Abstract

Language is a human way of interacting with other humans. Language is the most important sign system in the communication process. The development of language that is in line with the development of human life in modern times shows the changing phenomenon, among others, evidenced by the use of language as a particular tool known as variations of language such as variations of jargon, slang and register. Preliminary language form in the activities of singing in the bus include greetings (general greetings related to time, general greetings meetings, special greetings meetings know, special religious activities). In addition to say hello, another introductory form is to say apologies and express hope. The forms of cover language in busking activities on the bus include greeting (general time regards, general farewell greetings, specialist farewell greetings, special religious greeting activities). In addition to greetings, the singers also thanked, apologized, expressed their wishes, and delivered an appeal in their singing activities.

Abstract

Hadith is positioned as a source of Islamic law after the Qur'an. Therefore, every Muslim should understand the hadith well. However, attempts to understand hadith are very difficult. Moreover, hadith that are contradict with other hadith. To understand hadith which is considered contradict to other hadith, the scholars make a discipline called mukhtalif al-h}adi>s |. This science is understood as: 1) there is a contradiction that involves two hadiths that are equal (s}ah}i>h}) or with the Qur'an, mind, history, or science and science of knowledge, 2) outward contradiction, 3) the contradiction was solved by using a certain method. With regard to epistemology, there are two sources used in the science of mukhtalif al-h}adi>s |, asba>b al-wuru>d and ijtiha>di>. In addition, there are five methods of dispelling the contradiction of a hadith namely, al-jam' wa al-taufi>q, al-tarji>h}, na>sikh-mansu>kh, tawaqquf, and takwil. And in determining the truth of science, correspondence theory is used in hadiths that use asba>b al-wuru>d as the source and theory of coherence used in hadiths that make ijtiha>di> (science) as the source.

Abstract

NU's acceptance of Pancasila was deeply and seriously thought NU. This made NU the first community organization to complete its acceptance of Pancasila. However, it has wrongly been used as an excuse to accuse NU for being accommodative in accepting Pancasila; NU acceptance of Pancasila is not based on its accommodative attitude, for it all based in deep thought and consideration. NU decision to leave practical politics and back to become a religious organization is also not an emotional attitude. Not only that NU was the first to receive Pancasila, this organization was also take it without any doubts. While Muhamadiyah came after it. They received Pancasila after the issuance of Law Number 8 Year 1985 on social organization.

Abstract

In the field of education, the planning process is one of the key factors in the effectiveness of the implementation of education activities to achieve the expected educational objectives for each level and type of education at the national, as well as local level. However, when viewed in reality everyday, elements of the process of education planning is still more used as a complement or elaboration of policy leaders, so often the goal set is not achieved optimally. One of the reasons is that educational planners still lack understanding of planning processes and mechanisms in a more comprehensive context. In addition, the position of the planning field is not a "key factor" of the existence of an educational institution, both at the macro and micro level, so that the contribution of education planning to the achievement of vision, mission, and educational goals has not been felt optimally.

Abstract

The reality of children today tends to be far from positive values, family education is the first and foremost education in instilling values ​​to children, but school is a vital place that has an important role to introduce and instill values ​​to children so as to shape the character in the child. So this study aims to determine the value of education strategies in shaping the character of learners in MI Matholibul Huda jenggolo Jenu Tuban. This research is included in descriptive qualitative research which is intended to understand what phenomena experienced by research subjects. The results showed that the strategy of values ​​education in shaping the character of children is as follows first, exemplary strategy; second, advice (traditional); third, Knowing the good strategy; fourth, habituation strategy; fifth, the strategy of feeling and loving the good (feel good). Abstract

Drama is a literary work in which it reflects the activities of human beings and the surrounding life. It delineates life and human activity by means of presenting various actions of-and dialogues between-a group of characters. It also uses natural mimetic in form of symbolic nature of dramatic character and looks that nature becomes a part of subject matter which is quiet close to the action of men. The background of Shakespeare’s King Lear is the nature or the universe itself. Shakespeare uses the instrument of nature, the product of nature wholly and the hierarchy of the society combined with the medieval and old mythology to be the materials of his play. He uses the existence of nature to be interrelated with the parts, the naturalistic phenomena and with human beings and their life problems. The whole universe or nature is the cosmic system in which human beings form the system of social structure and live in harmony with other system where every element in the cosmos has its meaning only in relation to the other parts Therefore, it attracted Shakespeare so much to interpret the image of the cosmic system and its parts that the content of nature is richly found in the play. The content of nature consists of Cosmos including microcosm (a man, an animal-birds, a fox, an ape, an ass, wolves, a bull- a fiend and a sea monster, a Stock, a castle, a heath and hovel, clothes, music and medicine, a wheel) and macrocosm (a sun, a moon and other orbs, a storm, a rain, a thunder and lighting, an earth, an air, a fire and water, the insane, the death, the hell and the heaven).

Abstract

Teaching materials are important element in learning besides one of learning source. This statement could be implemented when those materials prepared according to right procedures as well as their arrangement principles, namely: language, culture and education besides teaching methods. However, some teaching materials and exercises are not relevant to provided materials (curriculum) and not related to students lives. Therefore, the students are inactive towards delivered subjects. One of the approach used in foreign language teaching is constructivism approach, which means a learning approach emphasizing students active roles in building knowledge and their involvement in teaching and learning.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Sejarah Qira’at di Nusantara. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah qiro’at yang digunakan di Nusantara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah library research dan studi observasi. Analisa data dengan cara induktif dan mengacu pada temuan di lapangan. Teori yang dipakai untuk menyelesaikan rumusan masalah adalah teori sanad Qira’at itu sendiri, yaitu masuknya madzhab qira’at Ashim Riwayat Hafsh di Nusantara. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Perkembangan madzhab qira’at ‘Ashim riwayat Hafsh secara definitif di bumi Nusantara baru dimulai pada abad ke-20. Bacaan al-Qur’an penduduk Nusantara sejak masa awal datangnya Islam bisa di pastikan berafiliasi pada madzhab qira’at ‘Ashim riwayat Hafsh. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan melalui beberapa kesamaan qawa’id ushuliyyah maupun farsy al-huruf qira’at al-Qur’an penduduk Nusantara dengan teori-teori qira’at yang terdapat dalam madzhab qira’at ‘Ashim riwayat Hafsh.

Abstract

Misunderstanding can happen to everyone, either male or female, young or old. It happens to human beings in daily life, as a reflection of their genuine characteristics, that is fault and forgetfulness. The existence of them will not only set up misunderstandings but may bring about bad and good quality as well. As social beings, ones must make contact with others in their community. This kind of contact is the primary cause of the existence of misunderstanding. Literature, as the expression of the real life, of course, covers the whole human activities including misunderstanding, its cause and its effect. Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, is a comic story meant to amuse the readers or audiences through misunderstandings and comical circumstances leading to the appearance of some mistakes. Misunderstandings are mostly caused by the disguise of Viola as a boy. Because of the mystery, Antonio accuses her of being ungrateful and claims her to return the purse he gave before. Sir Andrew and Sir Toby attack her and Sebastian by mistake. Malvolio thinks her a gentleman when she is delivering messages and love letters to Olivia. The peak of all is that Olivia falls in love with Viola. She is sure that Viola is a real good-looking boy. She, Olivia, marries Sebastian by mistake. Meanwhile, Orsino who realizes that Olivia has got married with Sebastian, marries Viola in the end. The four main characters become two pairs of newly married couples and live happily. Sebastian lives happily with Olivia and Orsino lives peacefully with Viola. Misunderstandings have close relationship with the theme, the main idea. It can be a means of finding theme of the story by analyzing every happening of the play. So, there is a relationship of cause and effect between misunderstanding and theme, as one unity supporting one another. Misunderstandings causing the conflicts among characters become the way to find love theme of the story through analyzing all subject matters. It means misunderstandings can bring about love and marriage between them, primarily the main four characters and they lead to love theme of the story.

Abstract

Agama Islam merupakan agama yang kāffah, tidak hanya mengatur hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya (vertical), amalan amalan yang berhubugan dengan ibadah atau sering dikenal dengan istilah aspek ritual, kebutuhan rohani seseorang seperti shalat, puasa, zakat, secara tidak langsung akan mendatangkan ketenangan dan kedamaian dalam jiwa.Akan tetapi juga mengatur pola hubungan antar sesama manusia (Horizontal), atau sering di kenal dengan istilah muamalah (aspek social) yang menekankan sikap toleran terhadap sesama makhluk, mengatur bagaimana pentingnya berbuat baik dan menempatkan diri pada posisi semestinya dalam berinteraksi dengan sesama,terpenuhinya aspek mu’amalah menjadi sangat penting bukan hanya sebagai pelengkap unsur ubudiyah, akan tetapi karena ia merupakan manifestasi dari kebenaraan ritual ubudiyyah, nilai-nilai yang terserap dari ritual ibadah selanjutnya akan bertransformasi dan bersinergi dengan aktifitas mu’amalah seseorang, yang tercermin dalam sikap yang luhur serta budi pekerti yang baik.Namun dalam realitas perjalan kehidupan masyarakat, dalam tataran perjalanannya sering terjadi ketidak seimbangan antara aspek ritual dan sosial, ritual ubudiyyah bagus akan tetapi aspek sosial (mu’amalahnya) kuarang bagus ataupun sebaliknya, yang akan berimplikasi pada kesenjangan hidup, kesenjangan antara aspek lahir dan batin yang selanjutnya akan menggiring pada tataran apatis terhadap sikap bermasyarakat. Dari problem inilah yang menjadi objek kajian penulis dan di cari titik jelas, a). apa pengertian Ibadah dan mu’amalah,?, bagaimana hubungan ibadah dan mu’amalah?, bagaimana perbedaan aspek ibadah dan mu’amalah?, bagaimana purifikasi dalam ibadah (ritual) dan modernisasi dalam social (mua’malah) berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip atau asas aspek ibadah dan mu’amlah?, bagaimana peranan nalar dalam bidang ibadah dan bidang social. Setelah di adakan kajian yang sedemikian serius penulis menyimpulkan,ibadah mengatur hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya (vertical) sedang muamalah adalah transaksi pola hubungan antar sesama manusia (Horizontal),hubungan ibadah dan muamalah adalah akomudatif , aspek ibadah mengutamakan kepentingan Individu dalam bidang Ibadah kepada Tuhannya, sedangkan aspek muamalah mengutamakan kepentingan sosial dalam bidang mu’amalah, modernisasi, dalam arti meliputi segala macam bentuk mu’amalah diizinkan oleh shari’ah Islam, selama tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip dan jiwa shari’ah Islam itu sendiri,peran nalar dalam bidang ibadah tidak bisa ikut andil berperan karna dalam ibadah terkandung nilai-nilai ta’abbudi/ ghairu ma’qulati al-ma’nairasional,Sedangkan bidang sosial (mu’amalah) bersifat ta’aquly/ ma’qulati al-ma’na rasional. Dari kedua aspek antara aspek ritual (ibadah) dan sosial (mu’amalah) tersebut, agama Islam sangat memperhatikan kesejahteraan manusia di dunia maupun di akhirat kelak. Islam mengandung tuntunan untuk menjalani kehidupan secara proporsional, yang apabila manusia mematuhi rambu rambu yang di perintah dan dilarang oleh syara’ maka akan memperoleh kehidupan yang layak di dunia dan di akhirat.
