Abstract

The research is aimed to describe the eforts of reciting Al-Quran teacher in increasing reading Al-Quran ability of women of taklim souncil Aisiyah RT 03 at Masmambang village Talo Subdistrict Seluma Regency. Subjects in this research are the chief and reciting Al-Quran teacher of Taklim Souncil Aisiyah, and 2 studying citizens of Taklim Souncil Aisiyag. Technique of collecting the data uses interview, observation, and documentation. Analyzing the data is done with these following steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Validation of the data uses triangulation technique, begin from subject triangulation, time triangulation, and technique triangulation. The result of the research shows that method that is used by  Mrs. Sampurna as reciting Al-Quran teacher of Taklim Souncil Aisiyah is Iqra’ Method in which by this method, it can help Mrs. Sampurna in doing teaching and learning process of reciting Al-Quran at Aisyah Shelter. The implementation is reciting Al-Quran directly by turns. If there is wrong reading, it will be admonished by the teacher and is corrected the reads directly and with method and the implementation which Mrs. Sampurna does gets good responds from women of Taklim Souncil Aisiyah after they end Al-Quran. They are taught Tajwid understanding , if there is reciting from another place , they also follow the reciting in order to improving the ability of reciting Al-Quran  too. The infrastructures at Taklim Souncil Aisiyah are still suitable and enough to facilitate women of Taklim Souncil Aisiyah. The proponent factor of Mrs. Sampurna as reciting Al-Quran teacher of Taklim Souncil Aisiyah and Mrs. Sukarsih and also Ibu Rusni is the wants and big spirit for studying of reciting Al-Quran and the obstacle factor is the infrastructure which is the building of shelter as the place of women of taklim souncil Aisiyah for studying the Alquran reciting has been brittle and broken. Keywords: reciting Al-Quran teacher, effort, Taklim Souncil, reading Al-Quran

Abstract

Pelatihan adalah setiap usaha untuk memperbaiki perpormansi pekerja pada suatu pekerjaan tertentu yang sedang menjadi tanggung jawabnya, atau satu pekerjaan yang ada kaitannya dengan pekerjaannya untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan.  Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu pendidik program paket C, penilik PNF. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokementasi. Analisi data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik validitas data menggunakan  teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian penelitian ditemukan bahwa:  Pada pembinaan membuat RPP dilakukan dengan cara memberikan arahan dan pelatihan kepada pendidik program pakert C. Pembinaan dalam proses pembelajaran di lakukan dengan cara memberi arahan, pemantauan kinerja pendidik dilakukan dalam waktu 1 kali tiga bulan. Pada pembinaan berkaitan dengan memberikan materi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan cara memberi pengarahan, sisoalisasi, sulitnya mengumpulkan pendidik. Pembinaan kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan mengevaluasi pendidik program paket C dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pengarahan, pemantauan terhadap tenaga pendidik program paket C.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Kompetensi Pendidik

Abstract

Maksud penelitian ini untuk mengetahui management (TBM) PKBM Anraguta Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi terhadap subjek penelitian sebanyak 3 informan, teknik pengumpulan data, waktu dan tempat penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ditarik kesimpulan: Pertama, TBM dimulai pada Tahun 2005, suluruh pengurus ikut dalam perencanaan, perencanaan jangka panjang TBM tetap aktif, jangka pendek  kegiatan bedah buku, hambatan TBM fasilitas yang belum lengkap, keinginan membaca buku masih kurang. Kedua, jam kerja TBM hari Senin s/d Sabtu dari jam 08:00 s/d jam 12:00 WIB, setiap buku sudah ada pengkodean, buku-buku di taman bacaan masyarakat di dapat dari Swadaya, Perpustakaan Daerah, dana Lembaga, Dinas provinsi, Masyarakat, dan Kemendikbud Pusat. Ketiga, Evaluasi diadakan minimal satu tahun sekali, dilihat dari kedatangan pengunjung, buku-buku baru, buku-buku rusak, mengetahui kelebihan dan kekuranganTBM.Kata Kunci :Management, TBM

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to examine the cooperative supervision of the savings and loan village economic business (UED-SP) Talang Pauh Jaya. The method used in this research is qualitative which objectively describes the supervision of cooperatives of the savings and loan village economic business (UED-SP) Talang Pauh Jaya in Talang Pauh Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Bengkulu Tengah Regency. with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were the Chairperson of  UED-SP Talang Pauh Jaya (Mr. Yanap), Secretary of the UED-SP Talang Pauh Jaya (Mr. Suprayitno) and Treasurer of the UED-SP Talang Pauh Jaya (MrArdiansyah). To prove the magnitude of the data, data was checked using triangulation techniques, time triangulation and subject triangulation. Data is analyzed through stages namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study found results, namely: First, there is the planning of the work of the Talang Pauh Jaya UED-SP, which was previously agreed upon. Second There are irregularities / problems in the UED-SP cooperative Talng Pauh Jaya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Nonformal Education in LPKA in general. While in particular is describing whether there is an implementation of Non-formal Education in LPKA, describing the frequency of the implementation of Non-formal Education in LPKA and describing the driving factors and barriers to the implementation of Non-formal Education in LPKA. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive data. Data analysis in this study using three methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, and Decision Making Verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Based on the findings of researchers in the field and existing theories, researchers concluded that the implementation of No formal Education in LPKA Benton Bengkulu Province already exists through the institution of a non-formal institution namely PKBM Ilmu Bunda with equality packages A, B and C , package B and C equality students have carried out the National Examination and Government institutions through the Provincial BLK (Training Center) which conducts training in sewing, automotive and making colek soaps to increase students' creativity while in LPKA. (2) Based on the findings of researchers in the field and existing theories, researchers can conclude that the frequency of Non-formal Education Implementation in LPKA is through PKBM Ilmu Bunda with the provisions of meeting schedules twice Thursday and Saturday, the duration of study is 60-90 minutes. Then the training specifically held by the Provincial BLK is scheduled to be erratic and has an influence on students, namely the fulfillment of the right to educate children and the independence of children to prepare the future of students after the prison period is over. (3) Based on the findings of researchers in the field and existing theories, researchers can conclude that the driving factor for the implementation of PNF in LPKA is that there is a concern for students, students have the right to get education and self-development (soft skills). Then the inhibiting factor for PNF implementation in LPKA is the building that is still with adult prisons, parents of students who have difficulty communicating and there are still students who are not cared for at all by the family. The solutions made by the LPKA to the barriers to package equality and training are: The LPKA party continues to carry out learning activities despite limited infrastructure and visits to the Provincial BLK, assisting students to meet parents to complete administration and strive for equality even though they are not managed by the family at all. Key Word : Nonformal Education, LPKA

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to describe the success of the Solo 99 super meatball culinary business in the city of Bengkulu, as many as three subjects in this study. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The research results show that first, there is a form of success obtained during running a meatball culinary business in the form of assets such as shop houses, boarding houses, cars and motorcycles as well as gaining popularity and benefits of building an economic system in the vicinity. Second, the acquisition of meatballs culinary entrepreneurship skills education is obtained by the owner by self-taught by learning from experience, actively asking and paying attention and diligently reading books and looking for info from social media. Third, the effort to develop innovative businesses is to make new innovations in food and beverage menus and the process of making meatball balls so that they can be promoted. Fourth, the obstacle faced is the price of raw materials going up and down or unstable. Fifth, the solution made to deal with existing problems is by reducing the portion of meatballs that are sold but not too much. Keywords: Success, Business, Culinary, Meatballs

Abstract

The purpose of the research to describe a social media as empowering instrumen a poor society in bengkulu city which is conducted by a Non Govermental Organization (NGO’s) “Ketimbang Ngemis Bengkulu”. The method analysis intervew, observation, and documentation. The step studied analysis form data reduction, data presentation, exposure result and conculsion of data validity using analysis methods triangulation begins and triangulation time, subject and technique. The result prove that empowerment community ‘Ketimbang Ngemis Bengkulu’ conducted us capital distribution assistance. Raising, bazaar fairs, garage sale, given to inspirational people with disabilities and age limitations who choose not to beg or become homeless. The role of social media to empowering is among others, as a medium for mobilizing information to related a inspirational figures, or succour. There are stages community empowerment are starting from preparation, implementation and evaluation. The empowerment program by ‘ketimbang ngemis bengkulu’  is very useful to improve the habbits and create awareness towards fellow being human. Keywords : Media social, Empowering,  poor society

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe understanding by new students of nonformal education at Bengkulu University about nonformal education. As for the scope studied in this research was students understanding about the scope nonformal education which consist of understanding , characteristics , goals , roles, programs , institution and education facilities . Furthermore , reviewing the understanding of students at bengkulu university about the graduate competence and employment opportunity of S1 non formal education.  The design of this research was descriptive quantitatif research, this method carried out with the main goal to make an idea of situation objectively , the respondents of this research were new students of non formal education study program at Bengkulu University. The result and discussion of this research that understanding of new students of non formal study program at Bengkulu University about scope of informal education was high enough with percentage 69.4% , understanding about the graduate competence  of S1 non formal education  was sufficient with  percentage 51% and understanding about employment opportunity of S1  non formal education was highwith percentage 67.5% Key words : understanding , eldery work

Abstract

Riset ini bermaksud untuk menggambarkan industri rumahan makanan khas provinsi Bengkulu pada pengusaha Pendap dan Palai Cik Sur jalan Irian Tanjung Agung Kecamatan Sungai Serut Kota Bengkulu. Sasaran dalam sumber informasi ini adalah pemilik usaha, keluarga, dan tetangga. Dengan menggunakan metode tatap muka, mengamati, dan dokumentasi. Dilakukan dengan analisis studi kasus dengan tahap sebagai berikut : merangkum, penyusunan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Menggabungkan data dengan teknik trianggulasi subjek,waktu, dan teknik. Penelitian ini menyatakan ibu Suryati mulai merintis usaha Pendap dan Palai Cik Sur di tahun 1990. Ibu suryati memperoleh keahlian dengan keikutsertaaannya dalam membuat pendap bersama orang tuanya. Tahap-tahap membuat pendap ibu Suryati takaran bumbu, pembungkusan, mengikat, dan perebusan Pendap. Daun Talas dapat ditemukan berbagai lokasi persawahan. Usaha Cik Sur terhadap ruang untuk kegiatan memasak dan satu unit kendaraan roda dua untuk mempermudah dalam pencarian bahan baku Pendap. Ibu Suryati memperkenalkan usahanya melalui media masa berupa spanduk dan dibantu oleh liputan acara TRANSTV. Anggota keluarga sangat mendukung usaha yang dijalani oleh ibu Suryati. Usaha ibu Suryati bertahan hingga sekarang dengan menjaga kualitas rasa, harga murah @Rp.8.000/ bungkus. Hambatan yang dialami ialah modal, pengambilan daun talas saat banjir, kayu bakar, dan pesaing. Usaha Pendap Ibu Suryati banyak membantu untuk memenuhi keperluan sehari-hari, dan pendidikan anak-anak.Kata Kunci : Industri Rumahan, Life Skill, Pendap.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) Knowing the Background of the Sewing Program at PKBM Mekar sari (2) Knowing the Implementation of Sewing Learning at PKBM Mekar Sari (3) Knowing the Marketing of Sewing Products in the Mekar Sari PKBM Program (4) Knowing the Profit and Loss Calculations of Sewing Businesses in PKBM Mekar Sari. Research methods used qualitative methods with descriptive approaches. The participants of the study were Ibuk Titin Sumarni Anjani as Chairman of PKBM Mekar Sari and Simultaneously sewing coach, Ibuk Wulan Widia Astuti as sewing coach, and Siasmawati as sewing coach and Secretary. Dara collection techniques used were non-participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. To test the validity and reliability of data using triangulation of sources, , techniques, and time. Based on the analysis that has been carried out that the sewing program in PKBM Mekar sari Padang Kedondong Village, Tanjung Kemuning District, , Kaur Regency includes a sewing program. During the implementation of 2x week activities, the coach's role coordinates in the activity, the funds obtained from the Government budget, while the supporting factors of the facility while inhibiting the lack of financial factors.Innovative business carried out by time discipline. Then the supervision is carried out by the trainer directly by observing the activities carried out once every two weeks of training.Keywords: Program, To Sew, PKBM.
