School education can determine the quality of life of students in the future and meet some of their needs. However, when teaching, students often experience academic pressure because they cannot adapt to the school curriculum. The Taruna High School program is very good for training discipline, but there is something that needs to be considered because the Taruna High School, one of which is in East Java, uses a competency program, an independent curriculum, and is religiously based, so that the academic load also increases and causes academic stress. This study investigated the effects of dance therapy on academic stress. The type of research used is experimental method research, with a One Group Pretest Posttest Design experimental design . The subjects in this research were Taruna Madani High School students in East Java. The hypothesis proposed is the effect of dance therapy on academic stress. The population used was SMA Taruna Madani East Java students. The research sample consisted of 35 male and female students. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method . The measuring instrument uses the ESSA measuring instrument. Hypothesis testing using the t-test repeated observations obtained a value of t = 12,957 with significance = 0.000 (p <0.05), for the pretest mean (50.00) it decreased during the Posttest (35.36). This shows that there is an effect of dance therapy on academic stress levels after being given dance therapy training, meaning that dance therapy is effective in reducing academic stress.

Nomophobia, or the fear of being disconnected from smartphones, is a phenomenon that has emerged in the 21st century. Excessive smartphone usage can lead to feelings of anxiety when not connected to a smartphone, thus affecting the quality of life and social interactions of an individual. The respondents in this study consist of 145 teenagers aged 15-18 who are active smartphone users. The research method used is quantitative, employing multiple regression analysis. The research results showed an F = 13.433 with a significance level = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates that loneliness and social anxiety have an influence on nomophobia among adolescents. Subsequently, it was found that loneliness exhibited a positive relationship with nomophobia among adolescents, with a t-value = 2.187 and a significance level = 0.030 (p < 0.05). The dispute over default in the murabahah financing contract between the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) PT Bina Amanah Satria Purwokerto and its customers became one of the sharia economic cases tried by the Banyumas Religious Court. The customer has defaulted on the Murabahah financing contract Number 202/PRBH/II/2019 in the dispute. The purpose of this study is to examine the view of Islamic Binding Law on the settlement of default problems in murabahah contracts through mediation, as well as the legal force of the Judge's mediation conclusion. The method used includes library law research, namely research that focuses on the object of research in the form of Banyumas Religious Court Decision Number 1696/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bms, through a case approach. And supported by secondary data and primary data. The results of this study indicate that the conflict resolution approach adopted in this case is the idea of mediation in Islamic law. Both legally and practically, especially about the use of the concept of sulh. Furthermore, the judge's decision to grant the settlement was based on the outcome of the mediation. When the parties to a peace agreement have indirectly implemented the terms of sulh, the court's decision to grant the peace is based on the outcome of the mediation. The requirements of the principles, pillars, and conditions of the peace agreement have implicitly applied the provisions of the agreement based on Islamic binding law. The peace deed in the decision of the Banyumas Religious Court Number 1696/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bms is legally binding in perpetuity. A commentator judgment is a judgment that can be executed, namely a judgment containing an order.

Polygamy means multiple marriages. The etymological definition can be explained and understood that polygamy is a marriage in which one party (husband) marries more than one wife at the same time. This means that the wives are still dependent on the husband and are not divorced and are still valid as his wives. Many adults do not realize the mental importance of a child living as a "broken home child". The mentality that should be created or built from the family environment is destroyed by a family situation that is no longer intact or already feels strange with the presence of other people. By getting closer to the child, we will understand how they live a very complicated life. As parents or adults we can also understand that it is not only the mother who is hurt. The child of the polygamist's first wife also feels the same or even more. Prioritizing the happiness of parents is not wrong. But we also need to consider the happiness of the child (first wife). There are many ways we can find out about our child's mental health problems. One of them also comes from the mother's (first wife) approach to the child. We can also consult an expert. The child (from the first wife) bears more of the burden of trauma, especially for girls who will be afraid of being close or having a relationship with the opposite sex. Then, boys will experience a lot of crises of distrust of adults. They have many worries. Be it now or in the future. There will also be other problems such as sexual abnormalities in the child (from the first wife).

Various studies exhibited the importance of government spending in developing human capital. It can enhance income distribution and employment opportunities, reduce extreme poverty, and increase the consumption of essential services like healthcare and education. The study aims to analyze the relationship between government spending on education and healthcare on the Human Development Index (HDI) of five Southeast Asian countries: the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, using the Panel Least Squares method. The study proves that government expenditure on education significantly and positively impacts HDI. In contrast, government spending on health exhibits a positive yet statistically insignificant influence on HDI. These findings imply that directing resources toward education efficiently enhances human capital in the examined countries. However, the same efficiency does not hold true for government allocation to health.
