Abstract

This research is motivated by the unfulfilled quantity and quality of productive subject teachers in SMK so that it affects the quality of graduates. The transfer of management of Vocational High Schools by Dinas Pendidikan since 2016 and Vocational Revitalization during 2015 – 2019 are interesting to study. This study aims to identify and analyze the application of strategic management principles in fostering the professional competence of productive subject teachers in SMK, which include: (1) environmental observation, (2) strategy formulation, (3) strategy implementation; and (4) evaluation and control. There are two theories used: (1) Strategic Management from Hunger and Wheelen (1996) and Coaching Theory programmed by Kemdikbudristek (2016). For the needs of this research, a qualitative approach and a descriptive method were chosen. The techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research locus is nas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMK. The results of his research, in Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMKN have applied the principles of strategic management in fostering productive subject teachers. The indicators, (1) have carried out a SWOT analysis on environmental observations, (2) formulation of mission, goals, strategies, and policies; (3) has implemented the policy strategy, budget, and procedures; and (4) evaluation and control have been carried out although not yet effective. This stage tends to be neglected, partial, and poorly acted upon. Although it is considered ineffective, the results of developing the competence of productive teachers in SMK have begun to show positive implications for improving the quality of professional vocational productive teachers. The absorption of graduates and interest in SMK is increasing. The professional competence development carried out by Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMKN in their regions includes training, industrial internships, collaboration between vocational teachers and industrial practitioners, teacher welfare development, MGMP/KKG, independent learning, and PKG/PKB. Obstacles in the field include (a) complicated regulations and bureaucracy; (b) limited school budgets; (c) lack of management commitment; (e) The training is still general. The proposed alternative solutions are: (a) deregulation and debureaucratization; (b) increasing partnership with DUDI; (c) (d) optimization of PKG/PKB. The recommendations are (a) a competent team of experts in environmental analysis; (b) optimizing the implementation of teacher professional competence development; (c) optimization of control and assessment; (d) strengthen the managerial competence of principals; and (e) expand CSR with DUDI

Abstract

Every taxpayer in Indonesia who has had NPWP is required to carry out his right and obligation according to the prevailing regulations. An appointed Notary/PPAT has already had NPWP. Article 28 of UU KUP, Article 14 of UU PPh, and PER-17/PJ/2015 which regulates the calculation of PPh OP Notary/PPAT for gross circulation below Rp. 4.8 million can choose to organize bookkeeping or calculating norm, while a Notary/PPAT who has his earnings Rp.4.8 million or more has to organize bookkeeping. Regulation on the calculation of PPh of individuals for a Notary/PPAT who obtains earnings from professional service and business does not meet the principle of justice, either vertically or horizontally, because ideally the same earnings will have the same amount of tax, and the bigger the earnings, the more taxable which has to be paid. This type of research is a research that uses a normative approach and the nature of the research is a descriptive research. The secondary data in question is in the form of legal materials which are described as follows: Primary legal materials are used by researchers as strong basic legal materials as the main basis for conducting analysis. Some of the legal materials in question are the Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures, Income Tax Law, Government Regulation Number 46 of 2013. Secondary legal materials in the form of legal materials related to primary legal materials that can assist researchers in analyzing and understanding primary legal materials. Tertiary legal materials are legal materials which are information related to research such as legal dictionaries, articles, news, and so on.

Abstract

The plastics recycling industry in Indonesia can only fill 82% of national needs. Based on the Survey of this study, plastic recycling industries around Jakarta have a capacity of 80% of their ability. In failure to achieve production capacity, this article aims to increase production yield. By investigating a plastic recycling industry in Bogor with about 320 Kg/hour production from 400 Kg/hour capacity, this study aims to improve the output at Geording Machine Line by replacing old machines, which most contributed to the failure of production yield. In Production Line consists of five Work Stations (WS): WS-1, WS-2, WS-3, WS-4, and WS-5, having bottlenecks of 78.00 minutes that shall be 60 minutes ideally to produce 400 kg/hour on WS-4. Feasibility of Investment Analysis shows that buying a new machine for WS-4 makes it feasible to prevent more loss in failure production yield.

Abstract

Research on lightweight concrete based on styrofoam aggregates has been carried out previously, namely by providing heat treatment to styrofoam before being used as a substitute for aggregate with fine grains. The Styrofoam used is Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) with a grain size of 5 – 8 mm before being heated. Styrofoam seeds were heated at a temperature of 1380 C for 7 minutes. The variation of the test object in this study was using styrofoam as a substitute for 100% coarse aggregate and 75% coarse aggregate replacement so that the remaining 25% coarse aggregate used gravel with sizes of 10x10 mm and 10x20 mm. To close the pores of the concrete in this variation of the test object, 30 % of the weight of the aggregate was also added with fly ash. To improve the workability, a superplasticizer of 0.6% of the cement weight was used. The tests carried out are compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength. The results obtained were the optimum value of the compressive strength test of 19.57 MPa on lightweight concrete with heavy coarse aggregate replaced by 100% heated styrofoam. For the optimum value of the split tensile strength test, it was found that 2.83 MPa in lightweight concrete, the weight of coarse aggregate was replaced by 75% styrofoam and 25% gravel with a size of 10x20 mm. For the optimum value of the flexural strength test, it was obtained at 3.27 MPa in lightweight concrete, the weight of coarse aggregate was replaced by 75% styrofoam and 25% gravel with a size of 10x10 mm.
