Abstract

The study aims to analyze the impact of incentives and punishments on the performance of Grab bike drivers Kota Palembang. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing a questionnaire to 97 respondents who are grab bike drivers in Palembang City. The analytical technique used is a double linear regression analysis processed using the help of the computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. Based on the test results of the partial hypothesis t on the incentive variable showed that a value of 7,969 > 1,986 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 and the punishment variable indicated a values of 4,296 > 1 986 with the significance of 0.000 < 0,05 indicated that the incentives and punishments hypotheses had a positive and significant influence on driver performance. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R2), the known great impact of incentive and punishment on the performance of Grab bike drivers Kota Palembang is 69.9% and based on the calculation of the F test the hypothesis is accepted if Fcount > Ftabel or 95,034 > 3,09. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on incentives and punishments on driver performance simultaneously or together.

By using independent variables, namely incentives, order distribution, time limits and system levels with the dependent variable, namely intention to order fraud. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to Gojek partners in Palembang City. With a total sample of 97 respondents and using a probability sampling technique, namely random sampling with analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis (t test) it shows that incentives, order distribution, time limits and system level has a positive and significant effect on order fraud intentions, where the t value > t table and the sig t value < 0.05. Abstract

The development of health service technology in the current era is swift. This development is both an opportunity and a threat to health technology in Indonesia. Artificial Intelligence is an exciting thing in this era (Digital Health Era) because it displays and provides convenience in digitalization. This research article aims to determine the attitudes of health workers regarding their intentions towards using AI in the world of work and to describe the attitudes of health workers towards AI. The health workers who were the sample for this study were health workers at hospitals in North Sulawesi. The method used in this research is quantitative description and qualitative with interviews. Cross-sectional data collection was done using questionnaires and interviews. This research shows that attitude (behavior/GAAIS) has a 53% influences intention to use (Intention to Use) AI. Health workers expressed quite positive views about the existence of AI, having high hopes that it could be used to make daily work easier. However, an important thing concerns them: AI cannot replace health workers regarding patient service because it does not have the human side, such as empathy, feelings, and direct service (touch). This research is expected to complement the literature on the development of AI technology, improve and enrich readers regarding AI and the world of health, and make the world of health and health workers more advanced and better, especially in digitalizing health

Abstract

U.D. Wuna Barakati is the only Moringa tea producer in Muna Regency. To respond to the increasing competition in the Moringa leaf processed beverage business, this company should completely implement a complete marketing mix strategy and appropriate marketing of its Moringa tea product. However, in the meantime, it seems to have relatively neglected the product mix and price mix strategies. This research examines product and price management in marketing Moringa tea at U.D. Wuna Barakati. Product management refers to implementing a product mix strategy, while price management refers to implementing a price mix strategy. The product mix is assessed from its level but is limited to three levels: Core Benefit Products, Basic Products, and Augmented Products. In contrast, the price mix is evaluated on the basis of the approach used to determine it. Primary data was collected using observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews, while secondary data was collected through documentary studies. The data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively through three main steps: data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The research results show that, in general, product mix and price mix strategies are applied to marketing Moringa tea at UD. Wuna Barakti is relatively good. However, several things do not support the competitiveness of the business and need to be improved simultaneously, namely: (a) single product variant, (b) low monthly sales value, (c) prices at the consumer level are relatively high, and (d) the issue of one price policy.

Variable X in this research is Customer Experience with Sense, feel, think, act, and related indicators. Meanwhile, Variable Y in this research is Customer Loyalty with Repeat purchase, retention, and referrals indicators. From the results of testing the feasibility of the model (F Test), the result is that the simple linear regression model cannot be used to predict Customer Loyalty, which is influenced by Customer Experience, as evidenced by the calculated F value being greater than the significant value, the simple linear regression model cannot be used to predict Customer Loyalty which is influenced by Customer Experience. Meanwhile, the correlation test (r) has a strong influence

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most prominent economic actors in the Indonesian economy. They can be said to be the primary source of state income, can create many entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs, and open up many job opportunities, which can be the business sector with the most significant contribution to national development. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential to a country's economy. In the digital era, this research aims to explore digital technology-based marketing strategies for MSMEs in Terasi Toboali, South Bangka Regency. The research method used is field research (Field Research), which can be considered a broad approach in qualitative research or a method for collecting qualitative data. The significance is that researchers go to the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural setting. The research results show that using digital technology in Terasi Toboali's marketing strategy can help MSMEs increase operational efficiency and reach a wider market. However, obstacles, such as limited access and skills in using digital technology, still need to be overcome. The marine product processed into shrimp paste is Sungkur Shrimp. This processing is a form of innovation for the Toboali people to improve their family's economy.  Regarding product marketing, shrimp paste business actors do not yet have adequate understanding and capabilities. Business actors are quite satisfied with the product marketing they are currently doing. A company's marketing strategy can increase current and future sales. Specifically when using the 4Ps (product, price, location, and promotion) to determine market share, achieve goals, and determine consumers
