Abstract

In the context of Indonesia emerging markets, this study evaluates the impact of international markets and digital technology on business innovation, with entrepreneurial orientation acting as a mediator. A descriptive survey methodology using a standard questionnaire was applied to service businesses, and data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show a positive relationship between engagement in international markets and the adoption of digital technology, which enhances business innovation. This relationship is further strengthened by a proactive and risk taking entrepreneurial orientation. The study concludes that the strategic integration of global markets and digital technology, driven by entrepreneurship, is crucial for sustainable innovation in Indonesia. The study provides insights for policymakers and practitioners on how to leverage technology and international markets in their innovation strategies. For example, businesses in Indonesia can integrate digital payment systems and customer relationship management tools to streamline cross border transactions, ensuring both operational efficiency and innovative service delivery.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming healthcare by enhancing patient education and supporting decision making autonomy. While AI application in various healthcare contexts is well documented, its role in empowering decision making autonomy in fertility treatments remains underexplored. This study introduces a novel perspective by evaluating the impact of AI driven education on patient understanding and autonomy in fertility treatments, incorporating the moderating roles of trust in AI and prior patient experience. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM), data was analyzed from individuals undergoing or considering fertility treatments. The results show that AI driven education significantly enhances both understanding and autonomy, with understanding acting as a critical mediator. Notably, trust in AI and prior experience primarily influence understanding but do not directly affect autonomy, highlighting the complex relationship between knowledge and decision making independence. This research emphasizes the need to tailor AI tools to address both informational and psychological needs of patients, marking a novel contribution to AI driven patient centered care, especially in sensitive medical contexts. The studys findings underscore the importance of expanding the sample to diverse populations and examining psychological and cultural variables, areas that have been minimally addressed in previous AI healthcare research.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment, Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership is the main factor in encouraging Economic Growth, Market Stability , and Organizational Performance. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between these variables and identify the role of strategic leadership and corporate governance in creating economic and market stability. This research uses the method Structural Equation Modeling based Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) by analyzing data from 100 participants ranging from middle level managers to senior executives. The research results show that Strategic Leadership has a significant positive influence on Economic Growth And Market Stability, whereas Corporate Governance actually shows a negative influence on these two variables. This could indicate underlying issues in the implementation of governance practices, such as lack of transparency, inefficiency in decision-making processes, or failure to address local market dynamics. Besides that, Market Stability has a greater impact on Organizational Performance compared with Economic Growth, which shows that market stability plays an important role in supporting organizational sustainability. Although this model provides strong empirical insight, value R-square A low level indicates that there are still other factors that need to be considered in improving organizational performance. As a future job (future work), this research recommends exploring additional variables such as technological innovation, government policy, as well as organizational culture factors to improve model predictions and expand understanding of the dynamics of economic growth and market stability.

Abstract

The digital business era has transformed corporate leadership, demanding a shift in leadership strategies and organizational structures. With the rapid advancement of digital technologies such as AI, blockchain, and big data analytics, business leaders are challenged to integrate these technologies while fostering innovation and sustainable growth in competitive global markets. This paper explores the relationship between corporate leadership and economic development across various global markets experiencing digital transformation. By examining different leadership styles, digital transformation initiatives, and their economic effects, the study seeks to understand how leadership in the digital era impacts economic outcomes. It highlights the importance of strategic leadership in driving innovation, collaboration, and adaptability, which are crucial for navigating technological disruption. The paper also investigates the regional variations in economic development resulting from digital transformation, offering insights into how different markets respond to digital changes and the leadership approaches that contribute to or hinder growth. Abstract

Indonesia fashion industry is rapidly growing, driven by high household consumption and widespread social media use. Instagram Ads, a popular tool for digital marketing, provides targeted advertising features. However, limited research explores user perceptions influencing its adoption, particularly in the fashion sector. This study investigates factors affecting the intention to use Instagram Ads by applying constructs from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trustworthiness, and attitudes toward Instagram Ads. A quantitative approach was used with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from Instagram Ads users in the fashion industry, testing nine hypotheses to assess relationships between key variables. The results indicate that perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness (H1), trustworthiness (H2), and attitudes toward Instagram Ads (H3). Perceived usefulness impacts trustworthiness (H4), attitudes (H5), and intention to use Instagram Ads (H6). While trustworthiness affects attitudes (H7), it does not directly influence intention to use Instagram Ads (H8). Attitudes significantly determine intention to use Instagram Ads (H9). This study extends previous research by highlighting the role of ease of use and perceived usefulness in shaping user attitudes and trust. The findings offer practical implications for businesses looking to optimize digital marketing strategies and theoretical contributions by integrating TAM and TPB in a social media advertising context.

Abstract

This study explores the transformative role of digital onboarding in the agricultural sector, emphasizing its potential to bridge the digital divide, enhance productivity, and promote sustainability. By integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT), digital onboarding provides a pathway for stakeholders to adopt precision agriculture. It also helps overcome key obstacles such as limited digital skills and unequal access to tools or infrastructure. The research extends digital ecosystem theory by framing onboarding as a practical pathway for building inclusive and resilient farming systems. It highlights the importance of integrating technological innovations with policy frameworks and capacity building initiatives to ensure equitable benefits for smallholder farmers and marginalized groups. A qualitative and analytical approach was employed, synthesizing insights from scientific literature, case studies, and expert reviews. The study examines global agricultural digital platforms such as Estagrx to evaluate the effectiveness of digital onboarding strategies in diverse geographical and socio- economic contexts. Findings reveal that digital onboarding strengthens agricultural system robustness by enhancing stakeholder engagement, improving supply chain transparency, and optimizing resource utilization. Additionally, it supports sustainable agricultural practices through precision techniques that reduce wastage and conserve resources. The study concludes that addressing barriers such as cultural resistance and socioeconomic disparities requires collaborative efforts among governments, private sectors, and international organizations to scale digital solutions for agriculture effectively.

Abstract

The Moayat River in Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi, plays an important roleas a water source to meet the needs of the local community. However, water management in this area faces significant challenges due to seasonal discharge fluctuations, changes in land cover, and increasing water demand. This study aims to analyze the water availability of the Moayat River based on surface water conditions and current water demand assessments, future water demand projections, and water balance evaluations. The results show that current water availability is sufficient to meet domestic water needs. However, surface water conditions are influenced by climate change indicators, so that river discharge approaches the water demand threshold, thus creating a risk of water shortages,especially for irrigation. Over the past decade, forest cover in the catchment area has decreased, which has led to increased surface runoff and reduced water infiltration. Based on these findings, climate change in land cover greatly affects surface flow conditions so that an integrated management strategy is needed, including watershed rehabilitation, development of water storage infrastructure, and increasing water use efficiency, is essential to ensure the long-term sustainability of water supply from the Moayat River.

Abstract

Delays in project completion can lead to significant financial losses, reduced contractor performance, and decreased operational efficiency. This study analyzes the delay factors in the Proton Beam Building construction project at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, identifying the primary causes and proposing targeted mitigation strategies. A mixed-method approach, combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys with key project stakeholders including planning consultants, construction management teams, contractors, and other involved parties is employed. The analysis utilizes the House of Risk (HOR) method to identify and prioritize delay agents and the House of Delay (HOD) method, supplemented by Forum Group Discussions for comprehensive insights. Keyresearch variables encompass human resources, materials, equipment, contract administration, project planning, field conditions, and stakeholder involvement. The study reveals that the primary causes of delays are inadequate planning, design changes, and a shortage of qualified human resources in construction management and planning consulting. The HOR methodology identifies the top three delay agents: Planning not in accordance with regulations (A8), Design changes (A6), and Lack of human resources (A4). To address these issues, the study proposes mitigation strategies, including the creation of a comprehensive checklist for regulatory compliance during planning, ensuring design alignment with applicable regulations, and developing contingency plans to addresspotential human resource shortages. These strategies aim to reduce the most significant delay risks, improve project efficiency, and enhance overall project compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the purchase intention of Generation Z, considering e-WOM quantity, quality, and valence, as well as brand image and perceived quality as mediators. With the rapid rise of online platforms, e-WOM has become a key factor influencing consumer decision-making, particularly among digitally native groups like Generation Z. A total of 260 respondents, who met the inclusion criteria, were selected, with the study population consisting of Generation Z individuals resid-ing in Bandung. The purposive sampling technique was applied to ensure that participants had relevant experience with e-WOM. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, employing a Likert scale to measure responses. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on SmartPLS 4.0 as the testing tool, which allowed for the examination of both direct and indirect effects of e-WOM on purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that e-WOM quantity, quality, and valence have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. These relationships were found to be both direct and indirect, highlighting the importance of e-WOM in shaping consumer behavior. A limitation of this study is that the sample only includes Generation Z in Bandung, which means the findings may not fully represent Generation Z in other regions or countries. Future research could expand the sample to improve generalizability and explore additional mediators in the e-WOM to purchase intention relationship

Abstract

Startup entrepreneurs are increasingly relying on technology to manage their businesses, particularly through the use of E-Commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. This study investigates the impact of these technologies on the performance of startup entrepreneurs. Conducted through an online survey of 150 Indonesian startup entrepreneurs from various industries, the research used a questionnaire to evaluate the extent of E-Commerce application usage, digital marketing efforts, and entrepreneurial performance, with a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market visibility. The results indicate that the use of E-Commerce platforms has a significant and positive impact on startup performance. Entrepreneurs who actively use these platforms experience higher revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. Furthermore, digital marketing strategies were found to positively influence business performance, particularly in terms of improving market visibility and expanding market reach. This research provides valuable insights into how technology and digital marketing can enhance startup performance. The key takeaway is that integrating E-Commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies into startup growth plans is essential. By investing in digital technologies and improving on- line marketing skills, startup entrepreneurs can achieve greater business success.
