Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan E-Magazine interaktif sebagai media promosi digital bagi Smiling Coral Indonesia (SCI), sebuah kelompok konservasi berbasis di Pulau Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu. SCI selama ini mengandalkan media sosial dan brosur digital, namun konten yang disajikan masih bersifat umum, terbatas, dan belum merepresentasikan identitas maupun nilai konservasi secara menyeluruh. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang dibatasi pada tahap analisis kebutuhan dan desain. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pengelola SCI, serta dokumentasi visual kegiatan. Analisis kebutuhan ditinjau dengan konsep STP (Segmentasi, Targeting, Positioning), yang menunjukkan bahwa target utama SCI adalah wisatawan individu dengan minat pada wisata edukatif dan konservasi, sementara target sekunder mencakup perusahaan dan lembaga pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dirancanglah SCIMagz, E-Magazine interaktif yang menyajikan profil SCI, program konservasi, wisata edukatif, hingga testimoni dan penghargaan. Desain dikembangkan menggunakan Canva Pro dan ditampilkan secara interaktif melalui platform digital, dengan visual yang menonjolkan tema bahari dan keberlanjutan. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa SCIMagz dapat menjadi media promosi yang lebih menarik, informatif, dan terintegrasi dibandingkan strategi promosi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut melalui uji kelayakan dan implementasi nyata agar SCIMagz berfungsi optimal sebagai sarana promosi wisata bahari berbasis konservasi.Kata Kunci: Wisata Bahari, Smiling Coral Indonesia, E-Magazine, Promosi Digital, Konservasi LautABSTRACTThis study focuses on the design of an interactive E-Magazine as a digital promotional medium for Smiling Coral Indonesia (SCI), a conservation group based on Pramuka Island, Kepulauan Seribu. SCI has relied on social media and digital brochures; however, the content presented remains general, limited, and has not fully represented its identity or conservation values. Therefore, this research employs the Research and Development (RD) method with the ADDIE development model, limited to the needs analysis and design stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews with SCI managers, and visual documentation of activities. The needs analysis was reviewed using the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) concept, which indicated that SCI’s primary target is individual tourists interested in educational and conservation tourism, while the secondary target includes companies and educational institutions. Based on the analysis, SCIMagz was designed as an interactive E-Magazine presenting SCI’s profile, conservation programs, educational tourism, as well as testimonials and achievements. The design was developed using Canva Pro and displayed interactively through digital platforms, highlighting marine and sustainability themes. The design results demonstrate that SCIMagz can serve as a more engaging, informative, and integrated promotional medium compared to previous strategies. This research provides a foundation for further development through feasibility testing and real implementation to ensure that SCIMagz functions optimally as a promotional medium for conservation-based marine tourism.Keywords: Marine Tourism, Smiling Coral Indonesia, Interactive E-Magazine, Digital Promotion, Marine Conservation

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemilihan desa Ujung Baji sebagai lokasi penelitian karena merupakan sentra pengembangan rumput laut di Takalar. Mayoritas masyarakat berkegiatan sebagai petani budidaya rumput laut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik kesesuaian lahan budidaya rumput laut di Desa Ujung Baji Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar, serta 2) Memetakan kesesuaian lahan budidaya rumput laut di Desa Ujung Baji Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar. Metode penentuan titik lokasi perairan dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis skoring dan analisis overlay. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Karakteristik kesesuaian lahan budidaya rumput laut di Desa Ujung Baji menunjukkan bahwa lahan yang berada pada perairan dalam merupakan lahan yang cukup sesuai untuk budidaya rumput laut, hal ini didukung oleh parameter suhu 27 oC – 28 oC, salinitas 28 ppt – 31 ppt dan substrat pasir dengan kisaran sangat sesuai, serta parameter kedalaman 2,9 – 3,3 m, kecerahan 2,5 – 3,1 m, dan pH 7,42 – 7,66 dengan kisaran cukup sesuai. Hasil pemetaan kesesuaian lahan budidaya rumput laut di Desa Ujung Baji menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan yang sesuai untuk pengembangan budidaya rumput laut yang ditinjau dari parameter-parameter pertumbuhan ekologis perairan menghasilkan dua kategori kesesuaian lahan rumput laut. Kategori lahan yang cukup sesuai untuk budidaya rumput laut ditandai dengan warna kuning yang memiliki luas 303,77 ha yang berada pada perairan dan kategori lahan tidak sesuai untuk budidaya rumput laut ditandai dengan warna merah yang memiliki luas 204,37 ha yang berada pada perairan dalam dari total luas lahan keseluruhan yaitu 508,14 ha. The majority of people work as seaweed farmers. The aims of this research are 1) Identifying the suitability characteristics of seaweed cultivation land in Ujung Baji Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency, and 2) Map the suitability of seaweed cultivation land in Ujung Baji Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. Method for determining water location points using random sampling technique. The data analysis used is scoring analysis and overlay analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the suitability characteristics of seaweed cultivation land in Ujung Baji Village show that land located in deep water is quite suitable land for seaweed cultivation, this is supported by temperature parameters of 27 oC - 28oC, salinity of 28 - 31 ppt and sand substrate. with a very suitable range, as well as depth parameters of 2.9 – 3.3 m, brightness 2.5 – 3.1 m, and pH 7.42 – 7.66 with a quite suitable range. The results of mapping the suitability of seaweed cultivation land in Ujung Baji Village show that the area of land suitable for developing seaweed cultivation in terms of aquatic ecological growth parameters produces two categories of seaweed land suitability. The land category that is quite suitable for seaweed cultivation is marked in yellow which has an area of 303.77 ha which is in waters and the land category which is not suitable for seaweed cultivation is marked in red which has an area of 204.37 ha which is in deep waters of the total area. Abstract

ABSTRAKHutan mangrove merupakan salah satu ekosistem yang mendukung keberadaan berbagai organisme hidup, salah satunya yaitu makrozoobenthos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asosiasi antara kerapatan mangrove dengan kelimpahan makrozoobenthos dengan vegetasi yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan di Labuhan Mangrove Education Park menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 9 plot transek berukuran 10x10 m menggunakan metode line transect dan setiap plot transek terdapat sub-plot berukuran 1x1 m. Ditemukan sebanyak 19 spesies makrozoobenthos dari 3 kelas (Gastropoda, Bivalvia, dan Crustacea) dengan kelimpahan individu berkisar antara 0,06–17,89 ind/m2 dan kelimpahan per pengulangan sebesar 2,80-9,63 ind/m2. Indeks keanekaragaman makrozoobenthos tergolong rendah hingga sedang (0,57–1,52), indeks keseragaman dalam kategori rendah hingga tinggi (0,32–0,68), serta indeks dominansi yang tergolong tidak ada hingga ada spesies yang mendominasi (0,32–0,76). Hasil uji Pearson menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,249 (p 0,05) yang artinya tidak ada asosiasi yang signifikan antara kelimpahan makrozoobenthos dan kerapatan mangrove.Kata Kunci: Asosiasi, Kelimpahan, Makrozoobenthos, Mangrove, Labuhan Mangrove Education ParkABSTRACTMangrove forests are one of the ecosystems that support the existence of various living organisms, one of which is macrozoobenthos. This study aims to determine the association between mangrove density and macrozoobenthos abundance with different vegetation. The study was conducted at Labuhan Mangrove Education Park using a quantitative descriptive method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out on 9 transect plots measuring 10x10 m using the line transect method, and each transect plot had a sub-plot measuring 1x1 m. A total of 19 macrozoobenthos species from 3 classes (Gastropoda, Bivalvia, and Crustacea) were found, with individual abundance ranging from 0.06 to 17,89 ind/m2 and abundance per repetition of 2,80-9,63 ind/m2. The macrozoobenthos diversity index was classified as low to moderate (0,57–1,52), the evenness index was in the low to high category (0,32–0,68), and the dominance index was classified as no to dominant species (0,32–0,76). The Pearson test results showed a significance value of 0.249 (p 0,05), which means that there is no significant association between macrozoobenthos abundance and mangrove density.Keywords: Association, Abundance, Macrozoobenthos, Mangrove, Labuhan Mangrove Education Park

Abstract

ABSTRAKSenyawa metabolit sekunder merupakan senyawa yang diproduksi suatu makhluk hidup untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup, sebagai bentuk upaya mempertahankan diri dari predator alaminya. Ikan buntal adalah satu organisme laut yang memiliki potensi dalam menghasilkan metabolit sekunder. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbandingan larutan eluen dan fraksi yang optimal untuk menentukan senyawa metabolit sekunder flavonoid pada daging ikan buntal Arothron manilensis. Metode penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Skrining Fitokimia dan Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT) untuk mendeteksi senyawa metabolit sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penentuan eluen, kepolaran eluen maupun pereaksi yang digunakan sangat memengaruhi nampaknya profil senyawa metabolit sekunder. Pada fraksi etil asetat senyawa metabolit sekunder flavonoid terlihat paling kuat sedangkan pada fraksi n-hexana senyawa flavonoid terlihat lemah. Kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder pada ikan buntal Arothron manilensis mengandung komponen senyawa flavonoid. Kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder flavonoid pada ikan buntal A. manilensis menunjukkan nilai Rf 0.5-0.975 yang memiliki potensi sebagai antioksidan. Diperlukan kembali pengujian High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), untuk memisahkan molekul senyawa metabolit sekunder dalam waktu minimum.Kata Kunci: Arothron manilensis, Flavonoid, KLT, Skrining Fitokimia.ABSTRACTSecondary metabolites are compounds that are produced by living things to maintain life, as a form of effort to defend themselves from natural predators. Pufferfish are the only marine organisms that have the potential to produce secondary metabolites. The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparisonof eluent solutions and optimal fractions to determine the secondary metabolite compounds of flavonoids in the flesh of the pufferfish Arothron manilensis. The research method was carried out using Phytochemical Screening and Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) methods to detect secondary metabolites. Research results showed that the determination of the eluent, the polarity of the eluent, and the reagents used greatly affect the appearance of the secondary metabolite compound profile. In the ethyl acetate fraction, the secondary metabolite flavonoid compound is the most prominent, while in the n-hexane fraction, the flavonoid compounds are not visible. The content of secondary metabolites in puffer fish (Arothron manilensis) contains flavonoid compounds. The content of flavonoid secondary metabolites in puffer fish A. manilensis showed an Rf value of 0.5-0.975 which has potential as an antioxidant. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) testing is needed again, to separate the secondary metabolite compound molecules in a minimum time.Keywords: Arothron manilensis, Flavonoids, Phytochemical Screening, TLC

Abstract

ABSTRAKTepung tapioka merupakan salah satu bahan hidrokoloid dalam pembuatan edible film namun memiliki sifat gel yang lemah dan mudah robek sehingga perlu penambahan agar (Gelidium sp.). Penambahan agar dalam pembuatan edible film berbasis tepung tapioka bertujuan agar edible film yang dihasilkan memiliki karakteristik yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui konsentrasi agar terbaik sebagai polisakarida tambahan untuk memperbaiki nilai kuat tarik pada edible film berbahan tepung tapioka.  Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa perbedaan konsentrasi agar, yaitu P1= 0,12%, P2= 0,14%, dan P3= 0,16%. Karakteristik yang di uji berupa ketebalan, water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), kuat tarik, kadar air, dan kelarutan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam satu arah (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan konsentrasi agar pada edible film berbeda nyata terhadap ketebalan sebesar 0,042-0,52 mm, kuat tarik sebesar 15,39-21,43 MPa, tetapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), kadar air, dan kelarutan. Formulasi P3 menghasilkan karakteristik edible film terbaik. Perlakuan ini menunjukkan kuat tarik tertinggi (21,43 MPa), WVTR terendah (3,84 g/m²/hari), serta nilai ketebalan, kadar air, dan kelarutan yang masih dalam batas ideal karakteristik edible film. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi tepung tapioka dan agar memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai bahan kemasan ramah lingkungan yang aplikatif pada industri pangan.Kata kunci: kelarutan, ketebalan, kuat tarik, water vapor transmission rate (WVTR)ABSTRACTTapioca flour, a hydrocolloid substance utilized in the production of edible films, possesses limited gelling capabilities and is prone to tearing; hence, the addition of agar (Gelidium sp.) is required. The addition of agar in the process of making tapioca flour-based edible films aims to ensure that the edible film possesses the desirable qualities. This research aims to determine the optimal concentration of agar as an additive polysaccharide to improve the tensile strength of edible films made from tapioca flour. The given treatments consisted of varying agar concentrations: P1 = 0.12%, P2 = 0.14%, and P3 = 0.16%. The evaluated characteristics included thickness, water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), tensile strength, moisture content, and solubility. The data obtained were analysed using one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance). The research results showed that different agar concentrations in edible films significantly affected thickness (0.042-0.52 mm) and tensile strength (15.39-21.43 MPa), but did not significantly affect water vapour transmission rate (WVTR), moisture content, and solubility. Formulation P3 produced the best edible film characteristics. This treatment showed the highest tensile strength (21.43 MPa), the lowest WVTR (3.84 g/m²/day). Thickness, moisture content, and solubility values were all within the optimal ranges for edible film properties.Keywords: solubility, tensile strength, thickness, water vapor transmission rate (WVTR)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kawasan Waduk Jatiluhur, Kecamatan Jatiluhur, Kabupaten Purwakarta dengan waktu riset dari bulan November 2024 – Juni 2025. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tingkat produktivitas dan menganalisis faktor – faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas usaha budidaya perikanan dalam karamba jaring apung. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sementara data yang telah didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat produktivitas perikanan budidaya dalam KJA Waduk Jatiluhur Kecamatan Jatiluhur ini dilihat dari produktivitas per satuan luas dengan nilai produktivitas per satuan biaya sebesar 11,43 kg/m²/th untuk ikan nila 8,75 kg/m²/th untuk ikan patin dan dilihat dari produktivitas per satuan biaya dengan nilai produktivitas sebesar Rp.16.178, -/kg untuk ikan nila Rp.21.514, -/kg untuk ikan patin. Analisis finansial yang dilakukan menghasilkan nilai R/C ratio yang menguntungkan yaitu sebesar 1,6 yang artinya Usaha tersebut dapat di katakan layak secara finansial. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas perikanan yaitu luas lahan, konversi pakan, usia, dan Lama pengalaman sementara kualitas benih tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan, dikarenakan pertani tidak melakukan seleksi benih dengan ketat.Kata kunci: Produktivitas, Analisis Finansial, Ikan Nila, Ikan Patin, Waduk Jatiluhur ABSTRACT  This research was conducted in the Jatiluhur Reservoir Area, Jatiluhur District, Purwakarta Regency with a research period from November 2024 - June 2025. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of productivity and analyze the factors that can affect the productivity of fish farming businesses in floating net cages. Sampling in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling method, while the data that has been obtained was analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis of the level of productivity of aquaculture in KJA Jatiluhur Reservoir Jatiluhur District is seen from the productivity per unit area with a productivity value per unit cost of 11.43 kg / m² / year for tilapia 8.75 kg / m² / year for catfish and seen from the productivity per unit cost with a productivity value of Rp.16,178, - / kg for tilapia Rp.21,514, - / kg for catfish. The financial analysis yielded a profitable R/C ratio of 1.6, indicating the business is financially viable. Abstract

ABSTRAK Mi basah, peroduk pangan yang popular, memiliki kelemahan berupa kadar air yang tinggi, rendah serat dan tekstur kurang elastis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii terhadap karakteristik fisik dan preferensi mi basah. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 (empat) perlakuan substitusi K.alvarezii : tepung terigu meliputi M0 (0%:100%), M1 (10%:90%), M2 (20%:80%), dan M3 (30%:70%). Parameter yang diamati meliputi daya serap air (DSA), daya pengembangan (DP), nilai L* dan derajat putih, serta uji hedonik (warna, aroma, rasa, tekstur). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan K. alvarezii berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter fisik. Kandungan karagenan pada K.alvarezii meningkatkan DSA secara signifikan (0,98% hingga 9,65%) dan DP (29,80% hingga 37,75%), meskipun terjadi penurunan kecerahan warna (L* 73,57 hingga 62,68) dan derajat putih (69,34% hingga 59,49%). Mi basah yang diperkaya K.alvarezii memberikan hasil penerimaan konsumen terbaik. Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada M2 (20%:80%), dengan skor hedonik warna 5,93 (suka), aroma 5,63 (suka), rasa 6,10 (suka), dan tekstur 6,03 (suka). Penambahan K.alvarezii 20% menghasilkan mi basah dengan karakteristik fisik dan penerimaan konsumen terbaik.Kata kunci: Evaluasi sensori, Daya pengembangan, Hidrokoloid, Mi basah, Rumput Laut Merah.ABSTRACTWet noodles,a popular food product, have weakness such as high water content, low fiber, and less elastic texture. This study aims to evaluate the effect of the addition of Kappaphycus alvarezii on the physical characteristics and preferences of wet noodles. The study used a Completely Randomized Desigh (CRD) with 4 (four) substitution treatments of K.alvarezii : wheat flour including M0 (0%:100%), M1 (10%:90%), M2 (20%:80%), and M3 (30%:70%). The parameters abserved included water absorption capacity (DSA), swelling power (DP), L* value and degree of whiteness, as well as hedonic tests (color, odor, taste, texture). The results showed that the addition of K.alvarezii significantly affected all physical parameters. The carrageenan content in K.alvarezii significantly increased DSA (0.98% to 9.65%) and DP (29.80% to 37.75%). Despite a decrease in color brightness (L* 73.57 to 62.68) and whiteness (69.34% to 59.49%), wet noodles enriched with K.alvarezii provided the best consumer acceptance results. The best treatment was M2 (20%:80%), with a hedonic score of color 5.93 (like), odor 5.63 (like), taste 6.10 (like), and texture 6.03 (like). Abstract

ABSTRAKCemaran Escherichia coli (E. coli) pada air baku pembuatan garam dapat menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan yang berdampak pada kesehatan masyarakat dan kualitas produk garam yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan bakteriE. coli dalam air baku pada pembuatan garam secara tradisional di Desa Pangarengan Kabupaten Sampang. Terdapat empat sampel yang diuji menggunakan uji pendugaan dengan titik pengambilan sampel pada pintu masuk air laut, kolam penampungan air laut, dan kolam air tua. Pengujian sampel dilakukan menggunakan lima tabung positif dengan dua kali pengulangan untuk  setiap sampel. Perhitungan total bakteri E. Coli menggunakan metode Most Probable Number (MPN) atau Angka Paling Mungkin (APM) 3 seri, yaitu pengamatan pertumbuhan bakteri dalam serangkaian tabung media selektif secara bertingkat, dan memperkirakan jumlah bakteri berdasarkan pola tabung positif menggunakan tabel APM standar 3 seri. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode APM menunjukkan jumlah E. coli pada sampel pintu masuk air laut sebesar 7,5 APN/100 mL  penampungan air laut sejumlah 6,1 APM/100 mL, dan penampungan air tua sejumlah 4,6 APM/mL. Berdasarkan jumlah total bakteri E.coli menunjukkan bahwa air baku pembuatan garam tidak sesuai dengan SNI 01-3553-2006 untuk air minum (2 APM/100 mL). Penurunan APM karena peningkatan salinitas diharapkan dapat menurunkan jumlah total bakteri E. coli pada produk garam yang dihasilkan.Kata Kunci: air baku, Escherichia coli, garamABSTRACTThe contamination of Escherichia coli (E. coli) in raw water used for salt production can cause various issues that impact public health and the quality of the resulting salt products. This study aims to determine the abundance of E. coli bacteria in raw water used for traditional salt production in Pangarengan Village, Sampang Regency. Four water samples were tested using a presumptive test, with sampling points at the seawater intake gate, seawater storage pond, and brine (concentrated seawater) pond. Each sample was analyzed using five positive tubes with two replicates per sample. The enumeration of total E. coli bacteria was conducted using the Most Probable Number (MPN) method, employing a three-series (3-tube) approach, which involves observing bacterial growth in a series of selective media tubes at different dilution levels and estimating bacterial concentration based on the pattern of positive tubes using a standard MPN table (3-tube series). The MPN analysis results showed that E. coli levels in the seawater intake sample were 7.5 MPN/100 mL, in the seawater storage pond were 6.1 MPN/100 mL, and in the brine pond were 4.6 MPN/100 mL. Based on the total E. coli counts, the raw water used for salt production does not comply with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 01-3553-2006) for drinking water quality, which stipulates a maximum limit of 2 MPN/100 mL. The reduction in MPN values is attributed to increased salinity, which is expected to decrease the total number of E. coli bacteria in the final salt product.Key words: Escherichia coli, raw water, salt

Abstract

ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Parang, Karimunjawa, pada 18 November–18 Desember 2024 dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi potensi sektor pariwisata melalui aspek 3A (Atraksi, Amenitas, dan Aksesibilitas). Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan, partisipasi langsung, wawancara, serta studi literatur dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Desa Parang memiliki daya tarik wisata alam berupa pantai, spot snorkeling dan diving, serta atraksi budaya berupa makam keramat kunci. Dari segi amenitas, desa telah menyediakan homestay, instalasi air bersih, dan infrastruktur dasar meskipun fasilitas penunjang wisata masih terbatas. Aksesibilitas menuju desa hanya dapat ditempuh melalui jalur laut dengan jadwal terbatas, sedangkan akses internal menuju lokasi wisata masih minim penunjuk arah dan infrastruktur jalan. Selain itu, Desa Parang memiliki potensi ekonomi kreatif melalui produk olahan lokal seperti kerajinan kayu, pongblosok, mete, kerupuk samier, dan sirup jambu mete. Analisis berdasarkan pedoman pariwisata berkelanjutan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian instrumen pendukung, seperti organisasi pengelola wisata dan media sosial desa, sudah tersedia, namun masih banyak aspek yang perlu dikembangkan, seperti website desa wisata, paket wisata, data kunjungan wisatawan, dan sertifikasi CHSE. Dengan pengelolaan yang tepat, Desa Parang berpotensi menjadi destinasi wisata bahari unggulan yang berkelanjutan dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.Kata Kunci: Desa Parang, pariwisata bahari, aspek 3A, ekonomi kreatif, pariwisata berkelanjutanABSTRACTThis internship (PKL) was carried out in Parang Village, Karimunjawa, from November 18 to December 18, 2024, aiming to identify tourism potential through the 3A aspects: Attractions, Amenities, and Accessibility. The methods applied were field observation, direct participation, interviews, and literature study using primary and secondary data. Findings show that Parang Village offers natural attractions such as beaches, snorkeling and diving spots, and a cultural attraction in the form of the Keramat Kunci grave. Amenities include homestays and clean water supply, although other supporting facilities remain limited. Accessibility is only possible by sea with restricted schedules, while internal access still lacks adequate infrastructure and signage. The village also has creative economy products such as woodcrafts, pongblosok, cashew nuts, samier crackers, and cashew syrup. Based on sustainable tourism guidelines, some instruments—such as tourism management groups and social media—are already available, while others, including a tourism website, tour packages, visitor data, and CHSE certification, are still lacking. With better management and strategic development, Parang Village has strong potential to become a sustainable marine tourism destination that improves community welfare.Keywords: Parang Village, marine tourism, 3A aspects, creative economy, sustainable tourism

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan merancang scrapbook tematik Jejak Bahari sebagai media kreatif yang menggabungkan dokumentasi perjalanan, narasi visual, dan edukasi wisata bahari di Smiling Coral Indonesia, Pulau Pramuka. Dengan pendekatan Research and Development (RD), tahapan perancangan meliputi pra-produksi, desain visual, produksi fisik, hingga uji persepsi wisatawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, serta kuesioner daring kepada 45 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden memberikan penilaian positif terhadap aspek desain, isi, hingga fungsi scrapbook, dengan dominasi kategori setuju dan sangat setuju pada indikator yang diukur. Scrapbook fisik dinilai lebih interaktif, personal, dan mampu membangkitkan kembali kenangan wisata dibanding media konvensional seperti brosur maupun dokumentasi digital yang cenderung statis dan jarang diakses kembali. Secara praktis, scrapbook dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media promosi pariwisata alternatif yang lebih personal sekaligus souvenir eksklusif. Rekomendasi penelitian lanjutan mencakup uji coba dengan responden yang lebih luas, pengembangan scrapbook digital, dan penerapannya pada destinasi wisata lain.Kata Kunci: Wisata Bahari, Scrapbook, Pulau Pramuka, Smiling Coral IndonesiaABSTRACTThis study aims to design a thematic scrapbook "Jejak Bahari" as a creative medium that combines travel documentation, visual narratives, and marine tourism education at Smiling Coral Indonesia, Pramuka Island. Using a Research and Development (RD) approach, the design stages included pre-production, visual design, physical production, and tourist perception testing. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and an online questionnaire from 45 respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents gave positive assessments of the design, content, and function of the scrapbook, with a predominance of agree and strongly agree categories for the measured indicators. Physical scrapbooks were considered more interactive, personal, and able to evoke travel memories compared to conventional media such as brochures or digital documentation, which tend to be static and rarely accessed. Practically, scrapbooks can be used as an alternative, more personal tourism promotion medium as well as an exclusive souvenir. Recommendations for further research include trials with a wider range of respondents, the development of digital scrapbooks, and their application to other tourist destinations.Keywords: Marine Tourism, Scrapbook, Pramuka Island, Smiling Coral Indonesia
