This study investigates how Financial Literacy and Digital Innovation contribute to the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It fills a gap in empirical research concerning the effects of financial literacy and digital innovation on MSME growth. A conceptual framework grounded in agency theory has been established. The research involved distributing 200 questionnaires to MSME stakeholders in Sidenreng Rappang District, South Sulawesi. Data was gathered through surveys and analyzed using multiple regression to evaluate the influence and interaction of these two factors on MSME performance. Hypotheses were tested via multiple linear regression to assess how independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results show that both financial literacy and digital innovation have a significant individual impact on MSME performance. Moreover, the interaction of financial literacy and digital innovation also positively influences MSME performance. These findings are anticipated to offer valuable insights for policymakers in crafting programs that enhance MSME growth through improved financial literacy and digital innovation. Additionally, academics can further contribute to the advancement of new theories and knowledge in this area. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Digital Innovation, SME Performance.

This research examines how Indonesian travel professionals interpret and practice Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through sustainable development of the tourism industry. The researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with travel professionals from both management and operations who used qualitative descriptive methods to gather data. The analysis of collected data demonstrated that local ethical conduct drives CSR objectives in this industry instead of standardized formal guidelines. Participants brought forth responsibility factors through how they conducted their regular business activities while maintaining ethical practices toward workers and tourists and showing cultural competence and environmental consciousness together with community involvement. This research disproves conventional CSR standards that prioritize institutionalized reporting systems through its discovery of “relational CSR” based on local cultural values and frontline social interactions. Through their ethical mediatory function tourism operators provide educational services that maintain indigenous cultural value while creating balanced relationships with native communities. The principles of CSR exhibit diverse levels of maturity between businesses although organizations base their practices on authentic moral commitments regardless of weak official backing.

The development of digital technology is currently triggering an online shopping model characterized by the development of marketplaces and online marketing strategies to attract consumer interest. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the marketing strategy of the Shopee discount flash sale marketplace on online impulsive buying. This research is a quantitative study where the sample determination uses Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique to Mercubaktijaya University Padang students. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software version 26. The results showed that the correlation between the discount flash sale variable and online impulsive buying showed a positive correlation relationship with a value of 0.546 with a correlation strength level of moderate. There is an influence between the discount flash sale variable on online impulsive buying. This can be seen in the value of t count) (2.128) > t table (1.98422), and the significance value (0.036) <0.05. When viewed from the coefficient beta value, the discount flash sale variable has a contribution in online impulsive buying of 0.270 which shows a unidirectional relationship between the discount flash sale variable and online impulsive buying, which means that if the activity of the discount flash sale increases, it will make impulsive buying activity on Shopee increase as well.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative tool in Human Resource Management (HRM), particularly in employee age verification for legal compliance and workforce planning. Verifying employee age is crucial in ensuring adherence to labor regulations that prohibit child labor and enforce age-related employment restrictions, especially in high-risk industries such as construction and manufacturing. This study explores how AI-based dental radiographic analysis can be integrated into HRM to provide a more objective, accurate, and fraud-resistant alternative to conventional identity verification methods. The research examines various AI techniques, including deep learning models such as ResNet, VGG16, and EfficientNet, and machine learning approaches like Random Forest and Support Vector Machines, which enhance classification accuracy in age estimation. While AI has demonstrated high efficiency in forensic and medical applications, its adaptation to HRM requires addressing critical challenges, including data privacy concerns, regulatory acceptance, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, integrating AI into HRM demands a framework that aligns with labor laws and ethical considerations to ensure compliance and minimize potential biases in AI-based decision-making. This study suggests that AI-driven age verification can improve recruitment accuracy, support legal workforce management, and reduce risks associated with underage employment. Future research should focus on the economic feasibility of AI implementation in HRM, sector-specific case studies, and regulatory frameworks that facilitate AI adoption in labor compliance.

Employee performance plays a vital role in determining the success of an organization, particularly in government institutions where efficiency and effectiveness in public service delivery are crucial. This study analyzes the performance of employees in the General and Protocol Section of the North Toraja Regency Regional Secretariat based on six key indicators: quality, quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, independence, and work commitment. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing primary data from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from relevant documents. Findings indicate that while employee performance is generally good, several areas require improvement, including the update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), asset management, and training participation. Furthermore, independence in task execution is still influenced by hierarchical decision-making, and financial realization has not fully met the targeted budget allocation. Strengthening work discipline, improving resource allocation, and enhancing communication and collaboration among employees are recommended to optimize performance outcomes.
