Abstract

The digital industry is growing rapidly until it can easily meet the community's needs. Especially since the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been going on since early 2020 in Indonesia, has forced people to use technology to meet their daily needs, one of which is the use of the Tokopedia application to buy food products. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand leadership and brand trust on repurchase intentions by active users of Tokopedia with a sample of 108 respondents. In distributing the questionnaire using a Likert scale and using PLS. Based on the examination of the data, there is a positive influence of brand leadership on repurchase intentions and a positive influence of brand trust on repurchase intentions. This research can provide information about the dimensions that Tokopedia can improve to strengthen each variable in the future. This research has limitations and recommendations for future researchers to produce better research.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to analyze the data which includes testing the validity, reliability, Spearman Rank correlation, and the coefficient of determination. Questionnaires, observations, and literature searches were used to collect data from 94 patients in the Outpatient Unit of the Bandung Eye Center Eye Hospital. The results of this study indicate that the quality of health services at RSM Eye Center Bandung is very good with a score of 85.5 percent. The satisfaction level of outpatients produces a value of 85%, which means that patient satisfaction is very good. The Spearman Rank correlation test is 0.631, which means it is strong at the interval 0.60 – 0.799 and is tested on the coefficient of determination giving a figure of 40%, meaning that 60% is still influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Halal products are one part of business development based on business ethics, one of the efforts to maintain the halalness of products, it requires good cooperation between producers, government, and consumers. This is in accordance with what is stated in the teachings of the Islamic religion which encourages every business actor, especially in the food sector to maintain the halalness of the product.The Babakan Rahayu Bread UKM Center is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field, at this time not all of the activities of producing halal bread are guaranteed halal products. For this reason, researchers are interested in conducting research related to the halalness of products related to the application of business ethics in that place.The research method used is descriptive analysis, which is a method to examine, observe, and conduct interviews with informants, namely business actors, cooperative heads, consumers, and the Bandung City MSME Cooperative Office as one of the agencies that guarantees the halalness of products.The results showed that the bread-making activities in the bakery center in Babakan Rahayu, Bandung, turned out that the business actors did not really feel the importance of halal certification but most of them had carried out business activities based on business ethics principles, especially those concerning employee management, business development, and advertising (marketing). product)Suggestions that researchers convey include increasing business awareness in encouraging halal certification, it requires encouragement / motivation from various parties so that all business actors in the place are more aware of halal certification.Keywords: product halalness and business ethics.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 adalah wabah virus global yang berdampak sangat signifikan pada melemahnya pertumbuhan ekonomi, khusunya pada para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Namun di tengah masa pandemi, banyak para pelaku UMKM yang berusaha untuk bertahan ditengah krisis ekonomi yang terjadi pada masa pandemi ini. Moika Food merupakan salah satu UMKM yang masih bertahan ditengah turunnya daya beli masyarakat akibat dampak pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan usaha UMKM MoikaFood mengalami penurunan pada aspek keuangan dan belum tersedianya laporan keuangan secara terpisah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dari pemilik usaha atau bagian administrasi sehingga pendapatan atau hasil penjualan menjadi menyatu dengan operasional rumah tangga. Dalam penelitian ini merupakan sebuah jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan Metode Survei (Field Study) yang mana peneliti melakukan pengamatan langsung untuk mendapatkan informasi secara akurat dengan berdasarkan kepada informasi serta data yang ada dalam sampel melakukan wawancara sesuai dengan pedoman wawancara kepada pemilik usaha. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Moika Food tetap berusaha untuk membuat perencanaan dana dengan mengalokasikan modalnya untuk kebutuhan operasional usaha, meskipun Pelaku usaha belum bisa memisahakan antara keuntungan pribadi maupun keuntungan usaha karena keterbatasan modal dan keuntungan yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Tingginya persaingan bisnis di industri makanan menuntut para pelaku bisnis agar menerapkan strategi yang tepat pada produknya dengan harapan dapat menarik minat beli konsumen dan tidak beralih ke pesaing. Salah satunya seperti yang dilakukan UD Tajul Anwar yakni dengan melakukan beberapa inovasi selama 4 tahun terkahir pada produk keripik jagung Tatochis-nya seperti merubah kemasan produk dengan kemasan yang lebih menarik dan berkualitas. Hal tersebut berdampak pada harga jual produk yang sedikit mengalami kenaikan, namun sepadan dengan kualitas yang didapatkan. Menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik puposive sampling, serta teknik analisis data dengan model regresi, didapatkan hasil jika inovasi harga dan harga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli baik secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced industrial development, many companies are increasing their innovation. That way the competition between companies with other companies is getting tougher. Various strategies have been used to increase consumer buying interest, one strategy that is very influential in people's buying interest is the marketing or promotion strategy. Television is one type of technology that is in the scope of communication, therefore many companies use television to market their products. Television is an electronic media that is still effective in increasing consumer buying interest until now as a marketing medium for a company's product. Therefore, this research paper aims to see the effect of television as a marketing medium on consumer buying interest. This research uses library research or literature research methods. There are results from this study which state that television has an efficient effect as a marketing medium that can increase consumer buying interest. Abstract

A commodity that plays an important role in all economic activities is fuel oil (BBM). The direct impact of this change in oil prices is a change in operational costs which results in a corrected level of profit for direct investment activities. In simple terms, the aim of investment is to maximize prosperity through profit, and investors always try to invest in efficient and safe investments. The increase in fuel prices in Indonesia is not only due to the sharp growth of the world oil market, but also because domestic supply is insufficient compared to demand. Of course, the increase in fuel prices has also had an exponential effect on Indonesia's key macroeconomic indicators.

Abstract

CV Dian Nur Purnama is a family-owned company as well as one of the leading SMEs in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, which is engaged in the trading and manufacturing industry of Sirmione branded footwear products. There are several problems faced by CV Dian Nur Purnama in developing its business as follows: the foresight in increasing strong determination of raw material quality is still using synthesis rather than leather and the quantity of production is still lacking due to constraints on limited raw materials then providing motivation and increasing HR creativity (limited availability of labor in certain skills when requiring more workers when there are large orders). The Business Model Canvas which changes a certain method in identifying a more detail type of business that is being or will be undertaken, consists of nine key elements that are integrated with one another, and includes strategic analysis internally and externally for a business unit. Nine key elements, namely: (1). Customer Segment, (2). Value Proposition, (3). Channels, (4) Customer Relations, (5). Income Stream, (6). Primary Resources, (7). Main Activity, (8). Partnership Relations, (9). Cost Structure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical process of data analysis before being in the field, and data analysis in the field includes: data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results obtained show that most of CV Dian Nur Purnama has strengths in customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, main resources, main activities, partnership relationships, and cost structure. A small number of competitors are a threat to the sustainability of CV Dian Purnama. Companies have weaknesses in obtaining sources of license revenue, advertising, or when problems occur within the organization. The company continues to maintain or further improve its strengths, minimizes weaknesses, the company must maximize the company's sources of income, as well as inevitable threat which is making competitors become partners. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the balanced scorecard in improving company performance at PT. Royal Permata Indah. The results of the research carried out are expected to be considered in designing a balanced scorecard-based performance measurement system for companies. So that the management and company members can translate the company's vision, mission and strategy into measurable and well-planned actions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The data collection used is interviews using interviews accompanied by observation techniques and literature. Data analysis techniques using interactive model analysis consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Industri pertanian merupakan sektor vital bagi kelangsungan pangan Indonesia. Hasil dari industri pertanian merupakan makanan pokok bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Hasil pertanian seperti beras, padi, gandum, dan singkong merupakan sumber karbohidrat paling dibutuhkan masyarakat Indonesia untuk di konsumsi. Dari banyaknya tanaman pangan yang di kembangkan di industri pertanian, jagung merupakan salah satu produk pertanian yang cenderung mudah untuk dibudidayakan. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Madura Jawa Timur. Madura yang mayoritas lahan kering, cocok untuk budidaya jagung. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitis yang merupakan gabungan dari metode deskriptif dan metode analitis. Pendekatan yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penetuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang mana sampel yang di gunakan di tentukan dengan sengaja. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 30 petani jagung yang masih aktif melakukan kegiatan pemasaran jagung. Penelitian ini menganalisa marjin yang di peroleh petani dan saluran paling efisien yang digunakan oleh petani.
