Abstract

This study is concerned with how to develop and carry out a risk management strategy at PT Meat Tech, a startup in the imported beef business. Following the ISO 31000:2018 standard, the research uses a qualitative-descriptive strategy to spot, review, assess and tackle risks within the organization. The research finds that PT Meat Tech deals with significant weaknesses in operations, human assets and finances. A risk assessment matrix helped the company score and prioritize threats which led to the planning of targeted solutions, division of tasks and checking risk levels after these measures were carried out. The research points out that structured plans improve alignment and accountability, but note they do not always work as intended when faced with resource issues. According to the study, although PT Meat Tech grasps the concepts of risk governance well, the sustainability is linked to always adapting, making investments and introducing real-time monitoring. Using these lessons, SMEs specializing in high-risk, logistics-based operations can create and strengthen their systems for handling risks.

Abstract

The current research is exploring the impact of the QRIS transaction use and digital literacy on the revenue of culinary MSMEs in Makassar City. Based on primary data that constitutes structured questionnaires administered to 50 culinary MSME actors, multiple linear regression analysis will be used in the study to study both individual and combined effects of the variables. Based on the results, QRIS adoption and digital literacy indicated that these two variables have significant positive effects on MSME income. Further, when used simultaneously, these factors have synergetic effect on financial performance. The results indicate that, as QRIS offers an effective and safe transaction platform, it is of the best use when the operators are digitally literate enough to apply the technology to the greater business model. The research will help in MSME digitalization given that it highlights the synergetic nature of using payment technology with human capital capabilities. The implications propose that policy initiatives targeting to enhance the performance of MSMEs in the digital economies should be directed to both access and the enhancement of digital competencies of MSME actors.

Abstract

Financial literacy plays a crucial role in supporting sustainable development and is a fundamental need for individuals in managing their finances. Although Generation Z (Gen Z) is considered tech-savvy, this skill does not always correlate with a high level of financial literacy. The main challenge faced by Gen Z is the increasing temptation of consumerism, driven by various digital facilities such as e-commerce apps and electronic payment services, which make spending easier without proper planning. Despite their relatively high financial literacy, consumer behavior influenced by digital technology remains an obstacle. This study aims to analyze the impact of financial behavior and financial experience on the level of financial literacy among Gen Z, who play a significant role in the digital economy. This research is a quantitative study with a survey approach. The purposive sampling technique was used to select the research sample, with a sample size of 160 respondents calculated using the Hair formula. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Gen Z respondents (born between 1995-2012) who are pursuing higher education (diploma or bachelor’s degree) at colleges or universities and reside in Purworejo Regency. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method using smartPLS 3.3.9 software. The research findings show that financial behavior and financial experience have a positive and significant partial impact on financial literacy among Generation Z in Purworejo. Therefore, it is important to enhance Generation Z's understanding and involvement in daily financial activities to strengthen their financial literacy.

Abstract

The research examines the effects of cash flow management and receivables control on business liquidity at trading companies within Makassar Central Market. The research investigates how operational cash flow management together with receivable processes support financial reliability when informal credit systems exist in conjunction with restricted formal financial institution services. The researchers conducted quantitative surveys with 100 market trading companies to apply regression analysis on cash and receivables management effects on liquidity levels. Liquidity enhancement arises from effective cash management and especially from receivables management according to research findings. Businesses can decrease their reliance on outside financing sources while satisfying short-term debts by handling receivables effectively in order to receive cash flow improvements in a timely manner. The analysis identifies the necessity for financial management systems which fit specific situations encountered in informal markets that lack traditional accounting systems. The research contributes useful knowledge about liquidity management in small enterprises while providing valuable advice to trading companies which aim to develop their financial management methods. The study outlines prospective recommendations for improving market trader financial skills while expanding their access to official financial products.

Abstract

The study is aimed at comparing the clinical and institutional outcomes of using two postoperative analgesics regimens, Epidural Levobupivacaine and Syringe Pump Fentanyl, and how these drugs interfere with analgesia control and resource consumptions, patient satisfactory, and system performance. A comparative observational research design was used which covered 60 patients of Total Knee Replacement (TKR) who were in a tertiary orthopedic center. The participants were at random allocated to an Epidural Levobupivacaine or Fentanyl protocol. The collected data included pain scores, adverse events, the readiness of the patient to leave, and satisfaction questionnaires and efficiencies of hospitals in terms of data. The data were analyzed using descriptive and comparative approaches. The Epidural group of patients recorded less pain scores, fewer adverse effects, earlier mobilization and shorter length of stay. The scores of the satisfaction on pain control, comfort and responsiveness were significantly more in the Epidural group. The mode of operation also demonstrated better nursing efficiency and discharge planning, and risk indicators were reduced, e.g. escalation to high-dependency care, with the use of the epidural protocol. Epidural Levobupivacaine represents an effective operational and clinical performance that demonstrates that it can be used as a strategical standar in elective orthopedis care based on systemic opioids. In addition to the analgesic effectiveness, the protocol improves institutional efficiency, minimizes the clinical risk, intensifies patient experience and fits the contemporary performance-based healthcare provision. Pain management must therefore be redefined as an impact component that has a cross-functional component of hospital service design.
