Department of the environment around 10.660 hectares of mangroves with varuous types. One that has the potential for mangrove development is Dusun Prajak, located in the Saleh bay area which is directly adjacent to the Moyo Tambora biosphere zone that has a major influence on the preservation of marine natural resources such as coral and whale sharks. The purpose is to provide skill in making natural dyes made from mangroves to community. The method is observation, interviews, practice and assistance with the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. Furtermore, mentoring and evaluation are carried out. The survey result show that weaving based on natural dyes from mangroves has never been done, so it is important to carry out demonstrations of making mangrove dyes. The training program received high appreciation from the community because it was uniqe and hope that program would continue and community would be assisted. Abstrak Berdasarkan data Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, sekitar 10.660 hektar mangrove dengan jenis yang beragam. Salah satu yang memiliki potensi pengembangan mangrove adalah Dusun Prajak, terletak di wilayah Teluk Saleh yang langsung berbatasan dengan zona biosfer Moyo-Tambora sehingga dusun prajak berpengaruh besar dalam kelestarian SDA laut seperti karang dan seperti Hiu Paus. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu memberikan skill pembuatan pewarna tenun alami berbahan mangrove kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, praktik dan pendampingan dengan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa tenun berbasis bahan pewarna alami dari mangrove belum pernah dilakukan, sehingga penting dilaksanakan demonstrasi pembuatan pewarna mangrove. Program pengabdian ini mendapat apresiasi tinggi dan berharap program ini terus dilanjutkan dan masyarakat didampingi.

The big role which must be carried out by an organization called Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum requires the capacity of the organization's human resources to carry out both roles as pioneers, reporters, and participation in planning development to raise the issues of fulfilling children's rights. In addition, the characteristics of Children's Forum human resources are included in the generation Z group, which is known close to technology, which becomes the basis for this service activity. Through a collaboration, the Forum for Public Participation for the Welfare of Women and Children (PUSPA) Gurindam Tanjungpinang City which is also an independent partner of the Tanjungpinang city government also contributes by providing knowledge and skills in the use of application technology related to research methodologies required by the board of Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum through the Workshop of “Becoming Z Generation Researcher”. After this workshop, it is hoped that it will have an impact on increasing knowledge and skills which are useful in raising the development of phenomena and issues related to the fulfillment of children's rights in Tanjungpinang city. The location of this activity is centered in the hall of the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Community Empowerment (DP3APM) in Tanjungpinang City for a full day with the target group of representatives of the Village Children Forum administrators throughout Tanjungpinang city. Abstrak Besarnya peran yang harus dijalankan oleh organisasi Forum Anak Kota Tanjungpinang menuntut kapasitas sumber daya manusia organisasi dalam menjalankan peran baik sebagai pelopor, pelapor serta partisipasi dalam perencanaan pembangunan dalam mengangkat isu-isu pemenuhan hak anak. Karakteristik sumber daya manusia Forum Anak juga termasuk dalam kelompok generasi Z yang dikenal dekat dengan teknologi inilah sehingga menjadi dasar kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan. Melalui kolaborasi, Forum Partisipasi Publik untuk Kesejahteraan Perempuan dan Anak (PUSPA) Gurindam Kota Tanjungpinang sebagai mitra independen dari pemerintah daerah kota Tanjungpinang turut berkontribusi dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan (skill) penggunaan teknologi aplikasi terkait metodologi penelitian yang diperlukan oleh pengurus Forum Anak Kota Tanjungpinang melalui Workshop “Menjadi Peneliti Generasi Z”. Kegiatan workshop ini diharapkan akan berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang bermanfaat dalam mengangkat fenomena dan isu yang berkembang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hak anak di Kota Tanjungpinang. Lokasi kegiatan dipusatkan di Aula Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DP3APM) Kota Tanjungpinang selama sehari penuh dengan kelompok sasaran perwakilan pengurus Forum Anak Kelurahan se-kota Tanjungpinang.

Most traditional markets in Indonesia do not meet the Healthy Market requirements as stipulated in the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 17 of 2020, including the Kedonganan Fish Market in Badung Regency, Bali. The solutions and methods offered in this program include hygiene and sanitation counseling, demonstrations and hand washing exercises, as well as training on making economical ice packs. Partners will also receive PPE assistance packages, personal hygiene, and environmental sanitation to help partners implement the program. In terms of input, this activity was successfully carried out on July 2, 2022, with satisfying enthusiasm from the participants and very cooperative partners. For utcome, there is a significant increase in partner knowledge. In the output indicators, there is a significant change in partner attitudes and all partners have been able to carry out the 7 steps of hand washing. This program is expected to be implemented continuously in order to realize a Healthy Market. Abstrak Sebagian besar pasar tradisional di Indonesia tidak memenuhi syarat Pasar Sehat sebagaimana Peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan no 17 tahun 2020, termasuk Pasar Ikan Kedonganan yang berada di Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Solusi dan metode yang ditawarkan pada program ini meliputi penyuluhan hygiene dan sanitasi, demonstrasi dan senam cuci tangan, serta pelatihan pembuatan ice pack ekonomis. Mitra juga akan mendapatkan paket bantuan APD, hygiene personal, dan sanitasi lingkungan untuk membantu mitra menerapkan program. Secara input, kegiatan ini berhasil terlaksana dengan baik pada tanggal 2 Juli Juli 2022 dengan antuasiasme peserta yang memuaskan dan mitra sangat koperatif. Secara outcome, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mitra yang bermakna signifikan. Pada indikator output, terdapat perubahan sikap mitra yang bermakna signifikan dan seluruh mitra sudah mampu melaksanakan 7 langkah cuci tangan. Program ini diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan berkelanjutan untuk dapat mewujudkan Pasar Sehat.

Digital Marketing is needed to encourage the acceleration of the Tajuk Tourism Village Pioneer. By using a digital roadtrip model through Instagram, it turns out to be able to promote tourism potential in Tajuk Village, because its main feature is that it features images and videos, so that Instagram users feel they are in the Tajuk Village Tourism Area. Training activities on the use of digital marketing are carried out for young people, as the largest proportion of active Instagram users. With the training carried out, the Tajuk Village youth group can independently design Instagram content for promotional purposes. In the context of accelerating the Pioneer of the Tajuk Tourism Village, a comprehensive synergy is needed from all levels of society. The trick is to encourage active Instagram users in Tajuk Village to follow "Getasan Tourism Village Instagram," and share every moment when doing tourist activities. This is consistent with previous findings that people in the era of social media not only act as recipients of information, but also as information givers. The content created is expected to be useful for tourists in their decision making. Abstrak Digital Marketing diperlukan untuk mendorong akselerasi Rintisan Desa Wisata Tajuk. Dengan menggunakan model digital roadtrip melalui Instagram, ternyata mampu untuk mempromosikan potensi wisata di Desa Tajuk, karena fitur utamanya yang mengunggulkan gambar dan video, sehingga pengguna Instagram merasa berada di Kawasan Wisata Desa Tajuk. Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan digital marketing dilakukan kepada penduduk usia muda, sebagai proporsi terbesar pengguna aktif Instagram. Dengan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan, kelompok pemuda Desa Tajuk dapat secara mandiri merancang konten Instagram untuk tujuan promosi. Dalam rangka akselerasi Rintisan Desa Wisata Tajuk, diperlukan sinergi yang menyeluruh dari semua lapisan Masyarakat. Caranya dengan mendorong pengguna aktif Instagram di Desa Tajuk untuk mengikuti “Instagram Desa Wisata Getasan,” dan membagikan setiap momen ketika melakukan aktivitas wisata. Hal ini sesuai dengan temuan sebelumnya bahwa orang-orang di era media sosial tidak hanya berperan sebagai penerima informasi, tetapi juga sebagai pemberi informasi. Konten yang dibuat digharapkan bermanfaat bagi wisatawan dalam pengambilan keputusan mereka.

There are several factors that support the success of a company's goals and objectives, namely a business in skills that has been carried out by the amil of Baznas of South Kalimantan Province. To improve amil performance, it is necessary to develop public speaking and personal characteristics. The purpose of this study was to find out whether public speaking and the development of personal characteristics have an influence on the performance of amil, and what impact will occur in the company if there is an influence of public speaking and the development of these characteristics. Public speaking is an ability to speak to many people and individually in conveying a purpose that can be understood by the listener. Personal characteristics are ways of interpreting and seeing certain things including age, sex, marital status in the organization. The research method used in this research is to use the literature study method through a qualitative approach. Which type of qualitative literature study or literature study is a research stage carried out through library sources, either primary or secondary. The result of this research is that the public speaking Workshop has succeeded in improving the quality of public speaking and understanding of the characteristics seen from the results of the questionnaires that have been filled out by the Amil BAZNAS of south Kalimantan Province that after the workshop they know some tips to minimize nervousness and increase confidence when communicating and easy to understand. Interlocutor because they know the tips that have been given. Abstrak Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menunjang keberhasilan sebuah cita-cita dan tujuan dari suatu perusahaan yakni sebuah usaha dalam keterampilan yang telah dilakukan oleh amil Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja amil maka perlu yang namanya pengembangan public speaking dan karakteristik personal. Tujuan penelitian ini diadakan agar dapat mengetahui apakah public speaking dan pengembangan karakteristik personal memilik pengaruh terhadap kinerja amil, dan apa dampak yang akan terjadi di perusahaan jika terdapat pengaruh public speaking dan pengembangan karakteristik tersebut. Public speaking adalah sebuah kemampuan berbicara terhadap orang banyak maupun perindividu dalam menyampaikan suatu maksud dan tujuan yang dapat dimengerti oleh sipendengar (Fitria, 2022). Karakteristik personal adalah cara menafsirkan dan melihat suatu hal tertentu mencakup usia jenis kelamin status perkawinan dalam organisasi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode studi pustaka melalui jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Yang mana jenis kualitatif studi pustaka atau studi literature ini merupakan tahapan penelitian yang dilaksanakan melalui sumber kepustakaan, baik berupa primer ataupun skunder (Ekayanti et al., 2019). Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Workshop Public Speaking berhasil meningkatkan kualitas Public Speaking dan pemahaman tentang karakteristik terlihat dari hasil kuesioner yang telah diisi amil Baznas Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan bahwa mereka setelah adanya workshop tersebut mengetahui beberapa tips untuk meminimalisir rasa gugup dan meningkatkan percaya diri ketika berkomunikasi dan mudah memahami lawan bicara karena mengetahui tips yang telah diberikan.

Writing an article from the results of the study may be something difficult for those who are not familiar with it. As a teacher or educator, it is appropriate to have the ability to write scientific articles so that students have a model for school academic life. The low productivity of teachers in writing scientific publications is a problem related to professionalism. Likewise, teachers who teach in schools in Ciherang village, Gunung Sari district, still do not participate in research activities, rarely conduct research in their fields, and lack understanding of articles and scientific publications. Based on these problems, the community service team of Bina Bangsa University carried out training on writing scientific articles. The implementation method has two stages, namely the preparation stage and the training implementation stage. 19 teacher participants attended the training. After the training, the teacher's insight and knowledge about writing scientific articles increases and the teacher can improve his professionalism

The literacy level of the Indonesian people towards Islamic financial institutions is still deficient, especially in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The low level of Islamic financial literacy makes MSMEs seek capital from illegal institutions, moneylenders or online loans due to the proliferation of low-interest offers and easy access to capital without complicated bureaucracy. Suppose we know that it is also easy to access business capital in Islamic financial institutions. Therefore, there is a need for socialization regarding the literacy of Islamic financial institutions in MSMEs. This socialization aims to increase information about the existence of Islamic financial institutions and products and services owned by Islamic financial institutions and to invite MSME actors domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area to abandon the concept of interest (usury). This method of implementing community service activities is still in the atmosphere of COVID.19 pandemic, so the implementation is carried out online (online). The implementation of the activity begins with the presentation of the material, simulations, giving questionnaires through the google form and evaluation. The results of the activities achieved are based on the answers of the participants who filled out the questionnaire after participating in the socialization activities for MSME actors, the level of understanding of knowledge on literacy of Islamic financial institutions, banking, and non-banking is average. The average is quite significant. The implementation of this activity implies a need for synergy between universities and the community, especially Muslims, to access Islamic financial institutions in daily life

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) or also known as sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections that are generally transmitted through unsafe sex. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The method used is counseling with lectures, discussions, and questions and answers as well as pre and post tests about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The counseling participants were pregnant women who visited the KIA Poly Hospital of Aliyah Kendari Hospital as many as 20 people. The result was that the participants were very enthusiastic in watching and participating in the PkM activities. The pre-test of participants' knowledge was carried out by the service team and after the counseling, the mother's knowledge was also measured. The conclusion of this service is that there is an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about sexually transmitted infections (STDs).

Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is the provision of Mother's Milk (ASI) to the baby in the first hour after birth, where the baby is placed on the mother's chest and allows the baby to find the mother's nipple. Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) is one way to reduce the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge (pregnant women) about Early Initiation of Breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding. The method used was counseling with lectures, discussions, and questions and answers as well as pre and post tests on Early Initiation of Breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding. Indonesia is rich in small islands that have not to explore, one of which is Abidon Island, located in the Ayau archipelago. Most of the Abidon people use small boats for fishing activities. There are two small shipbuilding materials, FRP (Fibre-reinforced plastic) or Fiberglass and wood-reinforced Polymer Composite Materials. Abidon Island has a lot of coral reefs, so many ships suffered ship damage in the hollow bottom hull. However, in the repair process, they experienced difficulties due to lack of knowledge of ship repair. Therefore, This activity provides training on fiberglass ship repair methods, namely the Casting and Hand Lay Up method. In Hand Lay Up method, the reinforcing materials used are Woven Roven 600 and Chopped Strand Mat 450, and for the Casting method, the resin-catalyst composition used is 99%-1%, respectively. The number and variation of layers obtained from the reference. The results obtained show a neat and solid. Abstrak Indonesia kaya akan pulau kecil, banyak sekali pulau kecil yang belum dieksplorasi salah satunya Pulau Abidon yang terletak di kepulauan Ayau. Masyarakat Abidon, sebagian besar memanfaatkan kapal kecil untuk melakukan aktifitas menangkap ikan. Terdapat dua bahan pembuat kapal kecil di wilayah tersebut, yakni FRP (Fibre-reinforced plastic) atau Material Komposit Polimer berpenguat Fiberglass dan kayu. Pulau Abidon dikelilingi terumbu karang, sehingga banyak kapal mengalami kerusakan kapal pada hull bawah berlubang. Akan tetapi dalam proses perbaikan, mengalami kesulitan karena minim pengetahuan perbaikan kapal. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pelatihan metode perbaikan kapal fiberglass yakni metode Casting dan Hand Lay Up. Dalam metode Hand Lay Up, bahan penguat yang digunakan yakni Woven Roven 600 dan Chopped Strand Mat 450 dan untuk metode Casting, komposisi resin-katalis yang digunakan masing-masing 99%-1%. Jumlah dan variasi lapisan didapat dari referensi. Hasil yang didapat memperlihatkan tambalan rapi dan kuat.
