Abstract

Everyone should memorize the Qur'an as it provides guidance for prosperity both here on earth and in the afterlife. The ILHAM technique—a useful technique for remembering that incorporates many intelligences for best memorization outcomes and can help pupils develop self-control—is employed. Regression analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive and verification techniques, and a quantitative approach are used in this work. In order to get data on the impact of the brainwave approach on students' self-control, questionnaires were used as the data collecting instrument. All 66 pupils in Class XI, a full-day program, make up the population under study. The Slovin formula was utilized in this study's sampling approach, and 57 students made up the sample. The ILHAM technique has a low degree of closeness and a favorable influence on self-control in Class XI students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Cirebon, according to the findings of the calculation of variables ILHAM technique with self-control in students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Reading Aload terhadap kemampuan menghafal Al Qur’an, pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan menghafal Al Qur’an siswa serta interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil kemampuan menghafal Al Qur’an siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II Mis Daarul Yunus yang terdiri dari dua kelas dengan sampel khusus Reading Aload adalah kelas II-A (22 siswa) sedangkan siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori adalah 22 siswa. Teknik cluster random sampling dipengaruhi oleh analisis varians (anava) pada tingkat signifikan (α = 0,05) yang diikuti dengan Scheffe. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa nilai rata-rata siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran reading Aload lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Ekspositori. Berdasarkan data analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa dengan karakteristik auditorial dan kinestetik adalah strategi pembelajaran Reading Aload, sedangkan siswa dengan gaya belajar visual adalah strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Implikasinya adalah bahwa guru harus dilatih tetntang bagaimana memahami gaya belajar siswa. Dengan demikian disarankan bahwa dalam perencanaan proses pembelajaran karakteristik siswa harus diperhatikan

Abstract

Membaca merupakan komponen dasar dalam kemampuan berbahasa, terutama pada Bahasa Indonesia yang menjadi kultur percakapan yang digunakan oleh penduduk. Oleh sebab itu kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan suatu hal yang harus dicapai terlebih dahulu agar dapat menguasai kemampuan-kemampuan lainnya dalam berbahasa. Tujuan penelitian ini dilaksanakan adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan media kartu kata terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas 1 SDIT Bustanul Ulum Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi-Eksperiment). Data dikumpulkan melalui tes membaca. Reliabilitas instrumen diuji dengan metode split-half, sedangkan validitasnya berdasarkan validitas isi. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas satu sekolah dasar. Untuk itu disarankan agar guru menggunakan media kartu dalam pengajaran membaca permulaan di kelas satu sekolah dasar.
Influence of Social Media on Secondary School Students' Learning of Sexual Education In Nigeria Turnwait Michael

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of various factors on the knowledge of sexual education among adolescent students in Nigeria, with a particular focus on the role of social media (SM) engagement. A sample of 1,136 participants was surveyed, and logistic regression analysis was conducted to assess the associations between demographic variables, SM use patterns, and content engagement on SM platforms with the knowledge of sexual education. Findings reveal significant associations between several factors and knowledge of sexual education. Older students (aged 15 and above), senior secondary students, and those attending private schools demonstrate higher odds of possessing sexual education knowledge. Notably, participants who engage with SM platforms for 1-3 hours per week exhibit increased odds of having knowledge, while excessive SM use (more than 6 hours per week) is associated with decreased odds of knowledge acquisition. Furthermore, content engagement on SM shows varying associations, with educational content positively correlated with knowledge acquisition, and entertainment content negatively correlated. These results underscore the importance of considering diverse factors, including demographics and SM use behaviors, in promoting sexual education among adolescent populations. Strategies aimed at enhancing sexual education programs should take into account the differential impact of SM engagement and content preferences on knowledge acquisition. Addressing these factors can contribute to the development of more effective interventions for promoting sexual health literacy among adolescents in Nigeria and similar contexts.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of differentiated learning methods to boost student motivation in Islamic religious education at SMPN 23 Surakarta. Utilizing a qualitative approach, it examines the implementation process and its impact, highlighting strategies such as mapping learning needs, creating tailored learning plans across four aspects (content, process, product, and environment), and conducting reflective evaluations. This research shows the implementation of differentiated learning methods at SMPN 23 Surakarta in Islamic religious education subjects: 1) Mapping learning needs based on learning readiness, interests, and learning profiles. 2) Make a differentiated learning plan using four aspects (content, process, product, and environment). 3) Carry out differentiated learning by the learning implementation plan that has been made. 4) Reflect and evaluate after the learning process. The impact of differentiated learning methods in increasing student learning motivation at SMPN 23 Surakarta has a positive effect on students; students become more enthusiastic and motivated to participate in Islamic religious education learning activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the moderation values in the 2019 PAI KMA 183 textbook. This research uses qualitative research. This research uses a type of library research. The subject of this research is PAI KMA 183 textbooks including books on Fiqh, Aqidah Akhlak, Al-Quran and History of Islamic Culture. The findings of this research are as follows: (1). The 2019 KMA Islamic Religious Education Textbook contains the value of religious moderation. Overall, the material contained in PAI textbooks is in accordance with the needs of students in accordance with the 2013 curriculum (2). The content of religious moderation values in the Islamic Religious Education teaching book KAM 183 of 2019 is generally conveyed throughout the entire chapter. The values of religious moderation that often appear in these textbooks are: national commitment, non-violence, accommodating local culture and tolerance

Abstract

Students' divine intelligence is something that is important to develop optimally so that students have good morals in the environment where they live. One of the things that influences students' divine intelligence is the school environment. Schools must make optimal efforts to increase the divine intelligence of their students, one of which is by implementing prophetic education in the school. In implementing prophetic education, those who play a role are the school principal, teachers and students themselves. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research used two methods, namely interviews and documentation carried out at SMA N 1 Cangkringan. Data analysis in this research uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are that the principal at SMAN 1 Cangkringan has implemented his role well, starting from educating students problems related to the development of students' spiritual intelligence in various meeting forums. Religious teachers also take part in implementing spiritual activities in the school environment. Apart from that, religious teachers motivate students regarding the importance of social development integrated with religious understanding, such as the importance of friendship, helping each other in religion, doing good to each other and so on. Students at SMAN 1 Cangkringan, apart from studying, also really apply the attitude of respect taught by the school environment. Students obey school regulations as a sense of responsibility and habituation of good attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the reproduction of social inequalities that occur in excellent schools. According to Bourdieu, schools have a significant role in maintaining social inequality because it is a place where the habits and cultural capital of individuals are formed, which then affects their educational path and life chances (Bourdieu, 2020); (Carter, 2003) (McKinney, 2013) (Mills, 2021). The problem of education gap in schools is a complex problem that is influenced by various factors. In previous studies there were differences in capital backgrounds in families, inequality in the distribution of educational resources, privatization of private schools and gender differences were some of the factors that influenced the education gap. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques and methods using snowball, this method involves the use of initial informants to recommend and connect researchers with other potential informants according to research objectives. The object of research is a final year student (grade 9) who attends a school with a superior level label in Magelang City, Central Java. The findings of this study show that students who experience inequality in education due to differences in capital owned in the same educational environment. (Chiu, 2015; Grant, 2017; Munir & Kanwal, 2020; Ogawa, 2022)(Creswell & Creswell, 2017) Mohd The sun, 2022).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni agar mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan dasar mengajar guru kelas 4 SDN 009 Meral. Penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian naratif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian naratif biasanya digunakan oleh peneliti yang ingin membuat laporan naratif berdasarkan cerita individu. Dalam penelitian naratif, peserta serta peneliti mempunyai hubungan kerja kuat. Ini adalah hasil dari peserta yang memberikan informasi menyeluruh, peneliti mendengarnya, dan melaporkan kembali data atau cerita. Salah satu instruktur wali kelas dan murid-murid di kelas 4A merupakan responden penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi yakni metode dipakai didalam mengumpulkan data. Melalui hasil penelitian bisa dipahami jika hampir seluruh keterampilan dasar mengajar dapat diterapkan dari guru pada proses pembelajaran. Namun beberapa komponen keterampilan perlu dikembangkan kembali oleh guru untuk mendukung berjalannya proses pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan hasil belajar yang maksimal. Penerapan keterampilan dasar mengajar didalam tiap pembelajaran dilaksanakan dapat membantu guru didalam mewujudkan tujuan pembelajaran telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati perkembangan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam menghadapi materi puisi dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan mengidentifikasi gaya belajar peserta didik serta melihat bagaimana strategi pembelajaran diferensial, khususnya diferensiasi produk, memengaruhi penguasaan peserta didik kelas X G SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak terhadap materi puisi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan penilaian terhadap karya peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik menunjukkan tiga jenis gaya belajar: visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Strategi pembelajaran diferensial yang diterapkan adalah diferensiasi produk, yang memungkinkan peserta didik untuk mengekspresikan pemahaman mereka tentang puisi melalui karya-karya yang berbeda. Implementasi pembelajaran ini berhasil mencapai penguasaan di atas nilai kelulusan minimum (KKM) sebesar 75, dengan rentang skor 75—100. Penilaian sikap peserta didik berdasarkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila juga menunjukkan skor dalam rentang yang sama. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan strategi pembelajaran diferensial, khususnya diferensiasi produk, dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam mengajar materi puisi di sekolah menengah atas. Identifikasi gaya belajar peserta didik juga penting dalam merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Dengan demikian, guru dapat lebih memperhatikan keberagaman peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan penguasaan mereka terhadap materi, dan memperkuat nilai-nilai sikap yang diharapkan, seperti yang tercermin dalam profil Pancasila.
