Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand leadership (consisting of the dimensions of quality, value, innovation, and popularity) felt by consumers of e-commerce sites on customer loyalty through the mediation variable of customer satisfaction among private students. The sample for this research was taken from 1026 private university students in Indonesia using simple random sampling techniques and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 4.0 software as a statistical tool. The results of this research show that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The quality dimension has the greatest influence on encouraging customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information technology adoption on knowledge-sharing intention by involving the leadership style variable as a mediator. The sample of this research was taken from 102 lecturers of a private university in Indonesia using a simple random sampling technique and using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 4.0 software as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that information technology adoption has a positive and significant effect on knowledge-sharing intention, either directly or through leadership style mediation. Therefore, leadership style can be a variable mediator that strengthens the influence of information technology adoption on knowledge-sharing intention.

Abstract

This study explores the interplay of social media, website quality, festival satisfaction, and festival revisiting intention in the context of tourism in Indonesia. Data were gathered from samples of 253 tourists at Festival Kebudayaan Yogyakarta (FKY) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia and analyzed using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS (4.0). The research investigates the relationships between these variables to provide valuable insights for destination marketers and event organizers. The findings reveal that social media and website quality positively influence festival satisfaction, which in turn impacts tourists' intentions to revisit the festival. These results underscore the significance of leveraging social media and ensuring high website quality to enhance festival experiences and encourage repeat visitation. The implications of these findings extend to the broader tourism industry, offering valuable guidance for promoting sustainable and engaging cultural events in Indonesia and potentially in other similar contexts.

Abstract

At present, companies that care about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) are not only companies that are directly related to the environment, such as mining companies, but other companies that are far from being related to the environment are also becoming increasingly concerned about the Environment, Social, and Governance. The sample consists of Indonesian banking companies publicly traded on the Indonesian stock exchange. The overall sample size is 36 organizations, drawn from data spanning the years 2015 to 2022, and examined using Eviews. The goal of this study is to examine the association between variables related to the quality of ongoing reporting and corporate performance in banking businesses listed on the IDX, which are moderated by the Net Interest Margin (NIM) to Earnings Management (EM). The study's findings indicate that SRQ has a negative effect on earnings management (EM), Stock Return (SR) has a negative effect on earnings management (EM), Return on Assets (ROA) has no effect on earnings management (EM), Cost of Operations to Income Operations (BOPO) has a negative effect on earnings management (EM), and the Net Interest Margin (NIM) moderates the effect of Sustainability Reporting Quality (SRQ), Stock Return (SR), Return on Assets (ROA), and earnings management (EM).

Abstract

This research uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) using SmartPLS software to analyze the relationship between authentic leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment in a university context. Focusing on the influence of deans and directors at Indonesian universities, this research investigates how authentic leadership impacts organizational culture and subsequently influences the commitment of university lecturers. Through a survey involving 350 lecturers from several universities in Indonesia, this research reveals the dynamics between these variables. The results highlight the important role of authentic leadership in establishing a positive organizational culture that, in turn, increases organizational commitment among university faculty. This study also found that organizational culture is able to be a mediator that strengthens the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. The implications for sustainable organizational development and future research pathways are discussed in terms of these key variables using the PLS SEM methodology with SmartPLS software.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology and various regulatory changes have triggered a spike in trade in imported products domestically which are sold cheaply, and in the last two years it has increased rapidly. This had an impact on the buildup in the inspection process at the Customs office, so that there were several products that experienced delays in delivery and became a problem for consumers and traders who resold these imported products domestically. This study aims to examine the work performance of the East Java customs office in handling consumer complaints, by applying the customer relationship management approach and service quality standards as stipulated in PAN-RB Ministerial Decree No. 14 of 2017 concerning community satisfaction with the performance of government officials in public services. This study took purposive sampling of consumers in East Java with the aim of testing the consumer relations management approach, and the quality of customs services moderated by complaint handling on customer satisfaction. The results of multiple regression analysis prove that customer relationship management (CRM) and quality of customs services together have a direct effect on customer satisfaction; customer relationship management, and the quality of customs services together influence customer satisfaction which is moderated by complaint handling; and partially the application of CRM and quality of service through handling complaints has an effect on community satisfaction. This is also evidenced by the value of the customer satisfaction index which shows that consumers are satisfied with the services of the customs office in East Java.
