through the making of Mind Mapping. b) students are trained in delivering the subject matter. 3) students' self-confidence increased dramatically after being trained regularly in each presentation. Third, Student Corner learning activities are constructed from three theories; Constructivist, Cognitivistic and Mind Mapping. Constructivistic theory teaches students how to build knowledge independently. Then Cognitivistic theory teaches the importance of a learning process rather than results. While the Mind Mapping theory teaches students to think creatively and makes it easier for students to absorb information in a creative note.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif untuk menguji implikasi manajemen pengetahuan Terhadap kinerja guru. Penentuan partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan purposive sampling, partisipan dipilih berdasarkan penilaian tinggat kompetensi sebanyak 8 guru dengan kriteria masa kerja minimal 10 tahun. Dari semua jawaban di atas, terlihat bahwa manajemen pengetahuan membawa dampak positif bagi Kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Pati . Tidak hanya itu, guru menyatakan manajemen pengetahuan sangat penting dan perlu selalu diimplementasikan di wilayah kerja karena dapat membantu perkembangan sekolahAda 4 faktor utama yaitu sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi, dan internalisasi yang menjadi tolak ukur kinerja guru di sekolah. Dengan pengaruh positif dari keempat faktor tersebut, sekolahakan memiliki kinerja yang baik dan akan menjadi lebih baik dari waktu ke waktu. Penerapan proses manajemen pengetahuan mengembangkan kinerja guru karena pada hasil wawancara, secara umum semua informan menyatakan bahwa knowledge management selalu dibawa dampak positif bagi kinerja guru dan sangat penting juga harus tetap ditanamkan di sekolah]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pembinaan dan kinerja pegawai di sekolah , menganalisis hubungan antara pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis hubungan pemberdayaan dengan kinerja pegawai dan menganalisis hubungan antara partisipasi dengan kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan metode pengolahan datanya menggunakan PLS dan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Pengumpulan Data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada 120 pegawai sekolah dan dari hasil penelitian kuesioner yang dikembalikan sebanyak 90 kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa variabel pembinaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Peningkatan variabel pembinaan akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan penurunan variabel pembinaan akan diikuti dengan penurunan kinerja pegawai. <![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perngaruh supervise akademik dan motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi guru. Desain penelitian survei digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri Pati . Peserta terdiri dari 112 guru. Dengan teknik total sampling, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memilih individu secara berkelompok. Data diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri Pati. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode pemilihan non-probability sampling methods. Kuesioner online dikirimkan kepada responden sebanyak 230 kuesioner, tahap selanjutnya adalah mengevaluasi kuesioner yang kembali, yaitu kuesioner yang kembali 220 dan tidak kembali berjumlah 10 kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS bahwa Supervisi Akademik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru, peningkatan variabel Supervisi Akademik akan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan variabel kompetensi guru dan penurunan variabel Supervisi Akademik akan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan variabel kompetensi guru. <![CDATA[In running a cooperative business, it is directed to businesses that are directly related to the interests of members, both to support the business and their welfare. The rise and fall of profits (SHU) in savings and loan cooperatives every year is not only influenced by capital factors, but member participation is also one of the important roles in earning profits (SHU), because capital which is the movement of cooperative continuity also comes from members, namely principal savings and mandatory savings. This research was conducted at the Kartika Cooperative Primary 0302/Inhu. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Equity Capital and Total Assets on the Remaining Operating Results at the Kartika 0302/Inhu Primary Cooperative, either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this study is a method that uses multiple regression equations. By taking the primary balance sheet document of Kartika Cooperative 0302/Inhu. The analytical technique used in this study is a quantitative technique, namely multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that the Simultaneous Test (F test) obtained the hypothesis that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, meaning that Equity Capital and Total Assets simultaneously had no significant effect on the Remaining Operating Results. Partial Test (t test) the effect of Equity Capital on Remaining Operating Results, the hypothesis is that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, meaning that Equity partially has no significant effect on the remaining operating results. Partial Test (t test) the effect of Total Assets on Remaining Operating Results, the hypothesis is that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that Total Assets partially has a significant effect on the remaining operating results.]]>
