Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian ini  secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja problem yang dihadapi dan strategi dalam pengentasan buta huruf di PKBM Wira Bakthi Kota Bengkulu tahun 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik  pengumpulan data yaitu, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala PKBM Wira Bakthi, tutor keaksaraan satu dan tutor keaksaraan dua. Untuk membuktikan keabsahan data dilakukan pengecekan data menggunakan triangulasi subjek, teknik, tempat dan triangulasi waktu. Data dianalisis melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat masalah yang bersifat teknis, output dan strategi PBA yang di hadapi PKBM Wira Bakthi kota Bengkulu pada tahun 2015, yaitu pertama problema yang bersifat teknis mengenai sarana dan prasarana, data otentik warga belajar, identifikasi kebutuhan belajar serta dalam perekrutan tutor keaksaraan. Kedua mengenai problem yang bersifat output dari program keaksaraan, bagaimana warga belajar mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemampuannya dan upaya yang dilakukan PKBM Wira Bakthi dalam menciptakan lingkungan melek aksara bagi alumni keaksaraan dan bagi semua lapisan masyarakat khususnya di lingkungan disekitarnya. Ketiga  mengenai strategi apa yang dilakukan  dari problem yang dihadapi dalam pengetasan buta aksara di PKBM Wira Bakthi kota Bengkulu tahun 2015. Kata Kunci: Permasalahan Dan Strategi Dalam Pengentasan Buta Huruf Di PKBM Wira Bakthi

Abstract

The purpose of this research in general is to described about how students motivation in memorization  al-quran at Bakti Ilaahi Tahfidz House bengkulu city. Methods used in this study was a qualitative methodology a data collection, using a technique interview observation and documentation. Based on the research the conclusions may be drawn that first, santri motivation in memorization quran varies and tending to less stable, this is santri age young 12-15 need assistance and the year guidance so reminded santri tight to individual motivation can so stable and the purpose of learning can be achieved easily. Second, educators have tried to in full to increase the motivation is to submit those, a gift, competition, knowing the outcome, a compliment, punishment and attract. But we cannot deny that the motivation to learn consists of two which is intrinsic motivation or intrinsic and motivation from the outside namely, extrinsic motivation intrinsic motivation is much better than the extrinsic motivation because intrinsic motivation comes from individuals santri alone or awareness of the students own. Third, factors that give rise to motivate students is a factor intrinsic and extrinsic but more dominant derived from extrinsic factor at the sight of motivation santri unstable santri will cheer on when given the recognition and punishment by educators and motivation santri will increase third educators provides guidance motivation that contains about memorizing the quran and fishing for the growing intrinsic motivation in himself students.. Keywords :Motivation, Students, Memorizing the Al-quran, Tahfidz House

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an with the Qiro'ati method is the system and how to read it smoothly, quickly, precisely, correctly, and in tartil without having to be spelled. Then the implementation model is to use props for classical implementation which contains material that is in the pages of the volume book Qiro'ati. The instructor must conduct Qiro'ati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma that can be used to teach the Qiro’ati method. Then the purpose of this research is to find out what methods are used, how the learning process is, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at the Al-Qur'anah Education Park PAUDIT Al Hasanah Pagar Dewa Bengkulu City on March 5 to April 5, 2019. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Lumping Horse Art as a Learning Media for PNF (Case Study of the Ngudi Budoyo Group) in North Bengkulu Regency. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of the research is the lumping horse management board, consisting of the Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Members. To prove the validity of the data, data checking was done using source, technique and time triangulation. Data were analyzed through three stages, namely, data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study it was found that the first implementation of Kuda Lumping Art was always in line with what was expected because the group always held meetings before implementation. Both learning, Kuda Lumping Art has many types of learning applications. The three factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of Kuda Lumping are carried out with the group and the community itself in the supporting factor is the intention and enthusiasm of the community while the inhibiting factors can be caused due to lack of learning motivation, motivation and desire of the community.  Keywords: Learning Horse Lumping Arts, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the percentage of management readiness of PKBM in following accreditation. This research was a quantitative descriptive study using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The sample in this study was 8 respondents who were PKBM managers in Rejang Lebong Regency. The finding obtained from the results of the PKBM readiness in registering institutions in SISPENA showed a percentage of 84.28571% so that it was included in the category of very ready to register their institutions at SISPENA. For the readiness of 8 standard documents, the research results obtained show a percentage of 71.25673% so that it was included in the quite ready category. For performance readiness/ implementation of activities, the results of the study showed a percentage of 62.32039% so that it was included in the category of not ready. Based on research findings, it was known that the obstacles in preparing the accreditation process were cost and human resources. The conclusion from this study was that PKBM managers in Rejang Lebong Regency were very prepared to register their institutions in SISPENA because all PKBM already have an NPSN as the main requirements for admission to SISPENA. In addition, it was also known that PKBM managers are quite prepared in preparing 8 standard documents because on average PKBM managers already have 8 standard documents. The manager of PKBM was not ready to prepare the performance/implementation of activities because the data found was not in accordance with 8 standard documents.

Abstract

Maksud penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  usaha masyarakat  dusun pondok kelapa II Bengkulu tengah dalam menambah penghasilan kluarga melalui kerja di pt-cpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan 3 teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi kepada 4 informan penelitian,untuk membuktikan keabsahan data ,peneliti menggunakan 3 trianggulasi ,trianggulasi sumber,waktu dan teknik, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan  pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan : profil warga masyarakat Dusun Pondok Kelapa II yang bekerja sebagai karyawan di PT. Cendana Prioritas Lestari itu keseluruhannya ada 43 orang diantarnya terdiri dari 39 orang laki-laki dan 4 orang perempuan yang berumur dari 21-25 tahun itu ada 3 orang, 26-30 ada 12 orang, 31-35 ada 8 orang, 36-40 ada 8 orang dan umur 41-50 ada 12 orang. pendidikan terakhir SMA dan beragama islam. Penghasilan yang diperoleh masyarakat Dusun Pondok Kelapa II yang bekerja di PT. Cendana Prioritas Lestari adalah Rp. 1.400.000 perbulan. pekerjaan warga sebagai karyawan itu ada admin, logistik, pengawas lapangan, bagian gudang pakan, mekanik, jaga malam, kantin driver asisten teknisi, ka. Sifon dan feeder. Pengaruh usaha tambak udang terhadap penghasilan warga setempat  sejak berdiri sampai saat ini merupakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi warga masyarakat Dusun Pondok Kelapa dan tentunya meringankan beban perekonomian mereka. Upaya yang dilakukan warga masyarakat Dusun Pondok Kelapa II dalam menambah penghasilan keluarga itu tidak ada.                       Kata Kunci : Upaya, Menambah Penghasilan Keluarga, PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang pendidikan dan karakteristik instruktur, untuk mengetahui fasilitas belajar yang disediakan,untuk mengetahui materi pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh Lembaga, metode dan teknik pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh lembaga, media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran musik pada lembaga,untuk mengetaui bentuk dan hasil pencapaian tujuan pembelajara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data ialah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Sumber penelitian meliputi pemimpin, instruktur , siswa, dan orang tua siswa Lembaga Bina Musika La-Sonora Kota Bengkulu. Untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data dilakukan pengecekan data menggunakan trianggulasi subjek, teknik, dan waktu. Data dianalisis melalui tiga tahap yaitu,reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pertama Lembaga Bina Musika La-Sonora Kota Bengkulu memiliki instruktur yang bernama Pak Nindyo beliau memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dengan bidang keahlian  seni musik,beliau adalah insnruktur  yang berkarakter sangat disenangi oleh para warga belajar,  Kedua Lembaga menyediakan  fasilitas belajar, seperti gedung/ ruang belajar, kursi,meja,alat tulis dan air conditoner (AC) serta listrik. Ketiga  Lembaga menggunakan materi syair-syair lagu tradisional dan syair-syair lagu perjuangan Indonesia. . Keempat  Lembaga menggunakan metode ceramah ,tanya jawab,dan demonstrasi serta praktek langsung. Kelima  ala-alat musik seperti organ,keyboard,biola,gitar, buku, dan spiker yang digunakan untuk penguat suara.. Keenam  Bentuk evaluasi yang digunakan adalah ujian praktek serta  daftar hadir.Kata Kunci : Bina Musika La-Sonora, belajar Musik

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe the Implementation of  electronic learning  in program the Package C. This study is included in a qualitative study. The subjects in this study consisted of four people, Chairman of Institute, the Principal, Tutors, and Learning. The data in this study were collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed through four stages namely, data reduction, data presentation, verification and decision making. To obtain the validity of the results of the study, researchers used the technique; Source triangulation, technique triangulation and time triangulation. The results showed that First, the First, the implementation of the C package electronic learning  program is carried out in order to assist the learning process. Second, teaching materials used for example print teaching materials (Books, Modules) and also use non-printed teaching materials such as audiovisual teaching materials and web-based teaching materials. Third, electronic learning  methods such as classical learning methods and tutorials. Fourth, the media used are visual and audiovisual learning media. Fifth, evaluation of learning outcomes is carried out in order to assess the results of electronic learning  and the activeness of learning citizens in the learning process. Sixth, the form of electronic learning  model services in the form of software applications, namely the Modle application, Seventh, The use of electronic learning  models is used to help tutors and become a reference for learning. Eighth, technical implementation of online learning models in the form of discussion of tutors and learning citizens. Ninth, the learning outcomes before using online learning an average of 89.3 and after implementing electronic learning  has increased an average of 98.3. Tenth, inhibiting factors and supporting the implementation of online learning external inhibiting factors namely networks and external supporting factors applied facilities offer a lot of learning ease. Key words: Implementation, Electronic Learning, PKBM Songgo Langit

Abstract

Organizing is a management activity carried out to regulate all the necessary resources intended to be human elements so that the execution and execution of tasks can be completed with success. Humans are the most important element through organizing they can carry out their duties.In this study researchers used qualitative methods with results 1. Organizing Planned in the Adiguna Embroidery Convection business in the recipients of employees received here are those who want to work hard and discipline with time. 2. divide up the work of Mr. Suyono to distribute the work to employees even though the results obtained every day employees with each other are different but the work is done well. 3. Classify Activities into Practical Units with the provision of modern means of making the work practical so that the work done is more efficient and effective can be done well, on time and the results are neater. 4. Determining the obligations that must be performed by the employee to provide adequate means of equipment and physical space that the employee needs to do is work according to the field of work position. the room and facilities as a means of supporting the production process are adequate and the material provided by Mr. Suyono is commensurate with the amount done even more 5. The assignment of personnel who are capable of working on the production process of clothing is good even though there is no special training for employees in Adiguna Embroidery Convection business 6. Abstract

This research is a qualitative case study research which aims to describe the extracurricular organization in PAUD IT Baitul Izzah Bengkulu City. The subjects in this study were the principal, the total extracurricular coordinator and the 4th extracurricular assistant teacher. This research was conducted at PAUD IT Baitul Izzah which is located on Jl. Construction of No.17 Baitul Izzah Grand Mosque Complex in Bengkulu City on 02 July-29 August 2020. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed and validated using triangulation data validity techniques. From the results of the research, organizing extracurricular activities at PAUD IT Baitul Izzah was grouped into four extracurricular activities, namely, submitted to each extracurricular companion teacher, then submitted by the accompanying teacher, divided into groups based on age and grade level. As for the placement of people in extracurricular activities, Unbeatable with extracurricular activities, selected first to see the talents and interests of accompanying teachers or to become extracurricular participants, as evidenced by the SK PAUD IT Baitul  Izzah. Provision of tools in extracurricular activities carried  out by schools  and assisted by extracurricular student guardians.  Keywords: Organizing, Extracurricular, PAUD
