Abstract

This study discusses how the influence of Human Resource Competence on the Performance of Bank Sumut Lahewa Branch Employees. This study aims to determine how human resource competence affects and how much influence it has on the performance of employees of the Bank Sumut Lahewa Branch. This study used an inference data analysis approach method, with a saturated sample of 32 people which made all employee populations at Bank Sumut Lahewa Branch into samples in this study. The data collection technique in this study was using questionnaire dissemination techniques. This research uses analysis techniques of Data Verification, Hypothesis Test (t-Test and F Test), Coefficient of Determination, and Correlation Coefficient. And Linear Regression analysis is simple. Data processing in this study uses the Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of this study show that partially the competence of Human Resources has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Bank Sumut Lahewa Branch Employees. It is simultaneously observed that Human Data Source Competence has a significant positive influence on the Performance of Bank Sumut Lahewa Branch Employees.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini melakukan observasi pada kantor PT. JNE Express Cabang Kota Gunungsitoli dengan menemukan identifikasi masalah yang terjadi dilokasi penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa layanan dan profesionalitas dalam pengiriman barang yang mengalami kerusakan barang dan kehilangan. Tujuan penelitian untuk sistem pengendalian internal saat ini dalam mengatur dan mengawasi proses pengiriman barang pada PT. JNE Express Cabang Kota Gunungsitoli dan mengetahui faktor-faktor kelemahan pada sistem pengendalian internal barang pada perusahaan jasa ekspedisi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian Dalam penanganan kerusakan barang, kehilangan barang, atau ketidaksesuaian pengiriman, PT. JNE Express Cabang Gunungsitoli memberikan penjelasan yang cepat dan fasilitasi pemahaman konsumen dengan memberikan informasi dan komunikasi yang tepat dengan aplikasi MY JNE. Proses klaim pengembalian barang juga dijelaskan dengan baik kepada pelanggan, termasuk panduan untuk mengajukan klaim secara tepat kepada toko atau marketplace yang bersangkutan dan Kelemahan ini dapat berdampak fatal pada reputasi perusahaan, karena dapat menurunkan tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Kualitas sumber daya manusia memegang peran penting dalam mengendalikan sistem internal, namun kelemahan dalam pengendalian internal dapat muncul akibat kurangnya profesionalisme, integritas, dan pemahaman tugas yang memadai dari karyawan.

Abstract

Personal protective equipment (PPE) refers to gear utilized to safeguard individuals from hazards, accidents, and work-related illnesses. It is typically employed in environments where there is a heightened risk of harm to workers and those around them. This equipment encompasses garments and accessories designed to shield workers from hazardous substances, processes, machinery/tools, facilities, and surroundings, thereby reducing the likelihood of accidents and illnesses. PPE should be comfortable to wear and should not impede work in order to provide effective protection. Its primary objective is to prevent work-related diseases. The use of PPE is not limited to workers alone but extends to anyone entering and interacting with the work environment. PPE is intertwined with occupational safety and health (OSH) because it contributes to maintaining OSH standards. OSH, as mandated by labor laws, revolves around ensuring the physical and mental well-being of the workforce, with a focus on accident and illness prevention and management in the workplace.

Abstract

Mini market dalam dunia perdagangan saat ini adalah toko yang menjual kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan ruang yang tidak terlalu luas. Mini market bukan lagi merupakan hal asing bagi masyarakat umum, terutama yang tinggal di kota-kota besar. Yuki Mart merupakan mini market yang beralamat di Jl. Sudirman No.79 desa Afilaza Kota Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh strategi marketing mix terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Yuki Mart Kota Gunungsitoli dan untuk mengetahui strategi marketing mix apa saja yang dilakukan oleh Yuki Mart dalam meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian gabungan/campuran (mixed methods). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket/kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian kuantiatif, peneliti akan menyebarkan angket kepada 35 responden (konsumen) di Yuki Mart, pengolahan data menggunaan bantuan SPSS version  27. Setelah penelitian kuantitatif selesai maka, peneliti akan melakukan wawancara kepada 2 orang informan. Kemudian, data yang telah diperoleh dari informan akan dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa hubungan antara marketing mix dan loyalitas konsumen pada mini market Yuki Mart Kota Gunungsitoli mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,866. Dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh bahwa pengaruh marketing mix terhadap loyalitas konsumen sebesar 75,1% dan sisanya sebesar 24,9 dijalankan oleh faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini serta dari hasil uji hipotesis atau uji t membuktikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dimana terdapat pengaruh marketing mix terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Yuki Mart Kota Gunungsitoli.

Abstract

Perkembangan dalam dunia bisnis seiring berjalannya waktumaka terciptanya suatu perkembangan yang begitu pesat dari berbagai macam aspek. Pengusaha harus berusaha untuk mempertahankan posisi dalam persaingan pesat yang sedang berlangsung di era globalisasi. Fenomena perkembangan pesat yang sering terjadi dalam dunia bisnis tercermin pada suatu tindakan untuk mempertahankan kualitas mutu suatu produk yang berkualitas, sehingga pengusaha dapat mempertahankan permintaan dan kepuasan pelanggan atau konsumen dimana salah satu jaminan mutu ialah pemberian label halal pada produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden adalah karyawan dan konsumen UD. Wery Bakery Kota Gunungsitoli tepatnya di Desa Miga berbelanja dan menikmati produk dari UD.Wery Bakery Kota Gunungsitoli sebanyak 40 orang dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket, kemudian melakukan uji validitas data, uji reliabilitas data, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas), uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Quality Assurance terhadap Jumlah Permintaan Produk Di UD.Wery Bakery Kota Gunungsitoli dapat dilihat dari nilai hasil Uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Quality Assurance yang baik akan meningkatkan permintaan produk. Kata Kunci: Quality Assurance, Permintaan Produk, Label Halal.

Abstract

The problem phenomenon that emerged at the research location was the emergence of current furniture trends and styles, ergonomically made by considering comfort, efficiency and minimalism that emphasizes simplicity but elegance that is in great demand by customers.The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, a sample of 30 people was taken from the population according to the guidelines.The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was obtained that product design has a significant influence on product quality at UD. Meto. This is reinforced by the T-statistic value of 3.058 and the P-value (Sig.) Of 0.005 which is smaller than alpha (0.05). Therefore, improving product design can be an effective strategy to improve product quality. Process Design also has a significant influence on product quality at UD. Meto. The T-statistic value of 3.413 and the P-value (Sig.) Of 0.002 indicate that process design plays an important role in shaping product quality. Therefore, planning and process design strategy can improve the level of product quality. Together, Product Design and Process Design have a positive and significant influence on Product Quality at UD. Meto. The results of the F-Statistic test of 37.769 and P-value (Sig.) of 0.000 indicate that the combination of product design and process design has a greater impact on product quality.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli, memeneliti tentang distribusi logistik dan kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli dimana peneliti menemukan beberapa fenomena- fenomena atau permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu tingkat akurasi dan ketepatan waktu dalam pengiriman paket yang banyak dikeluhkan oleh pelanggan, tingkat layanan dan kinerja pegawai yang tidak maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Apakah ada Pengaruh Distribusi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Gunungsitoli dan seberapa besar pengaruh Distribusi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Gunungsitoli. Responden sebanyak 40 orang. Sedangkan pada pengujian analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinan, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian tersebut dengan bantuan program SPSS Version 26, Hasil perhitungan Uji Reliabilitas Variabel X adalah 0,847 > 0,60 dan Variabel Y sebesar 0,999 0,60 sehingga dapat dinyatakan reliable dar pada Uji Koefisien Determinan (R Square) menunjukkan nilai sebesa 0,55, yang berarti bahwa nilai determinasi apabila di persenkan berac pada nilai 55% nilai variabel distribusi terhadap variabel kepuas pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Distibusi Logistik Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of employee performance and public services at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekar, Nias Regency. The main focus of the study is how employee performance can affect the improvement of the quality of public services provided to the community. By using qualitative methods, data were obtained through field interviews with informants from various levels in the company. The results of the study showed that although employee performance in general was good, there were still several aspects that needed improvement, especially in terms of service speed and customer assistance. In addition, more routine and intensive evaluations were needed to maintain consistent service quality. In terms of public services, PT. PNM Mekar has shown a high commitment, but there is still room to improve effectiveness and efficiency in handling customer needs. Based on the results of interviews with the informants above, it can be explained that the competence of PT. PNM Mekar officers in serving customers is already at an adequate level. However, further improvements, especially in terms of understanding customer needs in depth and continuous training, can help improve service quality and provide a greater positive impact on the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of project management and project quality on the achievement of road infrastructure development targets at CV. Aswan, located in Togimbogi Village. The research methods used include direct observation at the project site, distributing questionnaires to respondents involved in the project, and analyzing relevant documents to support the data obtained. The questionnaire measured respondents' perceptions of project management and project quality implemented. The data collected were then analyzed using SPSS version 25 software to ensure the validity and reliability of the research instrument. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive influence between project management and project quality on the achievement of road infrastructure development targets. The population in this study was all workers at CV. ASWAN, totaling 32 people. There are (Three) variables studied in this study, namely: 1) project management. 2) project quality, 3) road infrastructure development. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire. This study also identified several challenges faced in project implementation, such as delays and communication problems between teams. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for CV. Aswan management in formulating more effective strategies in project implementation, as well as being a reference for further research in the field of project and construction management. Thus, this study contributes to the development of project management science in Indonesia

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli, researching the distribution of logistics and customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli where researchers found several phenomena or problems that occurred, namely the level of accuracy and timeliness in package delivery that were widely complained about by customers, the level of service and employee performance that were not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an Influence of Distribution on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli City and how much influence Distribution had on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Gunungsitoli City. Respondents were 40 people. While in the data analysis test using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis test. The test results with the help of the SPSS Version 26 program, the calculation results of the Reliability Test of Variable X are 0.847 > 0.60 and Variable Y is 0.999 0.60 so that it can be stated as reliable from the Determinant Coefficient Test (R Square) showing a value of 0.55, which means that the determination value when expressed as a percentage is at a value of 55% of the distribution variable value against the customer satisfaction variable.
