Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work discipline on the employee performance of CV Putra Gemilang Palembang. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that transformational (X1) and work discipline (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to help companies improve employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty. The population in this study were students in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling and obtained a research sample of 400 respondents. The variables of this study used two variables, namely the dependent and independent variables. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis model with SPSS program. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the variable brand image and brand trust had a significant effect on brand loyalty, for the variable that had the most dominant influence was brand image. There are several implications including the impact of instant noodles that are not good for health and the reputation of instant noodle products that are not guaranteed.

Abstract

Guest loyalty is an important aspect that determines the sustainability of the hospitality business. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality based on the servqual dimension on guest loyalty at the Sarasvati Hotel, Magelang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 hotel guests as respondents. The data that has been collected is then analyzed based on multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a simultaneous effect on guest loyalty. Furthermore, among the 5 servqual dimensions, only the tangible dimension has a significant effect on guest loyalty, while the other dimensions, such as responsiveness, empathy, reliability, and assurance, have no effect. The results provide managerial implications for Hotel Sarasvati to improve service quality in the form of tangible aspects such as buildings, facilities, and the appearance of human resources in order to increase guest loyalty

Abstract

Perumda BPR Bank Magelang has various credit products in Magelang, Perumda BPR Bank Magelang has played a role in financing credit to the Magelang community, but competitive competition requires Perumda BPR Bank Magelang to implement marketing strategies that are in accordance with the current situation and conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze marketing strategies using SWOT analysis on Perumda BPR Bank, the results of the analysis of Perumda BPR Bank are Perumda BPR Bank Magelang is in quadrant 1 or aggressive and is in a very profitable position, and the strategy that has the greatest value is the SO strategy. Therefore, the strategies that can be applied by Perumda BPR Bank Magelang are increasing marketing strategies to add new market share, establishing good cooperation with stakeholders, improving services to retain and attract customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at PT Golden Blossom Sumatra. The type of data used in this study is by using primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and obtained from companies. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicates that training (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (Y), but separately each variable had a negative effect on employee performance (Y). This research is hoped to become additional literature on the topic of job training, work motivation and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat. Sampling deployed non-probability techniques on the total population of DPRD Secretariat employees. Data of 75 respondents were collected through questionnaires and interviews. This study implemented multiple linear regression methods to analyze data. The results evince that partially, each incentive and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, simultaneously, incentives and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This research can benefit the DPRD Secretariat. To improve employees performance, the leaders should consider incentives and motivation factors for employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices and places on tourist satisfaction with employee loyalty variables as intervening variables in artificial water recreational tourism (waterpark) Palembang City. The research method used is associative research using primary data. The population in this study is tourists who have visited the Artificial Water Recreation Tour (Waterpark) of Palembang City, while the population nature is infinite. Samples were taken using the minimum sample size of 5 to 10 observations for each estimated parameter/indicator so that the total sample was 12 indicators x 10 reaching 120 respondents. Sampling technique with probability sampling with cluster random sampling method. This researcher uses the SEM method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of prices on tourist satisfaction on Artificial Water Recreation Tourism (Waterpark) Palembang City 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the place on tourist satisfaction on Artificial Water Recreation Tourism (Waterpark) Palembang City. 3) There is a positive and insignificant influence on the price on tourist loyalty to the Palembang City Artificial Water Recreation Tour (Waterpark). 4) There is a positive and insignificant influence of the place on tourist loyalty to the Artificial Water Recreation Tour (Waterpark) palembang city. 5) There is a positive and significant influence of price on tourist satisfaction and an impact on tourist loyalty to the Artificial Water Recreation Tour (Waterpark) palembang city. 6) There is a positive and significant influence of the place on tourist satisfaction and an impact on tourist loyalty to the Artificial Water Recreation Tour (Waterpark) of Palembang City. 7) There is a positive and significant influence of tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty to the Artificial Water Recreation Tour (Waterpark) palembang city

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on loyalty through the intervening variable of Shuji Lake Tourist Satisfaction in Muara Enim Regency. Sampling used the Hair formula, with the sample used was 225 respondents who visited the Shuji Lake tourist spot, Muara Enim Regency. The data needed is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to tourists at Shuji Lake tourist attractions. The analytical technique used in this study is a structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis technique. The results of the SEM analysis technique show that firstly, brand image has a significant positive effect on loyalty, secondly, promotion has no effect on loyalty, thirdly, brand image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, four promotions have a negative but significant effect on satisfaction, and fifth, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Sixth, with the intervening variable strengthening the influence of the brand image variable on loyalty, seventh with the satisfaction intervening variable, promotion has a negative but significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of retail business management in class XI students of the Department of Online Business and Marketing where there are still students who have learning outcomes below the KKM. This study aims to determine the effect of using E-Learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 7 Medan. This research was conducted in class Xl BDP 1 and 2 SMK Negeri 7 Medan with a population of all students of class XI Online Business and Marketing, amounting to 68 people. Data was collected by means of observation, documentation and questionnaires. Then the data collected is processed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 23 software. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the use of E-Learning and Learning Motivation has an effect on Learning Outcomes. This can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y= 7,864 + 0,833X1 + 0,323X2. Furthermore, from the results of the study, it was obtained that the use of E-Learning (X1) had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (Y) as indicated by the t-valuecount of 3.365 > ttable 1.995 with a level of significant 0.001 < 0.05. Learning Motivation (X2) on Learning Outcomes (Y) with a t-valuecount of 2.099 > t-table 1.995 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously (F test) is indicated by theF result valuecalculated of 5.839 > Ftable 3.13 with a significant level of 0.005 < 0.05, so it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it was obtained that R2 was 0.533, meaning that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable was 53.3% and the remaining 46.7% was influenced by other factors outside of this study.
