Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study which aims to describe the objectives of a single teacher in implementing learning in Al-Qu'an Education Park. Participants in this study were the Village Head, Pupils, and Guardian Students. This research was conducted at the Al-Qur'an Taba Mutung Education Park, Central Bengkulu Regency on March 7 - May 19 2020 .Data collection was carried out through interviews,observation and documentation. Data were analyzed and validated using triangulation data validity techniques. From the results of the research, the aim of a single teacher to carry out learning in the Al-Qu'an Education Park is so that the community, especially the children of the Qur'ani generation, is a generation that is committed to the Al-Qur'an as a source of behavior, a basis for life and a reference for all its affairs. Keywords: Learning objectives, Al-Qur'an Education Park.

Abstract

This research in common to know how learning steers car on LPK CV. Arau is Bengkulu's City. Base study result therefore gets to be concluded that 1) Management course steer car on institute course steer LPK CV'S car. Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1)the Implementation of multiple intelligences concept in learning center at education for early age Dellia creative school and; (2) Supporting factors and the inhibiting implementation of multiple intelligences concept at learning center in education for early age Dellia creative school. The Implementation concept of multiple intelligences in the learning center defined as a process of applying innovative methods of learning in early childhood using centers based on the plural intelligence of children in early age. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the managers/principals and also the educators of dellia education for early age creative school. The data were collected using observation method, interview, and documentation. The Researcher are the main instruments in conducting this research assisted by observation guides, interview guides, and documentation guidelines. The Techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and taking the conclusion. The Triangulation done to explain the validity of the data using source of triangulation.The results of the research indicate that: 1) the Implementation consept of multiple intelligences at learning center in education for early age Dellia creative school is done in three stages: (a) planning includes making RKH (daily lesson plan)  and RKM (weekly lesson plan), but the planning itself is not written in RKH (daily lesson plan), the kinds of multiple intelligence development; (B) the implementation includes four footholds: first is footholds of the main environmental, second is the pre-game experience, third is the current playing ground and the last is foothold of the after-play experience. The Plural intelligence developement can be identified from the type of offered play by the educator; (C) the assessment is performed by observation, checklists, anecdotes and assignments packed in middle of semester and the ends of semester reports. 2) the supporting factors of the implementation center approched based on multiple intelligence is: (a) the instruments and the materials are adjusted to the level of child development achievement; (B)a good cooperation between the educators, employees and parents of education for early age Dellia creative schools, while the inhibiting factors are: (a) the changing of learners mood; (b) the lack of teaching personnel.Keywords: multiple intelegences, center, learning

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Program  Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur Rt 23 Masjid Baiturahman Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, peneliti melakukan trianggulasi terhadap subjek penelitian dan teknik pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ditarik kesimpulan : 1.Isi program ini ada pendidikan dan keterampilan pokja PKK dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluraga di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur. Program pendidikan Pokok kerja PKK di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur sudah sesuai dengan rencana. 2. Isi program ketermpilan Pokja PKK dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur.Program Keterampilan PKK Pokok kerja  di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur sudah berjalan sesuai dengan rencana. 3. Pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Pemberdayaan Kesejahteran Keluarga (PKK) di Pematang Gubernur Rt 23 Masjid Baiturahman ini sudah berjalan sesuai dengan rencana  karena dilihat dari program Pendidikan dalam bidang pengajian sudah melaksanakan lomba antar warga dan memainkan robana itu selalu dipakai setiap ada acara di Masjid, sedangkan untuk keterampilan warga Rt 23 ini sudah banyak membuka usaha sendiri dari pembuatan kripik pangsit, kripik pepaya ini selalu di jualkan di warung dan di sekolah – sekolah, ada juga keterampilan membuat bunga dari bahan bekas seperti dari karpet telur itu selalu di jual pada saat ada pameran.Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan,  Kesejahteraan,  Keluarga

Abstract

This study was aimed at describing the profile of Fijai, a student of program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality(case study on Fijai who is also a clown). This study used qualitative method. Data collection was done by interview , documentation, and observation. The subjects of this study included Fijai's parents and Fijai's tutor at program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality. Data validity was examined using triangulation of subject, technique and time. Data were analyzed through three steps which were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results, Fijai's profile was as follows. Firstly, how was Fijai's family background? His parents did not have a job except to help him work as a clown. Fijai got Rp 2,500,000/month from his job as a clown. Secondly, how was his study at program kesetaraan paket A Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar of Bengkulu municipality? He always attended the class once a week. Thirdly,how did he do his job as a clown? He started his job from 10 A.M. until 5 P.M. He moved around while doing his job, sometimes at Suka Merindu traffic light, traffic light near the roundabout, and other traffic lights. Fourthly,how was his parents' response on his education and his job as a clown? His parents agreed with his education at SKB and his job as a clown did not disturb his education. Fively,how was his tutor's response on his education and his job as a clown? According to his tutor he had highly enthusiasm in studying, he always attended the class once a week. Abstract

The purpose in this research are to know about planning, how to organize, how to realization and doing control from centre of society learning activity ( pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat ) Sriwijaya. In this research use method qualitative with technique of collection the data are interview, observation and documentation. The subject has been choose is managment of PKBM Sriwijaya, there are consists of the leader is Mr. Ralin MS Gumay and the treasurer Mrs. Umi Yanti. To proving the validity of data, the researcher do to checking the data with triangulation, there are triangulation source, triangulation technique, and triangulation of time. The data has been analyze with 3 step, there are, reduction of data, presentation of data, and last is take a conclusion. The result from this research are found, first is planning, formulate the perspective and mission, prepare the tools and labor done in preparation. Second, how to organize, PKBM sriwijaya have management organization there are consists of builder, leader, secretary, and treasurer. Third is realization, in doing program activity, PKBM Sriwijaya use fund by society, and the curriculm they are use is from tbe goverment. Fourth, for doing control from manager of PKBM Sriwijaya, its about direct or not, the manager too, doing the controling the tutor will be become an object of evaluation. Key words : Managment,  Centre of society learning activity

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to describe the training method for cultivating white oyster mushrooms at the Akademi Per Civilization Foundation, Dangau Datuk Village, District as wide as Bengkulu City which is held in Bukit Makmur Village, North Bengkulu Regency. The research subjects in this study were the Director of the Dangau Village Civilization Academy Foundation, Datuk Village, training instructors, and training participants in white oyster mushroom cultivation. This research was conducted at the Dangau Datuk Village Civilization Academy Foundation and Bukit Makmur Village, North Bengkulu on 16 s.d. March 23, 2020. The data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the white oyster mushroom cultivation training methods used by the training instructors for white oyster mushroom cultivation were lecture, question and answer, and demonstration methods. Training on white oyster mushroom cultivation at the Dangau Datuk Village Civilization Academy Foundation was held in a prosperous hill village with more emphasis on demonstration methods. With the demonstrator method, the process of accepting training participants given by the instructor will be more memorable. Keywords: Training, Cultivation, White Oyster Mushroom

Abstract

General objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of activities done by Rafflesia Business Group at the North Bengkulu. And the specific purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, efforts to increase its capabilities to the members in the group, infrastructure, and the evaluation of Business Group program. The method of this study was a qualitative method and the data collection techniques used was interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research was Rafflesia Business Group board consisted of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Members. In order to prove the validity of the research, it was checked by using the triangulation of data sources, techniques and timing. Data were analyzed through three stages, which were data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The research found that the first, Rafflesia Business Group did not use specific standards in planning the program it was only seen from the public interest, the planning was done with the consensus of the members. Second, implementation, Rafflesia Business Group implemented the program in accordance with the initial plan that had been prepared in advance with the cooperation of members to achieve production. Third, the efforts to increase the member participation in the group, members of the business made another attempt at Business Group. But they were always working to improve Business Group program in order to create new innovations. Fourth, influence of infrastructure, KUBE Rafflesia had sufficient infrastructure and assist in achieving the results of Business Group’s program. Fifth evaluation, the evaluation was done associated with the planning done by the consensus of members, the implementation that was done matched with the advance planning in which the members were cooperated, the efforts to increased members participation in which they were always attempted to give new innovations for Business Group’s program, and the infrastructure supported in achieving the results of Business Group. Keywords: Effectiveness, Business Group, entrepreneurship

Abstract

Keberadaan adalah keberadaan dari suatu benda yang terlihat dan terwujud, serta dapat mengalami perubahan yang dapat di lihat dari fakta – fakta yang terjadi pada suatu benda, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala paud, guru paud, kepala desa, dan masyarakat teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik wawancara, observasi dan  dokumentasi. teknik analisi data yaitu reduksi data penyajian data dan pengambilan keputusan. Dan teknik validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi, mulai dari triangulasi subjek, waktu dan teknik.  Dari hasil penelitian di temukan bahwa keberadaan Paud Al-fajer kurang memadai, baik dari segi fasilitas, kualitas dan tenaga pendidik. Kata kunci : Keberadaan Paud Al-fajer, Masyarakat, pengelola dan pemerintah

Abstract

The fruit business of Mrs. Wartini is is a micro business different from the fruit business in general, because in addition to selling fruits, there are many other sales variations of processed fruits. Thus, the selling differences based on Mrs. Wartini's fruit business are what make researchers interested in conduct research. The purpose of this study is first, to describe the characteristics of success in developing micro-businesses which include orientation to achievement, courage to take risks, hard work, responsibility, commitment and develop and maintain good relations. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained are as follows: first, the aspect of orientation on achievement is the quality of fresh products, many variations of sales and affordable prices. Second, the aspect of courage to take risks is to open a business and dare to stock a lot of fruits. Third, the aspect of hard work, which is employees who arrive early. Fourth, the aspect of responsibility that is paying employees' salaries and fruit suppliers is always on time. Fifth, the aspect of commitment is to the time and tengga issued and always provide immediate fruit. Sixth, aspects of developing and maintaining good relations, namely the existence of a good relationship between the owner and employees, customers and fruit suppliers. Keywords: Success, Business, Micro
