Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of how much influence transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously and partially have on the performance of employees and ASN at the Manpower, Transmigration and Population Service of East Nusa Tenggara Province.The population in this study was ASN from the Manpower, Transmigration and Population Service of East Nusa Tenggara Province, totaling 248 employees. The sample obtained was 153 people, using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The variables in this research are transformational leadership and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive percentage, multiple linear regression analysis method, simultaneous test, partial test. The results of data regression analysis show the following equation Y=0.301+0.728 X1 + 0.513 Simultaneously (leadership and motivation) have a significant effect on employee performance by 61.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 38.5% is influenced by other factors.It was concluded that the more positive the transformational leadership and work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Suggestions related to the research results are that leaders should be able to maintain good relationships with employees at work, so that employees feel comfortable at work, need to maintain or increase employee motivation at work and plan the training and development programs needed to improve employee performance at work.

Abstract

This research discusses the legal position of motor vehicle credit leasing, especially regarding the resolution of defaults in leasing agreements through the BPSK institution and the dispute resolution mechanism through the leasing channel itself. Motor vehicle leasing agreements often experience default due to the debtor's inability to fulfill installment payment obligations. This research aims to examine the legal position of leasing agreements in relation to default and analyze the dispute resolution mechanism through BPSK. This research uses a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis. The research results show that leasing agreements have a clear legal basis, even though they are not explicitly regulated in the Civil Code. Default dispute resolution can be done through mediation, conciliation or arbitration at BPSK. Dispute resolution through BPSK provides space for consumers and business actors to reach an agreement without going through a more formal litigation process.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to the field of education, creating both new opportunities and challenges. Educational philosophy and humanistic learning theories offer strategic solutions to enhance the quality of holistic education amidst these transformations. This study aims to explore the relationship between educational philosophy, humanistic learning theories, and the application of technology in holistic education. Utilizing a literature review method, this research analyzes various relevant sources to identify key principles and their implications within the context of the digital era. The findings indicate that educational philosophy provides the foundational values needed to maintain a balance between technological innovation and comprehensive human development. Humanistic learning theories, as conceptualized by Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow, emphasize the importance of meaningful learning and personalization to support the self-actualization of learners. In holistic education, the integration of technology with a humanistic approach can create learning environments that not only facilitate academic achievement but also foster emotional, social, and spiritual development.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran pemasaran konten, kualitas layanan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan di era digital. Di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di dunia bisnis digital, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki strategi yang tepat guna memenangkan persaingan dan mempertahankan eksistensinya. Pemasaran konten memainkan peran penting dalam menarik perhatian pelanggan melalui penyampaian informasi yang relevan dan berharga. Kualitas layanan yang tinggi akan menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi pelanggan, sehingga memperkuat hubungan mereka dengan perusahaan dan mendorong loyalitas. Loyalitas pelanggan sendiri menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif, karena pelanggan yang loyal lebih cenderung untuk tetap menggunakan produk atau layanan serta merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan penelitian pustaka (library research), yang mengkaji berbagai artikel, buku, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pemasaran konten yang efektif dengan kualitas layanan yang prima dapat membangun loyalitas pelanggan yang pada gilirannya mendukung perusahaan dalam meraih keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan di era digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi bagi praktisi bisnis dan akademisi dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and resilience in working mothers in Tangerang. The study was conducted on 180 respondents of working mothers in Tangerang. This research instrument uses a measurement tool of adaptation and modification with a total of 26 items for self-compassion with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.929 and a resilince instrument consisting of 25 items with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.955. The data analysis technique used was the Spearman's Rho correlation test and the results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between self-compasson and resilience with a correlation of (r) 0.635 with a significance value of 0.000. The relationship between the two variables shows that if mothers working in Tangerang have a high level of self-compassion, they can have a high level of resilience.

Abstract

Era kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah membawa transformasi besar dalam dunia ilmu pengetahuan, mengubah cara pengetahuan diproduksi, diolah, dan disebarkan. Namun, perkembangan teknologi ini juga menimbulkan tantangan serius terhadap integritas epistemologi yang menjadi dasar bagi ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hakikat ilmu pengetahuan dalam konteks perkembangan AI dan bagaimana ilmu pengetahuan dapat mempertahankan integritasnya di tengah maraknya automasi. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis literatur yang relevan terkait dengan filsafat ilmu, etika teknologi, dan dampak AI terhadap epistemologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun AI menawarkan efisiensi dan kemajuan dalam penelitian ilmiah, tetap saja ada risiko terkait dengan ketergantungan yang berlebihan pada data dan potensi bias algoritma. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara kemajuan teknologi dan prinsip-prinsip epistemologi untuk memastikan kualitas dan keabsahan pengetahuan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ilmu pengetahuan harus beradaptasi dengan teknologi AI, namun tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai integritas ilmiah untuk menjaga relevansi dan kebenaran pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the marketing strategies employed by the Lamongan batik industry and to evaluate its contribution to the local economy. As a traditional Indonesian cultural product, Lamongan batik holds significant aesthetic and economic potential that can be developed through effective marketing strategies. This qualitative descriptive research uses a case study method, incorporating in-depth interviews with industry players, marketers, and direct observations of marketing practices. The findings reveal that successful marketing strategies for Lamongan batik involve a combination of traditional promotion and digital platform utilization, which has effectively increased awareness and demand at local and national levels. Furthermore, the economic contribution of Lamongan batik to the local economy is evident through job creation, growth of small businesses, and increased household income. This research provides insights for developing marketing strategies for cultural products and supports government policies to promote creative economies in regional areas.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of gamification in enhancing student motivation and engagement in mathematics learning at Universitas Hamzanwadi. Utilizing a qualitative approach, this research employs a literature review and library research to explore the potential benefits and challenges of incorporating gamified elements into mathematics education. The findings suggest that gamification, through mechanisms such as point systems, challenges, and rewards, significantly boosts students' intrinsic motivation and participation in learning activities. Gamification fosters a competitive yet collaborative environment that encourages active involvement, helping students to stay engaged with the content and improving their learning outcomes. However, the study also identifies challenges such as varying levels of technological readiness and individual preferences among students, which may affect the effectiveness of gamification. Despite these challenges, the literature indicates that when implemented thoughtfully, gamification can be an effective pedagogical tool for increasing student interest and performance in mathematics. The research highlights the importance of adapting gamification techniques to the local context and the specific needs of students to maximize its impact. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on educational gamification and offers insights for educators looking to implement innovative teaching strategies in higher education, particularly in the context of mathematics learning at Universitas Hamzanwadi.

Abstract

The children of the 'Aisyiyah Payakumbuh Orphanage, in their teens, have never been equipped with knowledge about women's reproductive rights. Therefore, it is necessary to be given knowledge about the independence of reproductive rights to break the chain of stunting. This service aims to build awareness and empower orphanage children through the process of increasing awareness of reproductive rights that bring change (transformative) that is independent in maintaining their reproductive health in making the right decisions that are free from discrimination, coercion and violence. In particular, this PKM received a DRTPM grant from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology in the field of Community Empowerment in order to realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely a healthy and prosperous life by building partnerships. This service uses socialization, training and continuous cooperation methods to produce outputs in the form of articles in sinta indexed journals, recognition of student credits, publications in electronic mass media, uploading videos of activities on the university's youtube and PKM posters in HaKi kan as well as Cooperation and MoA agreements with the Family Law Study Program and the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah West Sumatra for sustainable programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi komunikasi politik Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI) pada Pemilihan Umum 2024 di Daerah Pemilihan Sulawesi Selatan I, serta peluang dan hambatan yang dihadapi. Penelitian menggunakan metodoe kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi Edmund Husserl. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi pola dan teori. Penelitian mengaitkan temuan dengan literatur terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikator PSI menerapkan strategi ofensif untuk menembus pasar dan membentuk basis massa pemilih dengan menonjolkan pesan politik tentang keterlibatan generasi muda, inklusivitas anak muda, serta komitmen anti korupsi dan anti intoleransi. Strategi ini dilakukan melalui kampanye door to door dan media sosial, dengan target audiens mencakup masyarakat minoritas, literat, dan anak muda yang aktif di media sosial. Dengan memahami kondisi sosial masyarakat di Dapil Sulsel 1, strategi ini berpotensi besar untuk sukses, meningkatkan citra partai, dan menggalang dukungan kuat. Namun, partai politik belum optimal dalam menjalankan fungsinya, terlihat dari proses internal dan struktural yang belum berjalan baik, kurangnya penanaman nilai kepada pengurus dan anggota, serta kemandirian partai yang masih dipengaruhi hubungan dengan sumber otoritas dan pengetahuan publik yang belum kuat.
