Abstract

The rapid technological evolution in banking poses novel challenges for service delivery. Banks must navigate innovation to stay competitive, yet achieving impactful innovation requires harmonizing innovative work behavior that bridges conceptual and practical aspects. This pertains especially to relevant product and service development. Technology's pivotal role in banking underscores the need for improved digital literacy. This research explores the correlation between digital literacy and innovative work behavior via causal analysis. Surveys and questionnaires garnered participant input on digital literacy and innovative tendencies. Rigorous analysis, including simple linear regression, revealed digital literacy's significant impact on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, variations arise in employee responses across three banks, influenced by size, type, location, and selection processes. The study underscores adapting internal banking policies for digital literacy, aligning with operational demands.

Abstract

The intention of this study is to analyze the effect of the level of education and training on the work performance of hotel employees Mauve Palembang. The sample was collected by the saturated sample technique. Data of 43 respondents was collected through documentation and questionnaires. This study implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The results of the investigation prove that in part, both the level of education and training have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This fact is useful for Hotel Mauve Palembang. To improve employee performance, the company must consider the level of education and training factors together.

Abstract

This study deals with the effect of providing incentives and the work environment on the employee turnover rate of the DFSK Palembang Car Dealer simultaneously on the turnover rate. This type of research was quantitative research which employed the associative method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample population used in this study was 40 employees of the DFSK Palembang Car Dealer. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study using the t-test partially show that the Incentive Giving variable (X1) has a significant effect on the employee turnover rate. Then the Work Environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on the level of employee turnover. The results of testing the F test showed simultaneously that the Incentive Giving variable (X1) and Work Environment (X2) had a significant effect on the employee turnover rate. This research can be expected to conduct companies to evaluate the provision of employee incentives and work environment to reduce employee turnover

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of job placement on employee performance at the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach research method with a sample of 37 employees at the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work placement does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job placement perceived by the employees of the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency is considered high. The magnitude of the effect of work placement on the performance of the Megang Sakti District Office employees, Musi Rawas Regency is 4.8%. This shows that work placement has a low influence on employee performance. This research is expected to be an additional consideration to improve employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang. This study utilized quantitative research methods, in this study involved as many as 35 employees at PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang, the source of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques utilized questionnaire. The data analysis technique utilized a Likert scale, and data was analyzed by simple linear regression. Based on the data obtained after reprocessing, the results of research on the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang, conclusions can be depicted. The results of the t-test show that the work environment variable has a value of t count (6.852) > t table (2.034). That means that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.587 indicates the magnitude of the contribution of the work environment to employee performance is 58.7%, and the remaining 41.3% was affected by other variables not included in this study. This study is expected to provide benefit for PT Cahaya Petro Energi Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to impressed leadership and compensation for employee performance at CV. Brothers Palembang. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. The data employed primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 44 employees. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the T-test prove that leadership affect the employee performance partially. Based on the results of the F test that leadership and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. This research has the determination of 0.454 that was the coefficient. This R Square value indicates the contribution of leadership and compensation variables to employee performance variables is 45.4%. This research is expected to help the company as consideration for employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and the work environment both simultaneously and partially and to analyze between compensation and the work environment which has the dominant influence on morale at KPN Eka Cita Negara. This research was conducted at KPN Eka Cita Negara with a sample of 30 employees. This research was conducted using primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires which were given directly to the respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that compensation and work environment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a more dominant effect on morale at KPN Eka Cita Negara.

Abstract

In the last few years, SMK Negeri 2 North Sangatta, East Kutai, has only implemented a management strategy based on the finger print application in improving the discipline of teachers and staff. The time discipline of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 North Sangatta East Kutai was considered good. Discipline is seen based on the recapitulation of employee absences and elements of discipline. Employee time discipline before applying the finger print shows an average presentation of discipline of 70%. Then after the application of finger print, the level of employee discipline at SMK Negeri 2 North Sangatta saw an increase in the level of discipline with attendance increasing 6.2%, absenteeism decreasing 2.5%, and tardiness decreasing 3.5%. This shows that the application of finger print has a positive impact on the level of employee discipline which will ultimately have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using electronic official document letters on the performance of employees at the Primary Kendari Tax Service Office (KPP). The Nadine application was adopted to support efficiency and effectiveness in official document administration. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire given to employees at KPP Pratama Kendari who have used the Nadine application. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Nadine application has a positive impact on improving staff performance at KPP Pratama Kendari. Nadine's application has an impact on improving performance including increasing official document production, decreasing response time to incoming letters, reducing error rates in writing and filing official scripts, improving the quality of public services, using electronic signatures, increasing data and information security, and ease of access. It is hoped that this research can be used as input for KPP Pratama Kendari to continue to increase the use of electronic official document letters as an effort to improve employee performance in the office environment.

Abstract

The Corona virus pandemic which caused commotion around the city has had a significant impact on the Indonesian hospitality sector. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has become a disaster for the hotel industry due to media reports about the closure of the hotel industry. Hoteliers, tourism entrepreneurs, hotel associations and the government have carried out various strategies to reduce the impact of losses on the hospitality industry, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the optimal marketing strategy for SOTIS Hotel Kupang after the Covid 19 pandemic. Observation, interviews, and qualitative descriptive methods were used in this study and data collection from the library, interpretation and description of data and existing data. This study shows that SOTIS Hotel Kupang uses an evaluation system to create and innovate after the corona virus pandemic so that the business runs and generates economic value.
