Abstract

This study aimed to find out the learning strategy of exceptional children in the Mahira Natural Kindergarten Bengkulu City. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Based on the result of the research and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the expectation / target in the learning of exceptional children are 7 development targets that are the the development of religious and moral values target, physical development target, cognitive development target, language development target, emotional social development target, self-building development target, and science development target. (2) Determination of the learning time allocation of exceptional children is within 1 week, it taken 1 hour to follow the learning activities in inclusion. For the rest, the exceptional children still followed the regular children learning. (3) Preparation of rewards/gift  for exceptional children, there are three forms. First is physical form, such as food, snacks and toys. Second form is a gift / rewards given by the teacher in a verbal form, where gifts / rewards are given such as praise and motivation. Then the third gift / rewards in non verbal form such as hugs, thumbs up, applause, and tos together. (4) Provision of tasks / work for exceptional children. There are two forms of tasks. First is general task where general task form given same with the regular children, but the general task given still depends on the ability of the children itself. Second is a special task, where the task is designed specifically for exceptional children in accordance with the target of each children.  (5) Provision of special assistance for exceptional children, there are three forms. First is physical assistance, where the assistance is provided directly to the exceptional children with direct physical touch. Then the second is verbal assistance, the help given such as teach the children to say hello, greet friends and say thank you. Then the third is emotional assistance, where the assistance is provided by helping to reduce emotions. (6) In the learning process, the themes and subjects given for the children are same, both for regular class and  exceptional children. Abstract

Innovation of the latest technology with better capabilities and latest features that have the purpose or function to be more practical and useful or gadget. As it grows, the definition of gadget is growing into a wider anyway. Many people assume that smartphone is a gadget. There is also a thought that the computer or laptop with new technology is gadget. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the used of gadget at home with social emotional development of children aged 3-5 years in PAUD Dellia Creative School. This research used a correlational study with quantitative approach. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling as many as 37 respondents.The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, by using indirectly questionnaires. The statistical test by using the formula of product moment correlation, with an error rate (?) = 0.05.  The research results get the value of tcount is 1.26 and ttableis 1.6905. Value of correlation between the used of gadget with social emotional development of children aged 3-5 years is 0.21, which means the correlation is very low. The conclusion of this research that there is no significant correlation between the used of gadget at home with social emotional development of children aged 3-5 years in PAUD Dellia Creative School. Key words: Correlation, The used of gadget, Social Emotional Development of Children.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui di LP2M El Rahma sudah menerapkan pendekatan Andragogi dalam Proses Belajar Mengajarnya. Sedangkan tujuan secara khusus dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Proses Belajar Mengajar pada Kursus Komputer di LP2M El Rahma Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek penlitian ini adalah ketua lembaga, tutor/ intruktur dan warga belajar. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pertama Perencanaan proses belajar mengajar pada kursus komputer di LP2M El Rahma Kota Bengkulu sudah menggunakan pendekatan andragogi, dimana warga belajar ikut terlibat dalam menentukan waktu pelaksanan dan juga materi. Kedua Pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar sudah menggunakan pendekatan andragogi, dilihat dari warga belajarnya yang sudah dewasa dan metodenya yang dominan kepraktik lansung oleh warga belajar. Ketiga Evaluasi proses belajar mengajar menggunakan pendekatan andragogi, mulai dari tahapan evaluasi yaitu evaluasi awal dan hasil, ruang lingkup yang dievaluasi yaitu evaluasi awal untuk mengetahui kebutuhan warga belajar, evaluasi proses untuk mendaptkan bukti tentang perubahan yang terjadi dalam individu, dan evaluasi hasil dengan tujuan untuk evaluasi formatifKata kunci : Pendekatan, Andragogi, Kursus, Komputer.

      The perpose of thi is research is to know the effort of management manufarturing business lela jaya tempe at home industry to increase family economi in manna south bengkulu. Based on the research goal and the discussion can be concloded 1) in the improving a product guaity there are same that should be considorod, starting from row material selections production process until the packaging. Which are the row materias that hase ehoorod is a good row materials and prioritizing taste to make a good product and can fullfilling costumer needed. 2) merketing strategy of the product according to needed and desire of target marker. Aso give the sahsfadon of the coshimer. The manager of tempe lela jaya used marketing techic koitc obseroe kargot market needed by selling the product to restourant, vegetable shop, greengrocer and fried food seller. Which are in Manna Bengkulu Selatan and product quality guarantee the manager aso give not risk to the seller. The most important is the satifaction of the costomeri. 3) financial anaysis that used bby the manager of tempe tela jaya business is a simple entry which us used to nolice all of income and oatcome to know disadoentages or aduentager that obtained by the business. 4) the obstacles is weather conditions beside at the thing that can be manager support easy acces to get the material and easly production process. Keywords : product quality, strategy

Abstract

The porpose of this study is to know the implementation training and evaluation on training technologies computer (TIK) at Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Bengkulu Province. And this method of this research used by kualitatif with interview, observasion, and documentation. The subjects were chose are employers of (BLK) that subject. On the research are Aripan Senarun, S.Sos, As Kasubbag TU, Subur, S.Sos. As chief of vocational Dwi, S.Sos, as training instruktur and than Adetia Merdanti, as learning. To prove the validity of the data. Has been chaked by using, trianggulation source, technique and time. The data analized throught three stoges are reduction, persentation, and also conclusion. From this research has been finding three fact. Firstly, Planning of training BLK Bengkulu Province, can help make and promote training programs, formulation the training, recrutment training participant, determine the curriculum, choses methods, recrutment instructor, prepare infrastructure, and also. Prepare evaluation training tols. Secondly, Implementation of training BLK Bengkulu Province, Implementation BLK using find from APBD and APBN. The curriculum that used from the government. Thirdly, Evaluation of training BLK Bengkulu Province, In the evaluation proces carried out the training organized BLK both directly and in directly.  Evaluation was also carried out on institutions, instructors, and trainees, who were used as evaluation material.                 Key Words: Management, Training, Training Center, (Balai Latihan Kerja Bengkulu).

Abstract

This research was descriptive qualitative research aimed to describe the sewing training implementation for heterogeneous learning citizens methods and techniques of learning. Participants in this study were heads of administrative sub-sections, instructors and sewing training citizens learning. This research was conducted at UPTD Bengkulu Work Training on 10 to 31 March 2020. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The data were analyzed and validated using triangulation data validity technique. From research results, the sewing training instructors apply lecture learning methods, question and answer learning methods, discussion learning methods, demonstration learning methods, group teaching learning methods and individual teaching learning methods. The instructional methods applied by instructors to heterogeneous learning citizens was different, namely by applying group teaching methods with participatory coaching learning techniques. Keywords: sewing training, learning citizens, heterogeneous.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan pengelola LKP Essential English Center (EEC) sehingga mendapatkan akreditasi A dari BAN PAUD dan PNF penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, peneliti melakukan trianggulasi terhadap subjek penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data, serta waktu dan tempat penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ditarik kesimpulan : Pertama, pengelola LKP EEC menyiapkan standar kompetensi lulusan, dan merumuskan standar kompetensi lulusan. Kedua, pengelola LKP EEC menyiapkan materi inti dan penunjang, struktrur kurikulum, melakukan evaluasi kurikulum, menyiapkan kalender akademik serta disosialisasikan. Ketiga, pengelola LKP EEC menyiapkan RPP dan silabus serta dievaluasi, menyiapkan modul, rasio alat belajar dan instruktur seimbang, melakukan pengawasan pembelajaran. Keempat, pengelola  LKP EEC menyiapkan kualifikasi akademik instruktur dan tenaga kependidikan yang relevan serta kualifikasi akademik penguji relevan dengan uji kompetensi program yang dijalankan.  Kelima, pengelola LKP EEC menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana belajar, media belajar kepemilikan gedung milik sendiri, serta menyiapkan fasilitas TIK. Keenam, pengelola  LKP EEC menyiapkan kompetensi pimpinan seperti manejerial, kewirausahaan, sosial dan kepribadian, melakukan sosialisasi visi, misi, memberikan pelatihan instruktur dan tenaga kependidikan, memiliki surat izin operasional, membuat SOP, menyiapkan kelas reguler, non reguler dan in house training, melakukan kemitraan, mendata alumni, serta melakukan evaluasi program. Ketujuh, pengelola EEC menyiapkan dan menyusun rencana anggaran biaya (RAB), membuat pembukuan kas, pelaporan keuangan. Kedelapan, Pengelola LKP EEC menyiapkan panduan pedoman penilaian akhir, tugas, soal teori dan praktik, raport dan sertifikat.Kata Kunci : Upaya, Pengelola, Agar LKP Berkualitas.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini secara umum adalah bagaimana manajemen keterampilan kaligrafi sebagai unggulan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Qomariyah. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen keterampilan kaligrafi sebagai kegiatan unggulan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.  Subjek penelitian meliputi pengelola, ketua asrama, tutor. Analisis data menggunakan Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: Pertama perencanaan, tidak adanya perencanaan keterampilan secara tertulis. Kedua pengorganisasian, Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah tidak memiliki struktur organisasi keterampilan kaligrafi. Ketiga penggerakan (motivating), tutor memotivasi santri dalam keterampilan kaligrafi dengan cara memberikan hadiah. Keempat pembinaan, fungsi pengawas dalam pembinaan keterampilan kaligrafi itu supaya santri tidak main- main dalam belajar kaligrafi, santri bersemangat dalam menulis kaligrafi. Proses layanan dalam pembinaan keterampilan kaligrafi itu seperti pemberikan nasehat, peringatan, memberi hukuman. Kelima penilaian, standar yang digunakan dalam penilaian keterampilan kaligrafi menggunakan buku panduan penulisan kaligrafi. Keenam, pengembangan disini yaitu dengan menyiapkan triplek, dan kaca supaya santri belajar melukis di triplek, dan kaca tersebut yang hasilnya nanti akan dijual. Akan tetapi rencana tersebut belum terlaksana.Kata kunci : Manajemen, Keterangan Kaligrafi, Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

This thesis research uses descriptive qualitative method, the researcher acts as a non-participatory research subject, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation study, data equivalence is carried out by triangulation techniques.This thesis research was conducted because LKP Lubuk Akal was the only LKP in Bengkulu City that had a graduate distribution program, the distribution program for graduates at the Lubuk Akal LKP was carried out in three ways namely, 1). Direct distribution of graduates is the distribution of graduates that are planned and conducted by the head of LKP without involving other pockets, 2.) semi-direct distribution, is channeling by involving the Depnakers / BLK as the party delivering the graduates. 3). indirect distribution is distribution that involves other parties, namely intermediaries, intermediaries are usually individuals who understand and master the distribution of graduates who are skilled in sewing. Distribution of graduates at LKP Lubuk Akal has been conducted since 2016 until now, the program and the implementation of graduate distribution are conducted because the LKP chairman has moral responsibilities and obligations and his conscience is called to try to channel graduates so that LKP graduates get jobs and income. Key words: responsibility to graduates

Abstract

This study was aimed to figure out if there is significant correlation between service quality and customers' satisfaction at Rumah Cantik Amanie in Kebun Tebeng of Bengkulu municipality. This was a quantitative study. Method used in this study was survey. Data collection was done by giving away questionnaire in the form of written statement to be filled in by the respondents based on the real situation. The respondents were 212 people, taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used were descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the analysis result and hipothesis examination it could be concluded that: (1) Amanie salon's service quality had been quality in the customers'  opinion proven by average score of 4.04. This  average score was in the range of 3.41 - 4.20 which was categorized to be "quality"; (2) Amanie salon's customers' satisfaction had already been satisfied category, with average answer of 4.09. This score was in the range of 3.41-4.20 which meant "satisfied"; (3) There was correlation between service quality and Amanie salon's customers' satisfaction with correlation coefficent of 0.977.  The capability of service quality variable in explaining the rise and fall of Amanie Salon's customers' satisfaction was still huge. It was 95.45%, while the rest 4.55% was affected by other factor which was not studied. Keywords : service quality, customers' satisfaction
